Turned onto this comic shop via a toy group I belong to which has been a godsend as a collector. Ordered the Marvel Select Immortal Hulk figure. Package arrived within 2 business days, packed with even more care than many bigger online retailers utilize! You can tell these guys care about their customers and their reputation. Best comic shop Ive been to in west MI. Super friendly owner, very personable and knowledgeable. Willing to help you get what you came for in hand. Pre orders and all kinds of stuff. Shop is packed full of latest Star Wars black series, marvel legends, dc etc. also has a large quantity of vintage NIB stuff everywhere. Has a great selection on eBay as well. Great place to take your little ones!!

The staff was very polite and attentive. The reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 is because it was close quarters walking around due to the clutter. They have a lot of interesting items to buy and look at though, Ill be back.

Amazing little place that has a lot of bang for your buck! Eddie, the shop owner is always knowledgeable, and friendly, the prices are fair, the selection is amazing. If youre looking for a hard to find comic or action figure, Eddie is your guy! Store is well lit, clean, but stocked to the gills with all kinds of nostalgia and current items. My family makes the trip at least once a month. One of my favorite geek spots in SW Michigan!

Always a pleasure to visit. Store owner is a friendly guy and it’s fun to rap comics and toys with him. Sells new weekly comics, has a great selection of modern and bronze, and keeps a rotating selection of keys and hot books. He definitely keeps a finger on the pulse of the comic community. If you’re into graded comics, he has a wide selection of those, and his raws off the shelf come back 9.6 or better due to his careful and meticulous handling of the new books, sold bagged and boarded for you.

Stopped here on a whim today looking for some Christmas gifts for my son. He loves anything Godzilla, King Kong, Scooby-Doo or Spongebob related and the staff was more than helpful in helping me find items for each of those. I was absolutely blown away by the collection of vintage toys, comics and collectables amongst many other interesting items. The owner was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I shopped around.If youve watched the TV at any point in your life I can guarantee you will find something in here that you would want to buy impulsively. Do yourself a favor, check this place out, support a small business and skip the chains. These places are too rare to let go!

I love this shop! Its small, friendly, and personal. Eddie is great and makes sure he gets to know his customers and remembers you and your interest. Love this place! I collect old toys and the owner and staff are always super friendly. My wife went in there last Christmas and described my interest and said my name and he remembered who I was and was able to tell her what I liked and got me an amazing present. Favorite place to shop for old toys and recommend it to everyone!

The best quality comics out there! I’ve gotten 5 comics that I’ve sent in from here with a returned 9.8 grading! I’ve never come close to that with other local store(s). The toy selection has to be one of the top in the state. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! Rockets give you the warmth of a family owned business as opposed to the wal-mart experience of older places.

I cant tell you how much I love this place! Eddie is great! He is kind, funny, knowledgeable, and willing to make you a deal. I go there mostly for the vast collection of loose collectible figures, but will be using their new website for getting my comic pull list together. All in all, it is a great experience every time I walk through the door.

Best comic and toy store in miles. Its the ONLY store in Kalamazoo you can find 9.8 comics and old comics for reasonable prices! Its not hyperbole, Ive gotten two comics graded 9.8 this year just as pulls that I later got signed. Oh the toys are great too! There are toys there that from whenever you were a kid. Ages 3-103!

Found this place through a google search and very glad I did! Met the owner and he was really friendly and knowledgeable. I think we had more fun talking about our old toy collections and not about forcing a sale. He has a wide variety of vintage toys and new collections. Is flexible with pricing which is nice when dealing with older toys that are getting rarer to find at cons. Looking forward to seeing him grow and coming back to the shop when I am in the Kalamazoo area.

This store has such an awesome selection of figures, comics, and collectibles from new to old. I visit the shop once a week to pick up my comics and find myself staying for at least a half hour to an hour, just looking around at all the cool stuff. I always find something new and enjoy talking to Eddie while browsing. The atmosphere is great. Everything is clean and well organized. Overall, its definitely one of the best and most unique comic shops Ive ever been to. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

There are some nice comic book stores in the Michigan and Indiana region. I would like to think that I have been to my fair share of comic book stores and I think that Rocket Comics has been my favorite. Eddie is really helpful and down to earth. Many comic book stores seem to turn very mainstream, but this store is like taking a step back in time. He has a lot more hard-to-find stuff it seems, so if you consider yourself a collector, you will love Rocket Comics.

My wife had heard about this place so we decided to visit looking for comics and original sets of Pokemon cards. We spent probably over an hour there and had a great experience. The owner takes genuine interest in each of his customers and is knowledgeable on the things he sells. This is now our favorite comic book store in the area and well be visiting regularly.

I went to this shop a few days ago and I was surprised by the amount of good stuff the owner had. Whether you are looking for comics, Legos or rare or hard to find vintage toys, this shop has a lot of nice stuff. I actually got to meet the owner and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cool shop, a little pricey on some of their vintage items but they were willing to haggle and I walked out satisfied with what I paid.They could stand to have their forced Air ducts cleaned though, definite dirty duct smell around the air diffusers.
