Found the car I wanted at a good price. Both the owner Juan and his sales manager, Juan, were easy to deal with. I had the car checked at an independent dealership and found elite1auto sales represented its condition truthfully. The sales staff responded to my questions and requests quickly and were willing to negotiate on the price. That means a lot when purchasing a used car!!

Overall, Juan and the owner took care of me. Heres the thing. I bought my vehicle online. Had a check ready. I was too excited and eager for the vehicle I bought and they took advantage of that but I cant fault them for that really. I asked repeatedly for inspection reports and details on the vehicle, i was told everything was good but they insisted no warranty. The big thing was that it made it to CA. It did make it to CA from WA. About an hour after driving the check engine light came on, the tires are shot, but they did change the brakes. The headliner is sagging, armrest has a broken clip, and the previous owner butchered a wiring job for the alarm system. One of the headlights was out. There are literally screws in both the doors holding the interior panels on it. The transmission needs to be rebuilt. The TPMS is shot. The dome light is missing a cover, there is unexplained clicking from somewhere and the driver seat has a busted panel cover. There was an evap leak and 2 broken bolts on the manifold. Heres the thing. Seeing how bad shape this vehicle was in, I would STILL have strongly considered buying it because I happen to specialize in repairing this vehicle. I just asked for complete honesty and I dont think i got that. Had i known all of the issues the price would certainly have been renegotiated. They also charged a holding fee that had no standard minimum to take the suv off the market. So I paid $100 but it was refunded upon purchase since it was never actually taken off the market. That said...my biggest concern was getting it to CA. They said it would make it and it did even with the check engine light on so theyre alright with me. The owner talked to me directly and said We changed the brakes so its good to go. But its a 12 year old vehicle so if you keep looking for something wrong youll find it. Their prices are legit. They work quick. But if youre buying online or even in person, i would recommend having it inspected independently and really taking it through a decent test drive. It was my fault for not fully inspecting the vehicle. If I had picked it up in person I probably wouldnt have bought it based on the lack of transparency with these issues, some minor some major. The pictures look good but dont show all the issues and I guess they dont have to tell you. But no one should be expecting a new mint condition vehicle anyway. Theyre good people and Id buy from there again. Juan said he drove it for 3hrs to make sure it was good, we got it empty on gas but detailed. It looked great aside from the underlying issues. Im already $3000 into fixing mine up 2 weeks later but I enjoy a Frankenstein project to restore to original condition then improve performance. Juan handled a virtual inspection well, video was just fuzzy but he did send video and pictures I asked for. Even though I wasnt told everything they werent crooks about it, they were honest, I just didnt ask all the right questions I guess. Got my dream vehicle here so Im happy!

Went to the dealership with the intent to buy a nice Corolla, unfortunately it was standard and I dont know how to drive it. A little disappointed I was thinking I was going back home with no car, but Juan helped me to find a different vehicle with low miles and great price. Now I am a HAPPY owner of a PT Cruiser and thats thanks to Juan.Besides that I called before I went and Jake was very friendly and I encountered the same attitude when I got there. They really cared about their customers and now my dad is thinking in buying his car with them. 5 stars for them

I purchased a vehicle from them in October. I have contacted them several times and been given the runaround on where my title and paperwork are. I live in Oregon and now have a vehicle that I cannot drive due to the fact the I cannot get another trip permit. Raul will not call me back and as of todays visit to the dmv the paperwork is still not there. Horrible experience and I am blown away that the owner or Raul would not reach out and explain why I havent received it. I do not have a leinholder involved. There is no excuse. Next step is a dealer complaint with Washington State. I have texts from October saying the paperwork was sent..and multiple phone calls logged. BUYER BEWARE..I would give negative stars if possible!

Dont buy from there if your out of state the charge you tax, license and fees, the you go to DMV pick up plates and get charged again. Also low ball you on trade ins. Gave me 5000.00 selling my truck for almost 10.000

Purchased a lemon from elite one auto. Literally sold me a clean tittle car that has been through structural and frame damage on a UNIBODIED car. Totaled. Went back to see if they would make it right and all they told me was “man, that salesman really screwed you.” It was YOUR salesman. Hmm. Scammers.Notified better business bureau. :)
