If I could give this place less than a star I would! I tried to buy a pair of shoes until a staff member told me I had to buy $30 of clothing. Never heard of that ever. I would definitely think this is not ok!!!!! There trying to make extra Commission. Never go here to buy shoes ever they are a bunch of scammers! This is not the first time I had a problem like this. A staff member tried his very best to sell me their shoe protector And finally I bought into it because he gave me a $5 discount. Turns out I paid the regular price as online at shoe palace. Went straight back into the store and returned them. Just be careful everyone buying at this store try to find somewhere else!
Stopped by Shoe Palace to get my husband and son a new pair of sneakers. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees with a warm welcome. While browsing, the manager Ricardo asked me if I needed any assistance. I explained to him that I was shopping for my husband and son, and he immediately started to show some products. He gave me ideas and suggestions. Ricardo made me feel like he cared, and he took his time to show me options. It was extremely pleasurable to had walked in a store and feel the warmth and welcome. Thank you Ricardo for such an easy experience.

The other day I went into the mall looking for a pair of shoes for my son to wear and I went to ever store in the mall and when I walked into shoe palace I was greeted with the best costumer service I have ever gotten from any store in the mall the young gentleman who helped me his name was Darrion Henry and when he was helping me I asked him does he make commission off of the sale and with the happiest face ever he said no maam I do this just to help out people. I got to know this young Gentleman to find out at the age of just 20 he has a son and is in school to be a doctor. In my opinion shoe palace is the best shoe store in the mall they are not just shoes sales people who sell you shoes. They are real people who arent just in it for the money and want to get to know you I give this young man a 5 start service rating thank you and hopefully life gets better for you as a father

I haven’t gone to the mall in a long time. My son needed some new shoes for school so I went to footlocker and their customer service was ok. I went to shoe palace and the service was incredible. the team was very helpful and the store was clean. Me and my son went in for one pair of shoes and walked out with two shoes. Luvertta did an amazing job. Definitely the best place for shoes in the mall!

Not much selection compared to others. I ordered a pair of Air Force around 12/15 and was supposed to get a call when they arrived... No call, No Air Force as of 1/3.
