This store always has a note on the door saying the system is down or something they need to do something to get a better system because they are always locking up the doors at this location

So this location closes for an indeterminate amount of time around 11. This means it’s usually closed for my break, which is annoying because there’s nothing else close by. I had previously used this location on my breaks for about two years.The interior has been filthy lately. Flies all over the store. The only other complaint I have is how long it takes them to move people through the line, but from what I’ve seen that’s more on the customers than the cashiers.

Very disappointed when I visited your store this morning at 815am. There is a state mandatory mask to worn indoors and your staff was not enforcing it at all. The store in Harahan will not let you threw the door if you don’t have a mask on. I will never come back to this location if tour staff doesn’t enforce the mask indoorsVery disappointed

The workers here are friendly and the food, coffee, etc is as good as all the other RaceTracs around. There always seems to be a crowd of panhandlers in the parking lot at any time, day or night, and some of them have been aggressive.

If you come overnight/early AM hours your never able to get help they just hide in the back and dont answer the service window buzzer.

If the store is not open at 2am, put a sign on the door that says that and also put it on google. Tired of making blank trips. I’m sure I’m not the only person who faces this problem.

Staff discriminates against whites here like they suddenly have a God complex post-Floyd. I am a paying VIP loyalty card member and an essential worker. The staff member was off shift when she confronted me in the parking lot. Very hostile environment. Filing a complaint with corporate. Very unacceptable behavior.

Came for ice cream,it just poured out not frozen.When I told the cashier she just looked at me,no reply. Poor customer service.

Went in with my grandson to get a snack and the guy with the dreads and tattoos was VERY disrespectful to myself and other customers all I can say is I wont be going back again.

Bought food and other items. There was no napkins in the store. Said they were out.

Nice, clean, well lit facility. Good selection of food and drinks in the convenience store. A lot of options for coffee and fountain drinks. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but they keep them clean.

When it first opened and the training team was there it was a great place, now a few months later it sucks. Most employees look pissed off and customers are an inconvenience to them. Dont bother going at lunch time, never have any hot food ready.

I eat ice all day.... visited to pickup 3 cups of ice and there was black stuff in it... thought the cups were dirty... went back got 3 new cups and made sure they were clean... same thing... DONT USE THEIR ICE!!! They are not cleaning the machine!!! 😡😡😡😡

This establishment is one of the busy racetrac location, due to the geographic area near the MSY Airport. Certain hours in the morning, evening and afternoon this place is busy,busy,busy! The Store Manager Ms. Kaylyn does an outstanding job in leading her crew that she rely on when shes not there, to run this establishment smoothly and it shows! Ms. Sheena is another staff member that really enjoys her job in general and she needs to be recognized for that by promoting her to assistant manager if she is not one yet! Mr. Theron is another staff member that goes out his way for the guest and it shows! I was very impressed when I mentioned to Mr. Theron that the buns for the hot dogs was hard and if he had any Freah ones he immediately stopped what he was doing to provide me with a fresh bun! Mr. Joseph and Ms. Shyanne which are managers also are very professional and helpful with a Smile.The lines are sometime long but it does move fairly quickly which is a good thing. I feel good going to this location because of the staff and also seeing uber and lyft drivers hanging around in and outside, patronising this location and which make this location very likely to be robbed! I will recommend my family and friends and followers to patropatronise this location. If your ever in the area do stop at this location and enjoytry the fresh pizza and hot dogs and there coffee and ice cream area Yummmmmy!

Horrible! Dirty, poorly stocked and maintained. No customer service. No one greeting or thanking you. For over a month now the frozen coke machine is not working. Need to retrain employees and explain to them the Racetrack culture .

Customer service is non-existent. Went there on 1/14/2017. 2 employees were rude to my family. One nearly ran my child over with her cart, the other had headphones on which prevented her from hearing questions posed by my wife and another customer. The family had wanted ice cream, so we would have likely spent over $20 there, but walked out and went somewhere else. Associate behind the counter looked like she was the only one with a pleasant attitude, but she was busy at the time.
