Tried that apple pie frappuccino. This thing is too tasty!!

My daughters 1st job but who knew Starbucks could be so petty? Put her 2 weeks in respectively to concentrate the rest of her senior year and College after a year of working hard. Starbucks response? Included her in an “all managers” text group to see “she has separated starting immediately “. Way to encourage our youth about the “work world”. I guess that’s what to expect from a FASTFOOD COFFEE SHOP.

This Starbucks has the most prompt, courteous, and friendly service. My order is always accurate and ready within minutes. The employees greet everyone with genuine and kind welcomes. The baristas are truly one of a kind and I will never buy from another Starbucks except this location. I will forever be this locations number 1 customer!Nicole Kent- Galen student nurse.

Ordered online. The order was ready 15 minutes past promised time and there were 10 people who ordered after me who got their drinks before. I don’t pay premium prices to get subpar service.

My sister and I went there after church, had lunch and a great caramel frappe coffee drink. Delicious!

Laura was absolutely amazing. She made sure she heard me right and clarified when I had questions. Its great when you go into a huge corporation and get treated better than you might at a local coffee shop... They took a little bit to get the coffee out and were a little frazzled by the morning rush, but overall great experience!

I like Starbucks but they were a little messy today. I ordered Coffee which wasnt very warm. I also ordered the Spinach Wrap a slice of lemon loaf and banana bread. Well instead of filling the order and giving it all to me at one time they gave me my coffee then I waited. Then they gave me my Spinach wrap, then I waited. Then they gave me my banana bread and lemon loaf. Really. It cant be that hard to put things together. You have 5 people behind thst counter and no one knows what their doing. Just to unorganized.

Horrible service here tonight around 6:30pm. Ordered a plain caramel ice coffee and this is what I got. Told them it was wrong and this wasn’t a caramel ice coffee and they argued with me and said it was correct and it’s the only way they make them so they couldn’t remake it because it would’ve just like this. I mean even the tag is wrong....

Nice and close enough to my work place to take a nice break after hours and write before I go on to my next task of the day. Tried the guava white tea lemonade today and it was super refreshing, highly recommend during this summer weather.

Amazing customer service!

Girl manager was rude and whole team was unorganized. Waited 37 minutes on 12/11/20 for 2 Frappuccinos. I was one of the 1st ones to order and last to leave. Me and a couple people waited over half an hour inside the store for small orders. The manager was too busy talking and flirting with a man and giving him free drinks instead of helping the team. This was my favorite location I would go 6 days a week, twice a day morning before work and on my lunch break. I guess Im taking my business else where.

Cold coffee ☕! Ended up pouring it out. I usually love Starbucks coffee, not when its supposed to be hot & its cold. Service was fine.

Starbucks taste can vary from store to store. Which .makes no sense but its true. Every coffee I get from this location is always consistent and delicious. The baristas are always friendly and take the time to know their customers.

Ive been to this location dozens of times over the years. Staff is always friendly and the place is always in good shape. Its Starbucks, so the coffee is good. 5/5 would buy my Coffee from here.

Coffee is always great at starbucks, they make sure of it. Right! Most of the time I dont have any complaints about Starbucks.. at all. But this location lacks the customer service it should be giving to every customer not just the ones they know!

This is a well-run Starbucks, seating is somewhat limited but usually adequate to the crowds they have. The staff here are more friendly than many other locations and seem to have a good rapport with their regulars.

Really quick place and everything tastes really good alot of the time when I like something it never tastes the same at different locations but this one did a really good job at her our orders correct and tasting like the familiar tastes we love ! Definitely will be back in the future!

I really enjoy this startbucks it is in a great location. The workers do an excellent job and the store is always clean. I only wish they had more comfortable seating options. Great store!

We live in a society that convenience is essential to our lifestyle. However, I enjoy the luxury of coming inside to gain the experience at this location in Jtown. The staff and management make it so enjoyable when you enter. They provide personalized service along with quality coffee. Excellent crew!!

Tim was awesome! Another Starbucks screwed up my coffee, which was a $10 coffee kind you that, and Tim offered to completely replace it no charge. It wasnt even his locations problem but he stepped in. Thanks!

15 minutes to make a drink, they seemed more geared to making the online orders vs the folks standing at the counter. They made mine wrong so they had to remake and she made what looked like two additional orders before remaking mine. Woman at the counter (I believe her name was Jennifer) was super nice. I wont be stopping at this location again.

The morning crew here is an example of what great customer service should be. Jennifer is great!!! Everyone is so friendly and you couldn’t ask for a better experience or product. My favorite location!

Ok so not the best Starbucks experience but the staff was super nice. Definitely want to mobile order as it seemed to be the order of business in the a.m. (I traditional ordered). The dark roast was fresh (no apparent acidity from sitting around) it did take a long while to get my Java Chip frappuccino (for my fiancee) and it was over full and spilling out under the rim and over my hand.

Love my J town Starbucks. Friendly employees and they know what we want we we come in and even know my name.

I love this Starbucks and the people who work there. Is there a line sometimes? Sure, but if you know exactly what you want like I do just order on the app and walk in and grab your drink. I can order my drink online when I pull up and half the time its sitting waiting for me by the time I walk inside because they are good at slinging drinks even if the line backs up because customers dont always know what they want at the register. Ive never had a rude exchange with the people here and theyve all been friendly and professional the 100s of time Ive been in here. I dont even really like Starbucks that much in general but I love the team that works at this location.

They were nice. Thats the only good thing about it though. My mocha wasnt stirred and the double shot wasnt either. I had gotten the same thing earlier at a different Starbucks and it was WAYYYY better. Please train your employees before you put them out and make you loose customers.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Came by today to see if they were carrying the 2018 holiday refill tumbler, to my surprise they were sitting on the end of the counter. I picked one up and stood in line for 10min only to be scolded like a child when I reached check out. The lady snatched it from hand and told me I was not allowed to buy one today. I asked why they were on the counter then and she replied that that end of the counter is not for items on sale (its the first thing you see when you walk in the door). I asked when I would be able to purchase and she said she had no clue, but possibly black Friday.

Clean building with friendly staff. Really the only issue I have is with the price. Its definitely more expensive at Starbucks than lets say Dunkin Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme. But with that being said I do have to admit that their pumpkin spice is my all time favorite

Coffee is great but the wi fi service is awful! I thought that coffee houses like this were known and used for their internet access. The place was empty and it still felt like I was on a dial up connection. I went to the burger king next door and was able to get a great internet connection.

Ordered the decaf pumpkin spice, taste just a little different to the regular one. I think Ill get the steamer next time.

The barista was very kind and helped me get the drink I was trying to describe to her.
