Poor mask adherence. Lots of add on charges, condescending service representative at the front. Maybe some of the younger staff are better but disappointing all around.

Firestone is the absolute best, the G.O.A.T, and the ONLY shop I have ever been to that’s open on Sundays. The brakes on my truck failed on a Saturday evening when I was still 3 & 1/2 hours from home and I was trapped. Firestone had me back on the road after less than 24 hours and I could not be more appreciative. The arranged shuttles for me to and from the hotel and were so respectful. I trust them more than any other mechanic I’ve seen.

Only go here if you want to come to your appointment, get checked in and wait an hour, only to have them try and upsell you on a new battery you know you dont need, AND THEN tell you your tires wont be in until next week. This is after youve scheduled 4 business days prior and were assured the tires would be there. Frustrating is an understatement. I understand supply lines are shot to hell for everyone, but at least have the decency to call me and tell me before I waste an hour sitting in the waiting room. They offered a discount and the gentleman who checked me in was very polite, but I took my business elsewhere. Id suggest considering the other negative reviews here before you decide to give this place a shot.

Visited there for alignment the new tires. I dont think they worked enough. They only spent 10 minute to take care of my car and charge over $110? Dash cam have all evidences.. why did you say it would take more than two hour? No make sense..

$196 dollars to get my tires rotated, balanced, and my oil changed. Pricing was not transparent - I felt it was a little steep.

I’m giving them two stars because they did do the work correctly and my car runs better. The low rating is because they charged me $97 for a part that retails for 36.99 at OReillys!!! $195 for two parts I could have purchased myself for less than $75!!!! Price gouge someone else. Will NOT be returning there.

Great service. I thought I had a hole im my tire assumed I had to get a patch or buy a new one. Not only did I not have to purchase a new tire they fixed mine for free something was loose and was letting the air out.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time for an alignment. On the day of, they tell me it would take 3-4 hours and I wasnt in their system. Very poor customer service. I will be going somewhere else for my alignments and tires.

I was recommended to this store years ago by a reliable source. I’ve been a customer since giving them multiple opportunities to turn my opinion around. Every experience is always the same, absolutely horrible. If I were capable of rating zero stars, I would. I don’t even know where to begin with the dissatisfaction I’ve experienced time after time. I’ve had an employee hang up on me after putting me on hold for 10 plus minutes. When I came into the office, he was on his cell phone and completely ignored me. Every single time I come into this place, the “manager” Steve has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. He is very condescending and talks down to every customer and acts like we are a bother for needing assistance with our vehicles. He even lashes out on the staff in the lobby! The wait time is ridiculous, even when you have an appointment scheduled AND they don’t notify you when your vehicle is done. They have claimed that I wasn’t on the schedule, when I scheduled an appointment two days prior with the “manager.” My tires were under warranty and I was still charged $200. I can honestly say that I will never be coming back to this place. Not to mention the air conditioner was obviously broken when it’s over 100 degrees outside and their front door is propped open.

They do a really good job. Vibe yet to fine any problems.

Took my vehicle in for oil change, alignment, rotate tires and fix a slow leak in the front passenger tire. When my vehicle was finished the front tire looked slightly low & tires were not rotated. When I got home noticed there was still a nail in the tire which was nearly flat the next morning. I will now be taking my vehicles to Les Schwab in the future for all tire replacement. I would NEVER recommend Firestone for tires or service after the sale!

Friendly service and good suggestions. If you think places like this try to get over on you by suggesting things that dont need fixing, perhaps you should open up your own shop. Just had $1500 worth of work done on an older family car that I inherited and still need a little more to get it back to 100%, but it was worth it to have piece of mind to use as a daily driver. Not sure about value, but as anyone who has ever had to have work done on a car will tell you, its never cheap to keep a car on the road for years and years. Plus if you buy tires they get rotated for free for life and I highly recommend the lifetime alignment, you get future re-alignments at no charge after the 1 time cost.

Service is was not the best, lightly put. Tires seem to not be the best of quality, I recently bought all 4 brand new all season tires and have had two flats in a matter of months, one being from an industrial tack and the other from a STICK. Called to ask what’s up, they said I have bad luck even though I put the lifetime warranty on the tires. I would avoid Firestone branded tires !

Had them do and simple normal oil change, completed on time was even given a safety check sheet they completed showing brakes, tires, fluids, etc were okay. Didn’t even make it 500 miles on our road trip and broke down, had to be towed to dealer. Dealer found a clogged air filter, Firestone never even checked it as they stated in their “safety check”. LIARS Don’t trust this place, rude and never even felt like they wanted your business.

Took my vehicle in for a flat replacement.only 11,000 on tires and they said were down 33%. Bad tires? Had them rotate tires, do alignment and oil change at same time. When I got my vehicle back, they did not clean the white goo off the new tire nor did they coordinate the air pressure. Tires were 32, 35, 37 and 39 in new tire....very disappointed. Price tag...$231.00

I have never had any problems with them they have always been great, been using them for 6 years since i came back to tri cities and always went there in the 80s the manager has always been great !!

I went to firestone in the kennewick Washington location on Saturday for a wheel alignment and I received a call about my control arm and ball joint being bad. I didnt think nothing of it so I picked up the car and drove it and the wheel still drifts, it drifted to the left now its drifting to the right. I looked up online and found out that its pointless to do a wheel alignment if my control arms and ball joints are bad. I feel like I should have been told that they cant do an alignment until the other problems are fixed instead of charging me 200 dollars for not fixing my issue. Im a little upset of how they handled this situation

I visited this place three different times and each time they were very busy. They couldnt schedule me a time to come in. All they could say is just leave my truck with them for a couple of hrs.

When for an alignment last March, they offered me to check my car fluids and painfully I accepted and next day my radiator was leaking from the air bleeder, till this day, I regret that choice

The manager Steve has been rude and condescending each time I have gone into this location. I make an appointment before coming in each time and he acts like I am wasting his time by being there and acts like he does not want my business. I would just like to get decent service in a timely manner. I would not expect a company like Firestone to hire such an impolite and disrespectful person to work at your counters and manage a store.

They were packed, a little pricey, and no appt available anytime soon. But the lobby was very clean, staff was friendly. Maybe next time.

Steve B. was very abrupt and rude to us, when he was nice to the customers before us, so it was a total change of mood from the second he went to help us. He said they had not checked our car yet, even though we’d received the call to come and it was ready, and then went to the back for over 10 minutes just to come out with the paperwork and act like nothing happened. He was very rude in his tone of voice when speaking to me and my Aunt as we were filling in our email for our rewards. Absolutely never been treated this horrible before. Don’t think we will return, be going somewhere else to get the work done. He acted as if we were stupid when telling us about our estimate and spoke in a condescending voice the entire time. he should be fired.

Extremely slow service, waited for 3 hours for a new set of tires and alignment, multiple employees standing around while one employee worked on my vehicle. The only time they went to “help” was when he was finishing up. Will not be returning, especially after seeing the “manager” throw a tantrum in the lobby while dealing with paperwork. Feel as though I should’ve spent the extra $500 going to les schwab.

Scott was awesome. Topped my RV tires off and took the time to educate me on wear and tear and how to get them balanced and rotated. Customer service was great, I will be back.

I drove my daughter down for a Mom and Daughter sports clinic weekend 220 miles away from home. My Suburban started making a new noise the next day, and we needed to find someplace that could take a look at it ON A SUNDAY. Fortunately, Steve answered the phone, and was able to get us in right away. They took care of the problem, for a very reasonable price, and were done by the 6pm closing time, just in time for us to make the 3.5 hour drive home! We really appreciate the above and beyond, and we got home safely that night!

Driving through town and I was hit on the way. My check engine light came on and I called this location because my home location was always great. Was told that they would need my car 4 to 6 hours to run a Diagnostic test. Drove to o’Reillys and it was done in 10 mins. Sounds as if this location is lazy and want to charge for a service that takes 10 mins at 4 to 6 hours of labor. I’d stay away as it’s sounds fishy!

I made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change .I handed keys. Went to mall. Returned at 2pm. My car was STILL sitting in the same spot! They told me they have a 230pm window. Well I dont .My time is more valuable than this. 12 year customer. It should not take 90 minutes to get an oil change done with appointment. I will never go back .Ever .You lost a good customer today .

First of all I love the new remodel. It Looks really good! The sales person was friendly and funny. Came in to get my oil changed was told 90 minutes. Only took 60 minutes! I luv fast and accurate service. My vehicle seems to be running pretty good after! The hubby and I have been going to firestone for years. We won’t go anywhere else :)

I was quite reluctant to take my car here based on the reviews. After a Sunday emergency left me no choice, Im glad I did. I went to them for an unfortunate encounter with a pothole. Rafael, Matt, and Stefan were awesome in handling my insurance claim. They treated me with such respect and followed up with me in a timely fashion to keep me in the loop. Although they didnt quite operate in the medium with communicating the claim process with my insurance company (insurance wanted to use the app and Firestone policy is to fax the information to them.) there was no delay in service. They even offered to give me a ride from the Enterprise when I dropped off the rental car. I would definitely giving them a try before judging them based on reviews.

If you have a dually stay away they have no clue on valve positions

Came in for a simple brake job, left with $500 less because apparently I needed better rotors. Months later I have to change brakes and rotors agen because when brakeing my whole vehicle shakes. Come to find out they didnt install them correctly now Im $500 more short.

They squeezed me in at the end of the day, even though they didnt usually take cars after 5:30. Great service! The new tires look great, and I love the guarantee that comes with them!

Ok 4 instead of 5 because of price a bit high but they are considarate and they will tell you what you are paying for. I got only one tire because I didnt have enough to get whole set and they also said nothing. Alot of places make you get at least 2 so I was happy with this place

Please save yourself several headaches and hours worth of your precious time and take your business elsewhere. I have given Firestone several chances, but I have been let down time and time again. I drive a fleet vehicle so have little choice regarding where I can take it for regular maintenance, thus the opportunities Firestone has had to improve upon past experiences. Every time I have called ahead, made an appointment and ensured they had my oil filter in stock, they have somehow messed up the oil filter and either NOT had it when they said they would/did, or made me spend HOURS waiting for them to get the filter delivered from another location without so much as an update for the first hour + of waiting. During my most recent experience, my vehicle wasn’t even taken back for the first 30 minutes of waiting, despite having an appointment. I was then told my filter was not on site. I spent OVER TWO HOURS waiting on a simple oil change. Please do what I can’t and go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.

I brought a tire here to have the rims swapped after getting a flat. I let the gentleman know I would be driving 4 hours home and needed to make sure it would be safe. He assured me they would do the job and everything would be fine. I picked up the wheel and put it back on my car and started driving when I realized it was low on air (already) I thought possibly they just hadn’t filled it fully because it wasn’t on the car. No big deal I pulled into a gas station filled it up and got back on the road. I was close to home when I realized it was low again so I again put air in the tire with no choice but to keep driving home. When I got home I realized A) they put the tire on backwards (it says “inside” all over the outside) B) they had cracked my rim while changing my tire and that is the reason my tire wouldn’t hold air. Nobody ever said a word about it and just sent me on my way. When I called to speak to the manager HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! This man put my life at risk and then hung up his phone on me!! Unbelievable! I have Since been in contact with corporate and this will be dealt with. You cracked my rim, put my tire on backwards, risked injury to me knowing the tire wouldn’t hold air but sending me on a 4 hour drive anyway, and then HUNG UP the phone on me!! I can’t even believe this shop and I will NEVER come here again!

Steve and the whole team was amazing. They got me in 10 minutes before closing and had my car done the time that I needed the next day. Steve explained something to me about seven times because I didn’t understand it and he was so patient. They took me back to the shop with safety goggles showed/explainedwhat was happening with my car and another time let me go back and get my water bottle during the service. And to top it off I had to keep my car there overnight and one of the employees (so sorry forgot your name, black beard, glasses, been in auto motive care since ‘98) gave me a ride home almost in Benton City from the mall.-Abbie, happy/returning customer :)

I came in on a Sunday because I had a nail in my tire and Les Schwab was closed. I only have 12,000 miles on my car on tires that are good for 25,000. They told me that it was unfixable which is bs because I went into Les Schwab on a Wednesday to show a pic of nail and tred and they said it would have been just a patch up. Firestone told me I need a new tire but had to sell me 2 so can be even tred. I was desperate because I needed to go to work the next day and everyone else was closed. So 600 dollars later and they charged me 50 dollars for labor which is bs too. Dont go there

I had an appointment and I was so embarrassed to be 20 minutes late, but the folks here at Firestone still fit me in their schedule and had my car serviced in under 1.5 hours! I’d highlight the overall experience with these words: kind salespeople, great price-point, and an awesome location (I could get my shopping done while my car was in the shop)!

I made an appointment two days in advance for a brake job. I get there only to wait an hour for them to even look at my car. They finally give me an estimate that was outrageous. (I think they saw I was a woman and thought I knew nothing about cars) I said absolutely not and started looking online for another shop. He came back with a price adjustment.The only reason I went there was for the advertised coupon $50 off. I checked pricing and I actually paid $150 more than other reputable shops even with the stupid coupons. It took them 5 hours to do a 2 hour brake job.

I walked in with my dealership to change out a tire and there was a gentleman arguing with a client. The client was calm and simply asking questions. The client asked to speak with the manager the employee said he was the manager and has been for 20 years practically yelling at him. The client was clearly humiliated not letting him get any words out. His customer service needs some SERIOUS work. I would never purchase from this location and frankly im suprised he has been in buisness this long. Disgusted with the poor treatment the gentleman recieved. After seeing all the horrible reviews im going to have someone take a second look at my tire!

Took my car for an installment of new tires that I made an appointment for. First day they didn’t even pull the car in for 3 hours so I made a second appointment for another day. Then they took another 3 hours to mount tires. They put one wrong tire that was way too big for my car and charged me to dismount and reinstall my old tire until I had another ordered. Not only this but they scratched the piss out of every wheel in multiple locations on my nearly brand new aftermarket wheels. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this store

Been going to this store since I moved here 15 years ago. They are courteous and explain things pretty well. Only had 2 or 3 issues in all that time. I trust them.

A bit pricy and usually takes way longer than the estimated time they give you but keep in mind this isint a jiffy lube.The quality of the service is great, basically to a dealer standard so you don’t have to worry about them messing something up.I’ll continue bringing my cars here.

We recently needed a tire changed that was under warranty. This was ordered no problem but then my fiancé needed another tire so the wear of them wouldn’t be off. First we made an appointment because they said they had the tire, came for the appointment and apparently it was the tire we had previously purchased, since nobody thought to close that first work order.So we wait for another call, ended up having to call them to find out the tire was available. Set up an appointment this last Sunday, which was only supposed to be an hour long appointment, yet still waited 3 hours just for them to put the tire on the wrong side. When they fixed it it only took five minutes. I just don’t understand why it took 3 hours in the first place, or what the point of having an appointment was. They comped is for their mistake, however due to the issues we had we will not be coming back to this Firestone.

I got bed feel from there. He ignored me and he made bed smiled when I told my phone No. cause I’m not good at English. I didn’t say anything at that time. However I don’t want to keep this bed feeling and I hope he know my terrible experience in there. He is an oldest men in there. I won’t go there again.

I have most of my work done at Firestone including my Tires. Yes I also trust Steve and the crew there. They are required to Up-Sale in all retail stores and shops. I told them what price I could afford and they give me the best. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys

Been buying all my tires there for a while back, even before it was Firestone. They do a good job and any thing thats needed to be addressed has been, properly. Ive had the best luck at this store after trying lots of other places in the Tri- Cities. Ill continue to use Steve, Norman and the rest of the crew.

If youre female or not rich, dont go into this place. Ever. They charge 3 times the amount a local garage would charge and if youre female, oh my. You better walk in with a shirt that says its my car. I know how to drive. Im not helpless because that is the exact treatment I got. They implied I didnt know how to operate a vehicle. They left the airxonditioner in when I specifically told them not to when you shut it off. The man who rang me out was talking up a storm with an older couple before me, making jokes and everything, then didnt speak a word to me, didnt even ask me how my day was (assuming its because I look young). They wanted $2000 for a service that I found out usually averages about $500. This place is straight up terrible.

Was from out of town and had challenges. This was an ideal opportunity to take advantage of me. This was the most honest group I have ever encountered. Fixed my problems and did not take me over the coals. Matter of fact was the cheapest bill I have ever had. Kudos to the crew at Firestone.

Take on more than they can handle leaving customers waiting long time

People give this place a bad wrap for wait times and up selling. The issue is if you go in there and don’t know what service you need or anything about cars they’ll tell you what is recommended and when it comes down to it what’s recommended isn’t always what you NEED. I NEEDed my brakes fixed. I went in there today thinking I NEEDed new brakes and rotors on both axels. The manager, Steve told me I NEEDed brakes on my rear axel. The mechanic recommended new tires all around and new brakes and rotors on my front axel. But I didn’t NEED that. It was just something to look out for in the future and wasn’t necessary to the safe driving of my car. I said let’s get it done regarding the rear brakes. He didn’t tell me I NEEDed the tires or front brakes. Because I didn’t. He knew I was gonna wait in the shop so he gave me a time estimate of two hours. The shop got much busier in the next hour and it was quite understandable that my car wouldn’t be done in that estimate. It ended up taking four hours. But I’m a person and I understand that when it’s a Sunday and not much is open and I came at a pretty busy time in the day there’s not much that can be done to expedite the process. And of course I wanted them to do it correctly and safely. If you keep all this in mind and keep your time expectations realistic you’ll be fine taking your business to this shop.

Great customer service!! The manager is such a sweet man. I explained somethings that happened at the pasco location and how they did some shady work. He appoligized and gave me a free oil change ( that was the reason i went in) he definitely earned a life long customer! Amazing work guys!

Dec 28, 1:45 went in on a spare, had a flat in the back that was their to fix . It was all covered under warranty.Literally 5 hours later Im called to pick up my vehicle. They tell me nothing was found in my tire and couldnt find the damage . Put on tire it held air (2 days prior ran flat had to swap it out)...Why did it take 5 hours to do that ?Why would I be called 20 mins before closing ??Dont feel like they valued my time at all, they already saw it was gonna be free so they took even longer it seems, not pleased .GOT QUOTED FOR A LOT OF WORK I DIDNT ASK FOR .... 🖓🖓🖓🖓

Took care of my flat tire right away. Pretty much your only choice after 6pm (open until 7) as every other tire service place around closes at 6.

Óscar took pretty good care of us, even tho it took a while to get my tires mounted.

I was extremely satisfied with the service so got. My car was in and out that day, and the cost to repair my car was a lot better then other places I called.

I wish there was a negative star possible. Made an appointment after ordering wheels and tires for winter weather. The tires were not a good fit for my car, they didnt order the centering ring or the lug bolts so when I came in to have the wheels installed, they said I would have to make another appointment after they ordered the centering rings. Then they sent me on my way with 4/5 bolts because the rims didnt fit with my locking bolt. This was after they were caught joy riding my sports car through the parking lot, FAST! I was given a lame excuse, no apology and they never contacted em to have the centering rings installed. NEVER trust these jokers with your car!

Took nearly 2 hours (an hour at minimum on the lift) to change oil and wiper blades, i had an appointment. Also used a coupon that took 3 people how to figure out how to use, from their own website, and i was ripped off using it.

Love their lifetime alignment and 11 or 10$ checkups saves some time but I dont entirely trust their mechanics I went in after just replacing my headlights and cv axle, cv axle was tarded from mounting slot not that big of a deal but could have been with someone less mechanically inclined as myself but the headlight cost another 12$ and I went through wiring myself been fine ever since, dont understand it but it is what it is and could have been a faulty part. But I definitely recommend them great service aswell.

Went in for an alignment due to the damage to right side of car. They claimed to not have the specs for the right side camber/caster and refused to put them to std specs or match the the undamaged driver side specs, but still charged me for the alignment and for other small things that would be free else-wear. Will not return.Edit-They better explained that they were unable to adjust the car rather than unwilling and refunded the money.

I have waited now for 5 hours for a alignment, they bring it in and can not do it because my truck is too long. I told them on the phone what I had and when I showed up, “it won’t be any problem sir”. Apparently, it IS a problem.
