Wasted my time, drove from Grand Rapids to check out a car with no problems at all didnt even take it for a test drive because in my initial inspection I found the car had a blown head gasket. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere.

I had just began search for a deal on a used Odyssey as ours broke down further than we felt comfortable repairing. I had stopped at five different dealerships only to find that the inventory was dramatically overpriced or damaged more than let on.When Custom Auto Retail Sales was brought to my attention, I found what seemed to be a very attractive deal on an exceptionally low mileage Odyssey. Apron arriving to inspect the vehicle, I was met with a vibrant and friendly individual (who I would later find out owns the lot), Luann. The vehicle was found to be in fantastic shape, the test drive went perfect, and the carfax was clean, so I am now the proud owner of a new van. All for less than what the other guys had on their lots for older and higher mileage models.I couldnt be happier with my transaction, and for someone who doesnt look foreword to car buying, or the people involved, it was as painless as I have ever experienced. Outstanding service!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will lie about anything, they told me my front wheel drive was all wheel. Then when they car broke down they said they would fix it but when I went to pick it up I had to pay the bill and the old lady called me a liar. STAY AWAY you have been warned!!!How this place has a 2 is unbelievable should definitely be a 0. They had a lot more bad reviews on Google last year but some how magically they disappeared. Just look at the reviews from the yellow pages that will tell the true story, its funny how in one week they get 3 perfect reviews on Google. I now owe 15k on a 5k car because they lied about the car being awd and it was 2 wheel. And they said they would swap it for free with a awd comparable car and when I went to get it I had to pay 2k more and I paid taxes on both cars I was so mad that I just agreed to all this to put my family in a safe car HUGE MISTAKE. And I have had nothing but problems with my car I have had for about a year. Dont just take my word for it read the reviews.

Had nothing but good experiences working with LouAnn and Chris. They made every effort to address my concerns regarding the vehicle I was purchasing and were more than happy to make an agreement with me in writing for repairs to be done to the vehicle before I purchased it. The issue my car was having wasn’t something either of us had heard before but I worked it out with Chris and he put honest effort into getting to the bottom of the issue with me and into getting it resolved. LouAnn was very available with updates and concerns I had through the whole process and when I ran into issues with paperwork with the bank they were kind enough to let me drive the vehicle off the lot a day early while it got squared away.Since my purchase they have been very willing to answer questions I had regarding the repairs that were done and were even willing to assist me with a paint chip I found after the purchase when by all accounts our business was concluded and they didn’t owe me anything at that point.They are both very genuine people. That’s the kind of integrity that matters to me personally which is why I consider my experience to be worth 5 stars. Thank you both. Will be back someday and would recommend to friends based on my experience.

ALL these reviews are even scams the guy that says hes 78 says he is in his mid 50s on another review he left a perfect score on, they are paying people to leave perfect reviews, the only way I will leave a good review is if they buy back the POS they sold me, they lied about everything and told me they would pay for the repairs and when it came time to pay they told me they never said they would pay for, STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM
