It was a hot Michigan day but I wanted to look at cars. Cole Nissan was happy to help. It took me an additional week to decide but the Cole Nissan staff was patient and answered all the questions I had throughout the entire process.

We took our car in because another company said the wheel bearings were bad. Cole Nissan was very thorough with the inspection and made sure to look many times for any problems. Nothing was found so they called to get more information about the possible problem. Since no problem was actually found there was no charge.

I just leased my 2nd Nissan Rogue from Cole Nissan. Both experiences have been incredible. I dealt with Rodrigo and Jessica and they are both top notch and very professional. I have never had a better vehicle buying experience than I had purchasing my Nissan NV3500 SL Van from Jai and Ben at Cole Nissan in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I live in Ohio and was searching all over the country to find a 2021 NV3500 van when I lost my 2019 NV3500 in a garage fire. Jai called me to let me know they had one available, he gave me a price over the phone, which I felt was a very fair price, and I drove 650 miles roundtrip to purchase the van the next day. The van was all prepped and waiting for me when I arrived, and in under an hour Ben had completed all the paper work and explained everything as I signed the forms. I wrote a check for the payment of the van and was on my way back to Ohio.

The whole team was extremely professional and helpful. Work was done so fast, it took me less than 24 hours to do the whole process and pick up my car. Highly pleased with Cole Nissan.Especially grateful to Jai Paxton for his work!

We were traveling and had an unexpected transmission issue. Brian took the car in and was very thorough and persistent in finding the issue. It took days but he was finally able to uncover the issue and fix it. This was after having took it to our home Nissan for transmission issues 2-3 times and was dismissed every time. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

I purchased my 2015 Nissan Murano used from another dealer and I love it. I recently had some crossbars purchased and installed on my roof rack. While there I asked for a brake inspection. They were very honest and could have told me I needed new brakes, after recommendation I called my friend who sold me the car at another dealership. And he informed me that they were being honest. I told them before I got there that my credit is bad. But I had a nice down payment and great income. He told me that it wouldnt be any problems. So after I got there I was told I can be finance but the bank would pick the car for me.

This was by far the best purchasing experience I have ever encountered from any dealership. From our salesman, Jack Williams, to all the other friendly and helpful sales support. I’d also like to mention how great our experience was with the Finance Manager. You usually get the high pressure sales bit on warranties. Not this dealership. They give you the information and you make your decision. No pressure. Also, they were prepared to close within minutes. I’ve always had to wait for them and they waited for me, which is a nice change. I rate this dealership and the staff at 5 stars.

I live in Grand Rapids Michigan and I was contacted by Rodrigo Barrera after putting my contact info in with Trucar. I also stopped at 4 other dealerships and no one was even close on price and service. Rodrigo asked me what I needed to pay and he got it done. Cole Nissan sold me my brand spanking new Murano for $5000 cheaper then all the other dealerships were offering. I was very impressed and everyone at Cole Nissan of Kalamazoo was friendly and professional unlike the other dealers at other dealerships who just wanted to bash the other brands and say a bunch of nonsense and try and get me to pay more. I liked my experience so much with Cole Nissan that I convinced by best friend to buy a Marano from Rodrigo at Cole Nissan the next week, in fact They even drove it right to his house in Grand Rapids. Worst dealership ever, sold me a car with a HORRIBLE transmission, 121,000 miles on a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5s. Test drove fine, a year later at 130,000 miles the transmission has problems. They did not tell me anything about how 2009 altimas transmission are HORRIBLE and have a 120,000 mile warranty on them!!! and now want me to pay 4,500 to replace the transmission because they can’t work on them to fix the problem, just have to replace the entire transmission. If you want to save money, don’t shop here!! They will not let you know about any important issues that can go wrong, saddened by this company🤝

Very Excellent Customer Service And Went The Extra Mile To Make Sure I Was Happy

I have had service done on my cars many times and never had an issue or problem. Both the mechanical work and the customer service have been great. Everything seemed to be fine with my last servicing also, until I discovered a couple of problems. A piece of the drivers front wheel well is missing. Thought this may have happened during the tire rotation and / or brake line flush. Noticed also that the remote starter was not working. Might have been disabled / disconnected during other servicing. Relatively minor problems to be sure and some stress form working under current restrictions / conditions is understandable. Still, I hope I will be able to get these issues resolved.

Had a great experience here. Got an oil change and they were prompt and friendly. Included a free tire rotation and car wash. About two days later I notice a nut cover missing from my rear wiper, with no idea if it happened there or coincidently while I was driving. I called To see if they’d found it, and they hadn’t. They offered to replace it and ordered the part overnight. Really impressed with the way the customer comes first.

I was pleasantly surprised...I was in and out within 1 hr and 10 minutes for having an oil change and tires rotated. 🙂 I was very happy after waiting at other dealerships that I had purchased cars a minimum of 2 hrs in the past for just an oil change. Found out from service that a screw was in my front tire. Decided to purchase two new tires. Received a call from the service manager that while dismounting the tire, they discovered that the screw had not penetrated and no new tires were needed.
