We came in at 7pm on a Saturday get the iPhone deal. They did everything in their power to help us take advantage of the promotion because of the way our plan was set up there were some issues. However, they made it happen and provided great service. Highly recommended this store to anyone.

I made an exchange from an iphone 11 phone to an iphone 12, the truth is that I feel cheated, they give very few details of how the exchange will be. They told me that I could pay the difference in 3 months and the phone would be mine, and when you make the change and there is no turning back, they change everything and you cannot get out of the contract for 2 and a half years apart, you cannot pay the phone all at once. In the contract it appears that I deliver an iPhone 8 (I have never had an iPhone 8 in my life). I think is the worst investment I paid for my phone now I have to pay for 2 years and a half and I can not pay the phone at once. But we’ll I can not change what happened, please don’t trait your phone never with any company.

One of the few good experiences Ive ever had with ATT, if I lived in the area I would only visit this store to take care of my ATT issues. Wonderfully managed store - how all big corps should treat people.

Today was a rough day. I was traveling from San Antonio to Lufkin for work. I go through Katy to avoid Houston. Well before Katy I stopped at a rest area and my phone decided an update was needed and I meant to hit the later button and hit the install update. My phone then froze up and basically died. I could not shut it on at all. MEANING I HAD NO MAP/GPS AND COULD NOT CALL ANYONE! Traveling alone I was panicked I saw the sign for bucees 30 miles away and figured I would stop there and ask someone where to find an AT&T. Paula at Bucees went above and beyond she pulled out a map we glance at it to see how far away I was from Lufkin then she DREW ME A MAP with landmarks to get me to an AT&T store.I was able to get to the AT&T store and get a new phone. Christian at the AT&T so was kind and helpful he listened to me vent about my day with tears in my eyes. Helped me get set up with another phone so I could be on my way. Thank you Paula & Christian for being so kind. I am extremely grateful for running into both of you! The world needs more kind people like you!

Thanks to Alex J. i was in and back out with the latest phone and a way better deal on my bill He made it very clear about everything on my bill and ensured me that no hidden fees would show up next bill! Still no extra fees love my phone and was definitely smoothest and fastest phone purchase.

Worst experience ever! I got two phones which I cancelled within the week back in August now in December Im still getting $300 bill for one week of usage I made so many phone calls to at&t and went to the store and they all assured me I wont have to pay anything because everything was returned. The store manager and sales person dont care. His response was thats your problem. Very unprofessional they dont care about their customers they just care about making sales. They lie about how much your monthly bill will be just so you can switch with them!

My husband was helped today by a woman named Ana. He said she was not only kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, but she helped him to save $130 on a bundling package he didnt even know he could get. In his words, She was AWESOME! Thank you Ana for your excellent customer service.

Upgraded my phone at this location, the rep was incredible, I got an Ipad for an amazing price and a new phone for a very low price. Only bad thing would be when I got my receipt. It was all stained with ink and I couldn’t even see the price that I paid. Nonetheless, the rep was able to send it to my email. But still the management should take a look at this and solve this issue ASAP!

Samantha was amazing, very easy going, never pushy, very honest, neutral, those characteristics are very hard to find on sales people nowadays, I would go back to her if I ever need a new phone or any doubts on something. She was friendly and courteous, However, there wasnt much she could do as far as lowering the price a little but other than that, I was happy with the service overall and how she laid out everything.

My paperwork was lost and the service provider that originally helped me left the company without submitting important information. Went in there to get my wife a new phone. They offered me what seems like an awesome deal. New phone with a free Samsung tablet and my bill wont go up. Turns out they throw in a $100.00 fee later on your next bill and they never tell about it. Dont get swindled by this deal like we did. AT&T loses my respect.

I brought in my Iphone- the (+) sign in my calendars was grayed out. They let me know that they were not a repair shop. I told them the phone did not need repair but I did need some customer service. Raj repeated we are not a repair shop. Be aware of the mind set of sales only- no after sale service.

This review is specific to Tim Lewis-Sam, sales rep.I dropped by the store a few hours before closing to upgrade my wifes phone and when I walked out Tim had saved me $40/mo on my bill. He was courtesy, intelligent, professional, and very customer-focused. He investigated possible discounts, plans, and adjustments to my bill without my ever raising the issue. If didnt already have a home security plan, I would have also bought that from him too (AT&T is way cheaper than ADT).Not only did he help when I was at the store, but he also helped me a week or so later on a follow up call about my bill. He called me back right away and fixed a charge without skipping a beat.I appreciated his ethical salesmanship and I believe he is exactly what AT&T, and all other retailers, need on their sales lines.Nice job, Tim.And Jimmy was cool too - provided some good feedback on the iwatch.

Treated so rude by an employee named Ceasar. Went in due to the Sim card I had wasnt working and phone I bought charger port hole was broke so I took both back since we were in same spot. Told the guy what happened and he said why didnt you come in sooner?!? When he said it my husband had to walk away. Visiting this ATT store was a great experience in every way! I was greeted warmly and the service was above and beyond. I was helped by Ateef. I had gone in for assistance with cancelling my phone order for an iPhone and to purchase one so I could have it that day.He said he was happy to help and even offered to check with other ATT stores in the area if I did not find the one there that I wanted.Then he checked on my order online - and assured me he would help me cancel it - which I did not know how to do. He found the order - and- discovered it had shipped and would arrive via priority mail in a couple of days!I had wanted to cancel only because I thought it would take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive and was delighted to hear the news!! Then, even though no sale was involved, he continued to help further by printing out all the details including the tracking number. And when thanked, assured me he had been happy to help!! Make my day!!

Horrible experience, these guys are fraudulent folks.They sent one of their guys to come install Direct TV at my place, he took out the Comcast and installed a very bad product, he tried several things for hours that didnt work and he acknowledged it wasnt as clear as the Comcast I had before.CNN on a 4000 dollar Sony 4K TV looks like local channel.He promised to come uninstall the next morning because he was too tired and AT&T overworks him.His name is John Calderon.He said his IPad was bad and I cannot see the agreement that I just have to sign at the bottom that he showed up.He promised me that I have 30days to return just like any product in US.I have been begging AT&T since then to come pack their stuff but am told I will pay over 700dollars or manage it for 2 years. On a different note, I have barely used the cell phone for 1 week and they already sent me a 265dollar bill for 2 phones a month and I just heard I cannot have hotspot and the amount I was promised is no longer valid. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BELIEVE THESE GUYS,THEY JUST WANT TO FORCE YOU INTO A CONTRACT.DIRECT TV IS BAD IT IS BAD IT IS VERY BAD.IF IT RAINS YOU WILL BLAME YOURSELF PLEASE DO NOT EVER LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE.All they care about is locking you into a 2 year contract, I will tell everybody I can in Katy area. 2.55pm as of today 7/20/2016 Signal is completely gone because it started raining.
