*BEWARE* I will start by saying what has already been said numerous of times, The Owners Wife Is Rude and has no clue how to operate a business. Ive spent well over $600 there regarding the same rim. I picked up my rim on 1/5/18 & my tire pressure light was back on before night time. I live on the Northshore & couldnt get back to Metairie until 1/9/18 (also because the shop isnt opened on weekends). I asked to speak to whoever repaired my rim to see how many cracks were repaired at the time of repair or to speak to the owner (which is her husband) I was told no, she was the end of the line & there was nothing that was going to be done.I dont mind taking the lost as far as the money goes but if youre reading this take your business elsewhere because Ive been to tire shops ran by drug addicts who had more class & better customer service. I just wish I could rate less than 1star.

Whoever I was on the phone with had an attitude problem I bet those 5 star ratings were paid for.. welcome to 2019.
