I did business with Dave Warner formally Big Bear rv. To keep this short, licensing got goofed up and I was over charged. Soon afterwards I got in touch with Dave and he refunded the over charge without getting it back via oregon dmv. Not ALL service is gone. Dave Warner is incredible! Never has a dealership gone to such efforts to help me, and never the owner!!! He facilitated me being able to purchase a truck the like Ive never owned; nor did I think I could. Example, when I said I didnt see one I liked, he asked what I was looking for. Then the next day, he drove to Portland and purchased 2 trucks he thought Id like...WHO DOES THAT?!? And his mechanic and Shop staff have continued to make sure Im taken care of. Bought a GMC Terrain. They swore up and down it was a great car. I was 8 mos pregnant & had a toddler. Within a day of leaving the lot the check engine light came on. They told me it was just a sensor. 2 weeks later we brought it to another mechanic & discovered it was burning oil and needed a total engine rebuild. After a fight they finally agreed to buy it back from us for 3k less than what wed paid them only a couple weeks before... While still swearing the car was fine. So they were totally fine with leaving a pregnant lady and a toddler randomly stranded with a broke down car and robbing us for 3k to take their garbage back. They actually suggested we should sell the car on Craigslist instead but we decided to take the 3k loss because we couldnt lie to anyone that it was a car worth buying.

I bought a vehicle from Dave Warner in January 2018. He gave me a great price for it as well. I had only driven the car 3 times since purchasing it. On the 3rd time driving the car, the RPM went above 6000 and the car wouldnt move. I talked to Dave and he had me bring it in to service, they performed a transmission flush, Dave said that made the symptoms worse. Found out the transmission needs replaced!! Dave gave me an option of paying his cost for parts or he will give me full credit of what I paid towards another vehicle. So I purchased another car and LOVE it! Dave didnt have to help me at all since I bought the vehicle AS IS. Apparently to Warner Auto Center they dont believe in the words AS IS as much as they care about their customer. When we bought our truck the salesman couldnt even remember my husbands name, he kept calling him some off the wall name throughout the whole pitch even though my husband kept repeating his name. Despite his short term memory problems we purchased a truck from these people less than six months ago and are already dumping money into it and have put less than a thousand miles on it. Thankfully we bought an extended warranty otherwise wed be forking out over a thousand dollars for a new radiator. We should have known better, as the truck was in really rough shape when we purchased it. My husband was told that the dealership would do a full detail on the vehicle and fix the little problems that was agreed upon by my husband and the salesperson when he bought the truck, of course they didnt do anything that they said they would; merely ran the truck through a crappy car wash and vacuumed the floor and left all the little things unfixed.So, with all the many dealerships in tri cities do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from someone with the integrity that this dealership so clearly lacks. Should be called LEMON AUTO CENTER!!!!

Experience was great.Got a car that we wanted even with not so great credit.Only to find out the car has more problems than we where told about.And of course now its to late.So we are stuck with repair bills.Dealer wasnt very helpful either after we left the lot

Dont waste money here they sold a messed up car an proceeded to slander my brother in law saying that he raced the car the car he didnt even drive! One of their people told my sister they do things to hide the problems with the car. Saleaman Jason painted this great story about how the dealership takea care of their customers. They couldnt do a job of actually getting all of our information. These people are snakes. I had to call them over and over to see what the status was, and we talked to Dave. He was just as bad as Jason, he didnt do anything. This dealer tries to scam you in everyway and they will paint picture perfect dealer. I am glad we didnt get a car from this dealer. And kim childs is also very rude. In all reality, i state this dealer as being rude, unethical, no customer service, no sincerity in what they say and just all LIES!!!! Beware of what they say and how they will try to convince you. If you like shady stereotypical used car dealerships, this is your place.Order of events from my recent attempted business with Warner Auto:1. talk to salesman #1 on phone about vehicle2. begin drive from out of state to Washington to see said vehicle3. call dealer to let them know Im on way (talk on phone with salesman #2 because he answered)4. salesman #1 calls me back saying to contact him on arrival and not #25. salesman #2 calls and tells me to contact him on arrival... alright man cool6. salesman #1 calls again and says dont talk to #2 bla bla bla pitiful ego war bla bla blaShouldve turned around at this point buuuut I really wanted this vehicle.7. show up at dealer ready to make a deal and #2 greets me (lol)8. vehicle is way worse than photos. props to their photography skills9. I decide to not buy vehicle, but they told me they would deliver for free to my area(only 5 hours away) if I change my mind10. I drive home11. I offer them a slightly lower out-the-door price through text to salesman #2 (it was late)12. I go to sleep after work13. my phone wakes me up in middle of sleep, 10 missed calls from salesman #214. I send text saying Im sleeping, #2 keeps calling15. #2 sends texts that vehicle is about to be shipped to auction on truck, then says its about to sell to customer16. I wake up for good to see hilarity and of course, the vehicle didnt ship or sell17. I tell #2 that I needed to think things over because I thought the situation was shadyShouldve wiped my hands of this situation, but still wanted the vehicle despite the condition.18. I decide to take the bite19. tell #2, he is SUPER excited, gives me his word on out-the-door delivered price, vehicles reliability, bla bla bla20. finance manager calls, I give him my payment info21. SURPRISE, $150 doc fee, $65 temp tag fee, and $275 delivery fee were added on to agreed out-the-door delivered price22. I decline charge and call manager, says that the fees are mandatory... ok23. call salesman #2... who magically forgot about verbal price agreement24. owner calls me, says he will eliminate delivery and tag fee, lower doc fee to $1. alright cool25. manager says car is sold to another person (this was 20 minutes after attempted charge to my account)26. salesman #2 ignores my calls27. the endCool story bro, I know. Just had two cups of coffee, sorry not sorry.Anyways, Id avoid this place like oral herpes because Im pretty sure I just avoided buying a lemon. Kinda thankful in an odd way. CHEERS
