Memon at Itech & repair has always gone above and beyond for me. Weve brought in phones that we thought for sure were destined for the trash... and he has always been able to repair our damaged electronics (we are very hard on our devices!). These guys have always been reliable and fair.

I have used their services in the past and they were wonderful. This time they charged me $300 to repair my phone, with a price tag like that, I expected new parts. They used old parts. when i confronted them they told me the parts were new, but tell me how a brand new housing is dented and scratched and had a dirty s pen inside. I was able to get my old s-pen back thankfully. I will not be going back here.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the most reasonable estimate to repair my phone screen. This business has been in the Katy malls for more than 4 years and they do legit work . The repair was done quickly and ready as promised. My phone is like new again. I was very satisfied with the quality work. I am a repeat customer. I plan to return for any other repairs.

The guy was very helpful and well versed in the iPhone warranties, T-Mobile insurances, and overall care of phone. I came in with no appointment and they saw me immediately and my phone was fixed within an hour for a great price. Apple said they couldnt fix the issue without replacing the whole phone with a new refurbished phone for $300+. Definitely recommend this place if you have any damage or issues with your phone. He set good expectations when he needed to order a replacement part, promising to charge me only if the repair was successful. Ultimately, he exceeded expectations by completing the job earlier than expected! The phone works wonderfully now,. It worked out to be far cheaper than to buy a replacement would have been.At the conclusion of the service, they were very helpful in giving reasonable expectations on the remaining life of my phone and recommendations of manufacturers I can consider when it is time to replace it. I-Tech & Repair is inconsistent in their pricing policy with customers and it seems that you have to argue to get the price they offered when you dropped it off. I would recommend that you go somewhere else.

Went in after my battery died. As a business owner, I cannot be out of pocket for long. They were able to take care of my phone immediately and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future electronic repairs.

I just left this store. They opened 30 minutes late and then told me my iWatch would cost $100 to repair the glass. No other issues with the watch. I happily declined there offer. Unprofessional and over priced.

This place is awesome!! Highly recommend! My iPhone 6s was draining its complete battery life within a half hour - I got a new battery, a super cool case with credit card slots, and a screen protector for less than the next lowest place would have charged me for just the battery! Great service; super quick turnaround and friendly staff!!

Took my iPad mini and Samsung Tab there. The iPad was repaired in about an hour. The Samsung tab took longer because the replacement part had to be ordered. I was called when it was done. Great job on both and very reasonable pricing.

Excellent job done did an outstanding job replacing the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and at an unbelievable price just been to an Apple store at galleria in Houston and was told that they could not fix the phone as the Lcd was not working and it will be 349$ to replace my handset. This place not only fixed my phone but also were able to save my data that was very important and only charged me 110$ for everything. Will definitely use the s place again for all my repairs from now on

This is the second time I have been in and they simply cleaned my charging port when they could have simply sold me a new one, I am sure at some point it will actually break and I will only come here to have them fix it! I am not happy with this place. We purchased an item that did not work and when we came back to exchange it the salesperson was not happy. The item that we exchanged did not work as well. When we came back, the same salesperson got upset with me and told me that I was uneducated. That was very rude and unprofessional. I am not happy with the customer service at this establishment.

Find another place to take your phone! These guys ruined my phone! Just wanted a new battery in my iPhone 5s. My phone was returned with pry marks, the power button is broke, the silence button is broke, and worse yet - I can no longer take video with sound! There is only a loud white noise type sound. My phone was in excellent condition (besides a quick draining battery) prior to taking my phone here. Do your research, or take your device to Apple. When my husband confronted them about the phone damage, they totally denied it. Zero integrity.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Terrible quality of service and major lack of integrity. We paid $70 for repair and $40 for battery. Faulty glass installation was made and we noticed when we came home after being rushed out bc they were closing and instead of honoring warranty, manager said it was not covered wanted to charge again for glass repair done less than a week ago. Very dishonorable.

Do not take your phone to be repaired by these people. They are shady and will deny breaking something when repairing your phone. My son took it in for a cracked screen and now his home button doesn’t work. When mentioned to the employee, their initial response was, “we didn’t do that, but we can fix it for another 20 dollars!” Needless to say they did not fix it and they charged my card twice despite telling me that the initial charge did not go through! Extremely disappointed and will never use them again!

I went to this shop on March 22, 2018. I had bought a battery several months earlier. I recently found out that the battery was defective and had researched the problem before i went into the store. the battery had inflated and had popped the screen off of my phone. I had called the shop the day before to schedule an appointment the day before. The person who was working the store that day was extremely rude and was generally unhelpful. He laughed at my situation and said I was stupid and should have researched the situation beforehand and to not waste his time. He proceeded to diagnose my problem as a Physical Damage to my phone and refused to repair it. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will never go here again.
