It states that they are open 24 but the cashier closed at 915 pm

If I could give zero starts I would but I will definitely tell you this place is not open 24 hours. In staying at the hotel next door and this places has all its lights on its obviously open but for the past two nights now the doors have been locked with a sign saying will return at this time. I waited and no one ever unlocked that door. Whoever your night shift crew is. Obviously doesnt like people and therefore needs to be fired.

Well whoever works there decided to just randomly close the store in the middle of the day. If you call, they will pick up and immediately hang up. Great job to whoever put that person there.

How to report workers who are telling you to put a mask on but refuse to wear one properly themselves ???? Where do you go to report a worker like this ???

Just visited this establishment. The employee to customer interaction,communication,service was not welcoming,helpful or polite at all,to say the least. Individuals who work with the public, in a sales position, especially in a busy location such as this one, should be more hospitable. This recommendation is in reference to attitude, verbal correspondence as well as physical gestures,body language and facial expressions. I purchased 8 large items and I was not offered a bag. Upon request I received a negative facial expression and was offered very smalI brown bags that were on the counter. A suggestion to the owner,your establishment is located in a very profitable area,located near our citys Airport as well as reputable Hotels. A high percentage of customers are visitors to our city, a city that takes pride in being known for our great hospitality. Our visitors/guest/customers are our financial bloodline. After reading the reviews, I was worried I would not be able to get in and out quickly on my way to the rental car lot at the airport on the morning of my flight. But it was no issue. Paid at the pump, normal pumping speed. Got a receipt from the pump and drove off. Turning left across Airline Dr, at traffic time could mean a good wait, but I got lucky and was able to go right away. Only 1/2 mile from the rental car drop off, so it is a great option to fill the tank so you dont get stuck with inflated gas prices. And, yes, this stations prices were about 10 cents per gallon higher than some others around town, but you pay for the location.

If you plan on stopping here, make sure your musical chairs skills are up to date, because youre probably going to be driving around the pumps, waiting for an opening along with the cab drivers and car renters filling up before returning the car. And while its no fault of the gas stations, it should be noted that making a left turn into highway 61 from here is next to impossible for most of the day.

I went in to grab a late night drink, and the cashier, Bridgette I believe her name was, was very unprofessional. We caught eye contact upon walking in the store and attempted to greet the lady, to no avail. She proceeded to scan us from head to toe, resume what she was doing without a word, as well as grunting/sighing heavily in frustration at (what I can only assume) customers entering the store. We retrieved our items and proceeded to the register, where amidst completing the transaction, she abraisively put our drinks in bags and slammed them on the counter. Im no stranger to working environments and can understand a bad day, but you dont bring that upon the customer. I dont expect to be lavished and waited on, but is a simple greeting and smile too much?

We were in New Orleans for the first time and stayed next door at the Hilton and no matter what time we used your store there was an elderly man there to greet us. He gave great service only wished I had gotten his name. I want to send him a Power Ball ticket that I can not cash here in Florida, Not a big win.

Its a gas,station what can say. I it was dirty inside and out. If you want a nice clean gas station pass this one up . Drive and go to Race Trac up the road nice and clean inside and out

13 Feb 18 at 4:15pm. Cashier refused to give me back my card before I entered my pin. With todays security breaches I never enter any personal information until I get my card back in hand. Then his attitude had gotten increasingly hostile. I am dressed in a suit and very calm. He said he will cancel the transaction before giving me my card back. I informed him to do just that. He proceeded to pound on the keypad while pushing the cancel button, gave me my card back and I left. Horrible service.

The employees were not very welcoming and they were somewhat rude. The bathroom was dirty as was the floors.

Closest station to the airport, not real big, parking is tight, fuel lanes are even tighter, gas prices not terribly overpriced. Theres also a subway connected ....

Typical gas station experience. Considering how busy it is I always seem to be in and out quickly.

The gas prices are jacked up to swindle airport traffic. The womens restroom was out of toilet paper. There was USED toilet paper on the floor, and an over-flowing trash can. When I let the clerk know, she immediately became aggressive and defensive. Refusing to solve the problem, she snarled, I aint gotta key! I assumed she was referring to the toilet paper dispenser. Why she thought that was a valid excuse... ???

Dont stop at this gas station if you dnt have change for a 20$ bill . They dnt have change at 6am in the morning. Then the manager was horrible no help .
