Lets see...... I was out shopping yesterday for a car. Drove all around Jacksonville and was about to give up and settle for a car at another location........ Until I tried to take a break from shopping and head home. Something in my head told me to come here..... The previous place Ive purchased two vehicles from. Not even sure why I thought twice before coming to First Coast Auto. Walking in the door, the guys (owner, Jessie, Lloyd, and Levi) knew exactly who I was. Called me by name and made things very easy for me. I showed them the car I was interested in, the had the same car on the lot, but an upgrade better and 2k cheaper. I have always referred everyone I know here. You can never fail coming here. If they do not have the vehicle youre looking for, they go over and beyond to be sure you get what you want. The payments are affordable and youll pay it off soon. No doubts about it..... youll love it here as well.

This is one of those typical terrible used car places. Owner quoted me one price, sticker on window of car $1,000 less than quote. Sales staff is rude and not trustworthy. Street clear of this place at all costs.

Friendly and dependable. We had an issue with a car we bought from them. They tried 3 times to fix the issue. After that they ended up just trading us for a different car. I will definately get my next car from them as well.

I have never had a salesman be so candid and honest with me in all of my car buying experience. I was treated with respect and dignity the entire time I was there. They went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of and put me in a vehicle Ive only dreamed of having. Thank you Roger for going out of your way and going above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. You guys rock!!!!

They dont hassle you to make a deal. Steve is honest and can answer all your questions. Joe makes sure that he explains everything to you while you sign your contract. They are wonderful people!

We went up to the dealership several times looking and we were never pressured. Jessie is a very honest and helpful sales person, and that is a rarity. We appreciate all the help trying to figure out what i wanted and Jessie just kept trying. He was very patient with me. Toni was also extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The owners attitude is not friendly at all you should never talk to your customers in a very harsh and nasty manner. God dont like ugly! my mom purchased a car almost 2yrs ago and Never missed a payment!! And im under her insurance as a driver for the vehicle uhmm Mr Marvin if thats any of your business!!. Anyway We decided to take the car in regarding mechanical issues i understand that some diagnostic are not free!! There were no legal documentation!! The car was worked on without her consent, normally repair shops will call to get the go ahead with your approval to found out the issue especially if it cost money but unfourtunaly it didnt happen that way. I really appreciate Mr bryant he was very helpful and understanding and i do apologize on his behalf. Mr Marvin thats bad reputation for your business you tried to justify the wrongs!! I would never recommend him or his company. he even had the nerve to question my age and why im driving the vehicle! Last time i check you dont have to be the owner to drive a car all you need is driver license. Advice to everyone meet the owner first before you purchase a vehicle!!!! He showed his true colors.

I wouldnt even give this place a star they lied to me from the start gave them 3500 and they said I was financed 8 days later after all the paperwork and money exchanged on a Friday at 4pm they tell me oh ur not financed these people lied about how much money I could put down at first then I had to put more down then I had repaired the headlight which in a 2013 Ford fusion u have to take the whole bumper off and not reimbursed for any of it I was then told they couldnt give me my money back till Monday so they have the car I have paperwork and they have my money they are not upfront about anything and they sit in the office discussing my business Bills and money and acxounts in front of other customers from across the room I have opened a 3rd party disclosure claim on them and intend to pursue it not respectable people. Please dont waste ur time to be lied to they are crooks.

They are very professional and curtios I was with someone but if I ever go to look at a vichiel I will most definitely be going there

If you buy a Car from First Coast Auto Sales they will take care of the problem. You become first priority
