Im writing this review as an old customer. I purchased a vehicle in 2014, and again in 2017. I have paid off my vehicles and am here to say we had nothing but a great time with both cars. My car purchased in 2014 has been our ol reliable and gotten us through so much in life, without any issue. Its now nearing 217,000 miles and Im sad to think of getting something new soon. Yall really heard our wants & needs and put us in a vehicle that weve LOVED over the years. The other vehicle we purchased was my husbands and weve had no issues and plan to keep that until its end as well. If we still lived in the area we would definitely be here for the next vehicle we plan on buying.

Eddie is a very good person to work with. Doesn’t pressure anyone and he is very professional and kind. Highly suggest him! Great selection of cars and they make you feel at home.

Bought a car from here outright 11,000, and the day after the sale the car died out on me a couple times and was giving me problems starting- took it back to them and they said everything checked out they didn’t find any problems. The car issues have continued I reached back out with no response- I used savings to buy this car and I feel I got a lemon I literally just went out to start it and it wouldn’t start on first attempt. I would NOT recommend this car lot go to Onslow County Motors for a good used car

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car at the end of June and here we are in October and have already had to put nearly $800 of work into my car. It’s only been a little over 3 months, save your money and don’t go here.

Im writing this review on behalf of my brother who purchased a vehicle through them last week. When purchasing the vehicle he was told the vehicle had no leaks. The vehicle is and has been leaking oil out of the oil pan gasket. Im not sure who repaired this leak but rather than fix it correctly RTB was caked around the seal. Whether this was their repair or not I feel it should have been caught when inspected and at the very least should have been disclosed when purchasing the vehicle. For a vehicle costing nearly $10,000 this is unacceptable. The reason I didnt leave one star is because 3 days after buying the vehicle the serpentine belt broke, the dealer was awesome while helping with that and paid for towing to their shop and replaced it for free although I feel this should have been caught prior to sale as well. When purchasing a car be certain to do your due diligence and have the car thoroughly inspected.

Great service. The process was quick but at the same time they took their time. I wasnt a very experienced person going in but they talked me through everything and helped explain everything. They have very good nollage and experience with their line of work.

These guys really helped me out when I needed it most. Cant complain at all they literally did what they could to get me in a vehicle at a price per month comfortable for me. Small issue upon purchase but having a warranty that would cover the issue so in was all my experience with them is very solid. These are very nice people and yes Shannon is amazing!!

If you’re young trying to purchase your first vehicle, please have a mechanic come out to look at the vehicle you’re trying to purchase. A few days ago I bought a Dodge Avenger. The exterior great, interior clean (except for the insides of the doors and trunk). I asked were there any problems with the vehicle and I was told no and promised that they’d fix everything up for me by the time I came back to pick it up. I told myself to get it inspected and a mechanic told me that nothing was done on the vehicle since April 2017 and now it’s November 2017. Alignment, spark plugs, oil change, oil leakage, coolant exchange = $500+ (things needed done). Spark plugs were fried! Didn’t even bother to schedule to get the 3 recalls it needed fixed until I came in to purchase. Thank god it was minor fixes, even though they could’ve led into a bigger situation if I haven’t gotten it inspected.Edit: Just had to replace the battery and other damages. Cost me $700+

I agree with the other reviews that the staff is friendly. Once you drive away with a lemon that changes. My husband bought a truck there that had a major motor issue. They had no compassion for that issue. When my husband asked, as a last rsort, to trade for an older cheaper truck, they pretty much said to get lost.

Great service, great cars, and a great team. Sunday evening I found a car on their website and checked it out Monday evening. Went to test drive with intent to buy Tuesday and found a mechanical issue during the drive. The mech identified the issue and promised to have it fixed the next day. Went in Wednesday, the problem was fixed and was out the door in under half an hour with my newly purchased car. They told me that due to my income i could buy a car and that pretty much that Co signers dont exist when i tried to mention my parents with greater income could co-sign.Not to mention when i called them this morning i tried to call them with inquiries about a vehicle they had on their lot and when i tried to mention my. Parents as a co-signer i was rudely interrupted and told that my job and wages would not cover a payment. And i tried over and over to inform them that i had the funds. So if your trying cosign with them i recommend you try somewhere else because i was just yelled over trying to add a cosigner!To be honest i hope yall get good business its just yall are to rude.~

So I went the first time to look at a white f250, test drove it, the battery light was on meaning one of the two had a dead cell or connection issue on top of the steering was shaky, needed an alignment, and sounded really rough more than a diesel should sound...went a second time to look at the black f250 that’s currently sitting in the front corner of the lot looking all proud with a busted worn out passenger steering stabilizer you can see from the road cause it has a suspension lift. I saw one look at that, told the sales woman who then said she would inform the mechanic about it...so if they’re any kind of a mechanic they would noticed that! Guess they were told not to fix something for the steering you know so it’s still sitting out there all proud and about to break soon! NEVER GOING BACK!

Just called to speak to someone about getting a car. the young lady on the phone acts as if she just happened to be walking through the lobby.. The phone rang and she answered it. I just moved here from a bad situation. I have limited funds. She stated when I asked about financing one of their lower priced cars. she laughed and said Most people dont finance our cheap cars. they price for them outright. and they only got the 1 star because 0 wasnt an option

I bought a Mazda 3 from them and they stated it had a new engine and a long list of maintenance just done to it, but had no records or proof of it. A dealership without officially recorded maintenance procedures and activities.... The younger woman who works there had an attitude with me the entire time and was very unprofessional. My temporary tag expired and I called them to check the status on it, but they stated it was at the DMV and Id have it later that evening. I actually called the DMV and they stated my vehicle was still in the previous owners name instead of the dealership and that they had no folder from the company submitted to them to be processed. I called the company back and yet again that same woman was rude as hell and hung up on me. She said the folder was there which was a lie verified by the DMV. She is probably on her way right now to the DMV to use her dealer privileges and get the tag complete from start to finish within an hour when she stated it takes up to 30days and sometimes more. Bad customer service, bad attitudes, and you dont really know what youre getting into. Recommend anyone else, but them, but if you have no other choice speak to anyone else but her.

Bought a car with a clean carfax it wasnt carfax it was a different brand.. anyways i was promised new tires but never happened and i did tst drive it all was fine until i went to work on it for fun.. bad wheel bearing also it was in an accident. i noticed the orange peel paint and the rack and pinion was cracked.. stupid on my behalf to buy the car yes but also stupid to buy a car that does their inspections in a shack behind their office from a bozo that has no clue hat hes doing.. avoid this place, avoid jacksonville do your research and buy a good car.
