Price changed 3 times, started at 20 dollars and 20 min then became 60 to 70 and 2 days after 1 week and no call I went back still not there, another week later said not fixable so I asked for it back but it was not there . Another week later .... still no call I went back for iPad, I showed my ticket... after some time got it back and told its fixed but will cost 95 plus tax .Be careful going here

Great service. We bought there some cell phones and one airpods. They made us a discount on the phones and when we had a little issue with the airpods, they replaced them for a new ones without any problem. By the way, the new ones works perfectly. Very kind. Sure we will buy there again.

Talk about a terrible experience. The girl that repaired my phone was very nice, and had great customer service. Now to the repair:I came in with a cracked iphone. She quoted a very affordable price to repair the phone. During the repair she came to me and told me the home button was now not working. This is proprietary Apple technology that only Apple can do. The haptics on the buttom are totally proprietary.So I got a new screen with no home button. They had to use the accessability options to give me a virtual button ( Try using this for a day, you will have a literal aneurism).Now a week later my battery is ruined, it goes dead about 3 times a day. The screen graphics are terrible, which shows they obviously used an inferior screen. And the touch on the screen is terrible, I have to press hard usually just so it will work.So I went and purchased a new Phone for 350.00, after wasting 80.00 at their shop on my old phone. I went to reset the phone, now it is a brick because there is no home button and i cannot access the start menus.So all in all, I know she meant well, but good lord did I get hosed. Never again will I visit a repair shop. Its just easier and less stress buying a new phone on ebay.

Repair was good and quick. Efee was the on who repaired my phone on two different occasions and I was very happy with both. Good location near one of the entrances.

If I could put 0 stars I would, very unprofessional. Fixed my phone with very cheap glass, over priced I paid $216 for my iPhone XS to be repaired and it cracked in the messed up case I was given with the screen protector on. Completely worthless and would not recommend anyone use their services.

The guy was rlly nice and fixed my cracked phone screen. He even threw in a free screen protector

I brought in my XR to get fixed. The back glass was cracked, the charging port was broken, the speakers was also broken. Not only did they fix with in an hour the fee was super economical!

Got a screen protector put on my phone and it came off minutes later, went back to see why and the guy gave me an attitude blaming it on my case and got him to redo the protector since he didnt let me return it.

These people are scam artists. BUYERS BEWARE! My wife came in to get me a pair of headphones and went looking for the iPhone wireless ones. They told her they were out of stock (knowing they aren’t even authorized retailers for that merchandise) so they continue to sell her the fake ones. They had a last pair that was broken and sold it to her knowing it was a Christmas gift. I opened my gifts early and they weren’t functioning and weren’t the pair I wanted. She called and explained her situation and they offered her money back. Once I arrived for the return they denied it and proceeded to disrespect me by yelling and shouting. The older gentleman is the manager and he is a crook. They mark up their prices for their products and force a sale on you even if it doesn’t work so they can keep your money. I grew up in Katy and please don’t let any of our locals or family members, friends get scammed by these people.

Beware!! Just check my receipt when I get home! No return! No exchange! Over priced products. I paid 4x worth of the priced. Dont believed of what the salesman saying.Its art of selling. The products are cheap.

Coming to America from a third world country, I expected to be met with financial justice. I looked forward to finally turning away from corruption and from an unjust community with only money on their minds. Walking into this store, I realized that I didnt just walk into an unequal, disproportionate store that sells fake tech, I walked into the very corruption I was trying to escape. These people are poisoned with the thought of making money, completely neglecting the concept of customer satisfaction. I was sold products that werent even worth half what I paid, and was moreover denied a refund. If its reliable technogoly you want, turn away. But if its misrepresentation of American values, be their guest.

Do not shop here, they lie and steal!! They do not sell quality products, they do not stand behind what they sell! They are very rude and call security on you if you try to question their practices. Save your money, shop anywhere else.

Two other places told me my phone that wouldn’t turn on was beyond saving, but this place was somehow able to fix it. Haji was straight to the point, probably undercharged for the miracle he worked on my phone, and frankly I would let him raise my children.

Rudest people Ive ever met. Went in with my daughter looking for an iPad Pro case. They pulled out what they had and asked me if I wanted to open the plastic bag on the case to better see the case. Told him yes, because I cant do that on Amazon. He looks at me and says, just go buy it on Amazon and removes the cases from the counter. I ask, so youre not going to let me see the case? He says no. Seriously !!

Avoid it!!!! I bought a monopod there, it was defective, I came back 3 days later with receipt and product in hands, owner simply said I broke it. Of course the product was intact and in its box. Still owner didnt want to exchange, refund, nothing. I was ripped off. By the way, there was a sign in the store saying that exchanges would be honored within 3 days, which is a joke compared to other stores, but not even that was honored!

Never do business with these people Haji the manger charged me $200 bucks to fix my phone and all they did was fix the screen protector and a few days later the phone stoped working.Then we came back to buy some headphones and I walked out the store and the headphones were broken then a few mintutes later I walked back in to get a refund for a BROKEN pair of headphones that I bought for $24.99 then the clerk marshal I think. He agreed to give us two figet spinners which were not worth it. PLEASE NEVER, I SAY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They also charge crazy prices which you could go to bestbuy and get a better deal also get a refund at bestbuy.They will scam you.
