Over the last couple of years my air conditioner has worked worse and worse till it was nearly never working properly. I decided to give CAMS a try to get my ac fixed since they had such good reviews on google. I can understand why they have such a high rating. When I called to get an idea what I was looking at the manager was able to give me an idea of what price point it could cost and a timeline for the work to get completed. I scheduled ahead of time to bring my car in. When I got there Paige greeted me and was very nice and helpful. After I filled out the paperwork needed the manager, Jonathan (hope I spell your name right), came to speak to me about my car to confirm what they would be working on per our previous phone conversation. I left my car and was contacted earlier than expected that the car was fixed, ready, and even cost less than we had discussed it might end up costing. The entire process was fast and pleasant. Both Paige and Jonathan (also another associate that I did not catch the name of) were all very nice and reassuring of any concerns or questions I had. The car was fixed in the timeframe I told them I had available. And best of all my air conditioner is working like new again! I will definitely go back here for future work! Called a couple days prior to going in, and really likes what I was told over the phone. When I arrived, and the estimate was given to me. I jumped at it. Especially when I was told they could get it done in one day. Thanks Jonathan and staff for the speedy service I received for replacing the radiator in my Impala. Went in today because I couldnt get the original fuel filter off of my 1999 Ford Ranger truck so I had to get someone to do it. Googled local shops and Cams Auto had positive reviews. So I decided to give them a try. I was told over the phone it would take about an hour. Ended up taking a hour and a half. Price of $97 was quoted over the phone (using OEM filter at my request). Ended up being $2 addition due to having a broken clip. Their labor rate is $115.50 per hour for all readers to know in advance. Staff is friendly and professional. They are a pretty busy shop.

After a tire change, they not only placed the spare tire back where it belonged, they bolted the hefty dude back in with machine precision.Heres the thing, its not like it was a spare tire for a sedan that slips neatly under the trunks carpet square. No, it was an undercarriage SUV spare tire that had some kind of trap door and secret tightening screw hole on the inside of the vehicle. Also involved were wires, bolts, and a rod?Thats the kind of care and attention this family-run (not mom&pop, but pop&son) shop puts into their work. Thats pride. Thats experience. Thats finesse.Ill mention, too, the air conditioner they fixed that now gets me chilled to the bone (a great thing in this heat), and the silencing of brakes that had whined like a litter of hungry puppies. All the while providing frequent updates and clear, friendly communication.The folks at CAMS carry pride in their work, and it shows.Found my forever-mechanics, yall!

Dropped off next morning at 8m was out by 1130am 👍🏼 Fixed the problem truck was running terrible smelling gas and did a full check up on Truck about to hit 200,000 miles. The pricing at Cam’s was literally half of what the other 3 charged me. Great company friendly professional quality work already scheduled another repair on the front end next week👍🏼👍🏼

I have been going to CAMS for automotive service ever since I got my first car in high school. I refuse to go anywhere else! Cams mechanic shop has become the place to take my vehicles their quote was spot on with what repair pal said the estimate would be to repair my car.......they took their time and fixed my cars valve covers and even did extra by making the motor look new by cleaning and painting the parts they had to take off to change the valve covers......most mechanic shops don’t go through those little details.... when the job was complete they noticed that some other minor things weren’t working properly and they went beyond what I put the car in the shop for to fix the problem and fixed those minor things as well and the quote was still what I paid......cams has been a great experience for me and they are definitely honest and treat u like family.......thanks CAMS

I looked on the internet to do t a auto repair shop close to me. It was the first one on the list and I called and was greeted by a very friendly person name Jonathan who said yes they could take care of my problem. With two days the called and said they had the part but it would take 2-3 days to paint and let it dry. Was contacted on the third day and set up an appt that afternoon. And it was done in less than an hour. The prices were right and very friendly shop personnel.

CAMS is the only shop I trust with automotive repairs. The service is fast, friendly, fair, and above all, honest. I have never been pressured to buy additional services, in fact, my highest recommendation is exemplified in this story: My brakes were making a horrific racket, so, being completely car-illiterate, I assumed it was time for new ones. As usual, I took the car to CAMS. Stephen, Sr. called me back within a few hours to tell me the car was ready and there was no charge. When I arrived to pick it up, he explained that there had been a rock in my brake which was the cause of the racket and my brakes were good for at least another 30,000 miles. A lot of shops would have taken advantage and charged me for a brake job they didnt perform; not Stephen and not CAMS. I have sent my son, daughter, two coworkers and a friend to CAMS. All have had the same experience...great work, fair prices, honest discourse, and integrity.

Upon inspection, my dealership recommended that I have some hoses changed on my vehicle. I took my truck to CAMs instead. Not only were they able to change the houses the next day, but at half the cost of the dealership! I would definitely recommend CAMs for your automotive needs. Phenomenal job!
