Nice selection of good quality items expected to find in a department store.Friendly, incredible, helpful staff everywhere in the store. There is a Big and Tall mans clothing department that I love shopping in. I always find all that need and in well cut and designed pants, shirts, etc. Great prices and I can always find a closeout or two or three. Saves me money. Im sure you can find them throughout all clothing departments. Its always a good experience shopping here! Sure youll enjoy it too.

Went there to shop for a cousin who is turning three, not very much for young boys as far as clothes or toys was concerned. Managed to find some stuff but not a big selection. Wracks were very picked over and disheveled. There was more stuff for little girls, if that is something youre looking for. The rest of the store was pretty well organized and clean. Adults and teens will find plenty here. If you are plus sized, though, your options are slim to none. Prices are only reasonable if you can catch a sale, but if you get the discounts its not a bad place to shop. I appreciated the hand sanitizer stations they had through the store. Overall, its a pretty typical department store experience. If you have a young boy or are shopping for a plus sized adult, you may wanna try elsewhere. For everyone else, pretty good selection.

First of all, why is this store opening at 11:00 am instead of the normal 10:00 am opening?I gave this store 1 star because they had a terrible selection in clothes. Hardly anything to pick from in women’s department. Will not be shopping Penney’s in the future.If you want a nice collection of clothes, visit Dillard’s.

Great clothes and great sales. I shop for my grand nieces birthday every year and I always find the perfect outfits. Need to go back and shop for myself! Having a Sephora in the store is a great convenience also!

Came in for online return. Waited on a customer service line that apparently did not take returns. The signs for returns counter should be more visible, I dont believe anything was posted at all.

It is getting somewhat difficult to enter this report on a store that in the past was more enviable to other places to shop. Penneys use to be a place to get quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Somehow this is not the case anymore. Really very difficult to say these words now. Hopefully this will change in the future as i have enjoyed shopping here in the past. Always use to leaving Penneys with a purchase in the past. Sadly this is the first time I left wanting pants and leaving with Nothing.

The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman took care of my issue with no trouble at all.It was unfortunate that I had to go into the store, because the online order I made was very simple. I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts for my granddaughter. They were all to be shipped to her address in CA. One shirt made it there. Two pair of pants came to my local store in FL. to be picked up by me. The other shirt is still out there somewhere, supposedly en route, but we dont know to where.This holiday season has been disastrous for mailing and shipping. It appears the competency level bar has been reduced significantly just to accommodate the choices of available employees. And yet, everyone is screaming for more money. Just another one of those thing that make me shake my head and say....hmm.

Look I have shopped Pennys for years. Hate to see it fade away. Always the best for school clothes, sheets,pillows, curtains/rods, anything home. Now its a shadow of its self. I catalog and pickup at store. Covid 19 has been hard on this gem.

Bought a nice birthday gift for wife, told the saleswoman that its a gift. I get home, give her the jewelry, and the chain is all tangled up around the tags and she left the price tags on the items and the box, too. Real classy. NOT.

Purchased some beautiful tank tops today. Would like to see a true orange color from St. Johns Bay. The material on the xersion brand capris are too thin! Nothing like the ones I purchased a few years back. No one wants to see anyones underwear while working out. I wish the store would open more dressing rooms. Had to hunt for one.

I went to the Sephora to make an in store online order to save on shipping and the woman helping me ordered the wrong item after I clearly stated what I wanted and to not mix them up. After she said she was “pretty confident” she ordered the right thing I saw on the receipt that she in fact did not order the right thing. She told me I had to wait 24 hours to change my order and there was nothing she can do yet. I then called to change my order after 24 hours and was told that orders can only be changed within 30 minutes of placing them. So now I have to wait for the item to ship then return it then reorder the product I actually wanted. The employee messed up 2 times and they told me there was nothing they can do so now her mistake is my problem. I will honestly never shop with JCPenney again because of how awful this experience has been they have the worst customer service and will do nothing but tell you there is nothing they can do. Just save your time and shop somewhere else. Especially the Sephora just order online yourself it’s not worth the hassle.

Although the laundry long and it didnt have very many cashiers I was able to find what I was looking for somewhat I just dont understand its School season and no one has any decent uniforms for the children I had to find polo shirts and the ladies department which tends to run short torso and wide not very good for a teenager thats slim

Just went in to look around, ended up getting great prices on 2 Christmas gifts and a new sweater and jeans for me.

It was great but there wasnt very many styles or sizes for me. Im a 67yr old lady most things were fashion with younger women in mind.

One employee stocking items helped us find what we were purchasing for our family members. 2 other store employees, cashiers were downright snotty.

I just left the JCPenney hair salon located in Treasure Coast Mall. What a terrific experience I had! My stylist Liz recently came to JCPenney hair salon and since I have been with her for 8 years I followed her there. It was such a wonderful experience! Every single person that worked inside was so warm and welcoming! I would recommend JCPenney hair salon and any of the nice ladies who style hair there. However I recommend Liz who is an excellent colorist and awesome stylist!

I used to love JC Penny. Today was not one of those days. As I walked around the store, all the fitting rooms were closed. I asked an assistant and she said one was open in women’s and it was coed. The line outside it was 6 to 8 deep at times. I asked her to get a manager and get another one open. Chris the manager came and said he did not have the authority to do that. Translation - they are short on staff and would rather have you stand in long lines. What happened to JC Penny.Along with long lines there were very few sizes. The sign says for more sizes goto JC Penny online. Why would I do that when I can get it next day from Amazon. I came to JC Penny to get it today.

Service was fine. Very nice but the company boasts about offering contactless payment but I cant use my jcp card on my app? Quite silly. Fitting rooms need an update but otherwise good store

Great selection if Window treatments

I really like shopping at Jcpenney. Their prices are always very competitive and there inventory is usually up to par. However my recent experience (due to covid) found the store practically empty. Although I have to say their sales prices are phenomenal, so I just went online to get the sizes I needed and have had zero problems with getting the merchandise I wanted.

The clothing I purchase there is of good quality and they carry several different brands. The service could be better but ive seen worse too.

I always shop at JCPenney but the last few times I havent been buying. Sale signs are deceiving. I get so disappointed when you get up to the register and its not what you think. Why have small print? You waist the costumers time and your staffs time. I even opened a box of shoes and the box had a pair of used shoes probably someone brought them back and they just put them back in stock. The plus size clothes are not what they used to be they are very frumpy. You need someone new picking what you should be selling.

I really like their clothing. Quality merchandise at fair prices. Seasonal sales are going on now. I got New Balance and Sketchers shoes at less than 50 % off. New pants and a Norelco mens shaver at a great discount. Go and check out their deals. It is better to buy end of season clothing. Most of their off season clothing is priced at about 30 % discount. Some is reduced by more. I bought Michael Strahan shirts that are tagged at $50-60 for about $5-8. My Sketchers were $70 but I paid $33.75.

A sales person can make or break a business. This one star is for the sales person in the curtain dept. of JCP my favorite store to shop for curtains, Today, Jan. 25, 2020, I went to buy one more valance; the Liz Claiborne Quinn Leaf . As I started to look around, Jennifer, the sales girl asked if we needed help, so explained her what I wanted. Without taking a breathe she said Liz Claiborne didnt make the style valance described to her. I told her that they were hanging in my living room, I bought them on line. Jennifer kept describing the other patterns in the book and styles Liz Claiborne made and each time I described what I bought.All she kept repeating over and over was that I was wrong.Finally after 15 min. or so. she looked on line and said

While the mall is generally busy the store itself doesnt feel too crowded. Great selection of brands and wide isles for easy browsing. Pricing is fair based on regional values and the location is central to most of PSL Stuart and Jensen. The store is kept clean and most of the staff we have encountered are friendly and informative. They seem eager and happy to help. Shopping experience here is a pleasant one

Good sales people..and I always find that expensive shirt Im going to wear once.also you cant miss that jcpenney smellflashbacks when I was a kid running into the clothes and playing in the almost black... white carpet. I always get in out of there maybe in about 15min and make an outfit.

Wait time in line was a bit lengthy. Sales agent wasnt familiar with where products in other departments were and stated they were out of scarves. When actually there was a display offering 40% off. She did track me down and correct her error. Store was clean and organized.

Great price on sheet sets. I added extra pillow cases and they rang up $7.00 dollars more than the sign on the rack. I went and took a picture of it and they rang it up correctly. About half on hour later my sister went back and made the same purchase. This person would not take the picture I showed them. We had to walk back to the sign and show them what the listed sale price was.

Good for getting clothing and shoes for work, they have good sales pretty frequently and deserve to be more busy. Lets appreciate department stores a little more before we buy everything from online giants and have to return half of it due to not fitting or poor quality.

Their portrait service is the worst..I had a 11am appointment to take pics for my daughters 1st first birthday we werent on set till 12:30 and the photos were rushed to be taken as other customers were outside waiting. They didnt print the pictures in the package as directed and when the photos were being collected and they printed extra we had to pay an additional $28 for them after getting a package for $289....the worst ever!!!!

JCPenney at the Treasure Coast Mall is a good place to find bargains in clothing and apparel. The employees are mostly friendly when you approach them but they seem to avoid the customers. I wish the store was better organized; it would make a big difference and I would probably spend more time and money there. I hope they can continue do business in the Amazon era.

I was specifically looking for sweatpants when I visited here. Since the redo of the redo, I havent seen the quality I experienced in the past. FINALLY. The Xersion brand and quality has returned. I dropped 200 bills on sweatpants alone. Best workout wear on the market has returned.
