Expect delivery delays, mine pushed back over a week and only notified that morning at 5:00 am. Representatives, although trying to help, had no idea where the vehicle even was or when it would get there. Was called night before delivery at 10:00 PM seeing if I could change delivery again or pick it up at location. Referral code used will not be honored. Was told multiple times over the phone it was applied but after purchase they cant use it. Giving 3 starts because: 1) even with the issues it was better than dealing with a dealer. 2) Every person I spoke to at Carvana was very nice but they need more support with delivery help and escalating issues. 3) Most importantly, the car was exactly as advertised. Took to dealer for a pre-purchase Inspection and was told I got a great buy with zero issues. Will I use Carvana again, probably but just know going into to expect a few hiccups. Not as easy as advertised but again, better than a dealer.

It took less than 3 days for the check engine to come on. Customer service drags this process out. They must not know about lemon laws in the state of Florida. Their 150 point inspection is a complete lie. The coolant is low and the oil was never changed. Not even sure what other issues will magically appear.

I was in the process of buying a car it didn’t show up on its delivery day so I went to go look at it for it to have hail damage and all the cars look like they were so packed in and so overwhelmed that they were being ran into each other.I would recommend a different business to buy a car from their interest rates are extremely high and the product of their cars is not very good. But they do have a really good return policy so it’s worth a gamble if you’re looking to go that route.

I was a bit skeptical about buying from Carvana after reading its mixed reviews. I was scared that the car would not be as shown. I loved the buying experience. Things were quick and easy. I paid 21k in total for a 2016 Buick Encore Leather with 41k miles. Rather expensive but i guess thats how Carvana gets their money. The car was delivered on time. However, Ive noticed tiny black ants here and there in the interior. I read that someone else had this issue. I did even know ants could get into cars like does Carvana have an pest issue? I had the multipoint inspection on the car and everything was good. Hopefully, I dont get any issues later one, UGH.

Sold my 2018 Chevrolet Impala to Carvana and completed deal in Jacksonville Florida. This was the best experience ever in selling my cars. The offer was very fair and took a total of 3 business days to complete. Arrived in Jacksonville Florida at my reserved time to complete transaction after my documents were approved. Drove car up and was met almost immediately by a nice gentleman who had the paperwork ready. I signed the paperwork while he took the car for a short drive. He got back and said car was great and completed the deal on his tablet so I could receive funds to my bank account and I was on my way back home. All of that took around ten minutes. Couldn’t believe how easy this transaction was. Really a great company to buy or sell your car to. Completely happy with this company and my awesome transaction. Great job Carvana !!!

I went into Carvana on a Wednesday Morning. Everything was ready paperwork wise and it was easy in easy out. Very helpful customer service answered all of my questions. Would have been 5 starts however there were some issues that with the car that were not disclosed from the main carvana website. A couple dents and dings that were not highlighted. Thats not Carvana Jacksonvilles fault that falls on the original location where the car was received and photographed. Also the car wasnt the cleanest. After a week of driving I am seeing ants every time i get in the car. But I Love the car otherwise and im glad that Carvana was able to make it happen.

I was in the market for a new car. Planned on trading in my old car. My Aunt told me to try Carvana. Wonderful experience. I plugged in some info into their website, They made me an offer and gave me exactly what they said.... And it was $2,500 more then the car dealer offered. I did everything on line, which consisted of uploading a few documents. They offered to pick up my car, but it was quicker if I dropped it off. The Carvana place wasn’t far from me. So I dropped it off. Signed a few documents, they gave me a check right then, called & paid for me to Uber home. If I add up the time it took me to sell my car to Carvana.... it probably took less then an hour.

I traded in a vehicle that was very well taken care of and in return got a vehicle with food and candy under the seats and stains all over the interior. Im not sure how this is acceptable. Next time Im in the market for a new vehicle Ill return to an actual dealership that will at least give me a decent product, to me thats worth the extra money. I do not recommend Carvana to anyone.

As a seller, my experience was top notch. With regard to the details, I dropped off a late model sport couple with VERY low miles and in beyond excellent condition. Overall the deal worked for me and so far has moved forward with a hitch - i.e. both I and the lienholder received payment in a timely manner. Considering this experience, I would consider buying a car from Carvana.

When we get to the location after a 2 hour drive we were told that the approval and the title must be resubmitted even after they pre approved us and confirmed our information telling us everything is good to come in, but arriving we were told to leave and come back and re do everything. We then contacted customer service and they were understanding of the situation and proceeded to get managers to expedite our paper work. Then we went back into the vending machine where condescending Tia finished our paper work. So at the end of the day the sale was made which was good but the experience could have been better.

I bought a gold convertible BMW from Carvana. Everything about buying it was perfect. No high pressure sales people. They brought the car to Jacksonville from one of their other dealers, I inspected it, liked it and bought it....Very easy to do...if I hadnt liked it I didnt have to buy it. You have access to all the cars they have, which is many more than most dealers have. I kept the car for 1 1/2 year and resold the Car to Carvana, easy, they told me what they would pay, I accepted, and sold the car with no problems of haggling or negotiating.. I think this is the best way for someone to buy a specific car that they want. Thank you for making my car shopping and selling so easy.

Very clean and professional. I visited to look at a car, but it is ALL online. I ordered a car, and we will see how it goes. The owner was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process to me.UPDATE: I BOUGHT A CAR!I purchased a 2016 Nissan Maxima and I love my car. There are a few minor changes I might make to the car in general, but nothing from Carvana’s perspective. When I went to pick up the car, I put in my token (the size of a flat burger) and the vending machine brought my car down. I was able to look over the car, do a short test drive, and take it home for my week long test drive. It’s been a week and I still love my car, but even more, I enjoyed the experience of getting it.

Sold my Frontier here, 10 minutes all process completed. Friendly staff, money deposited in my bank account within 5 minutes, yep, 5 minutes. If you want to save the hassle of dealers, or selling private, Carvana is the way to go, granted, private sell can get you more, but you avoid the meeting strangers and dealing with ppl that at the end never show up.

Absolutely horrible!!!! They wasted my time and cost me hundreds of additional dollars in a rental die to their inability to deliver as promised. After the second delay, with no delivery day in sight I canceled the contract. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. They said the deliver date in website has not been updated. They sent me a delivery confirmation the day before the scheduled car delivery, I turned in my company vehicle as my position no longer required it, then Carvana cancelled the delivery hours before the delivery. They then tried to reschedule the delivery for 20 mins later, the exact same time it was originally scheduled for. They eventually gave me the best available time which was 5 days later.2 days later, I received a confirmation text stating everything was on schedule for the next delivery. 5 hours after that, the appointment for delivery was cancelled again.This really seemed like a great option instead of heading to the car lot with my schedule. Instead, its cost me way more time and money.Another cancelled delivery that will cost me another couple hundred dollars. A delivery date means NOTHING! 5/12/21Rescheduled for 5/29!! with no other options and offered $250 for 4 days of actually wasted work days and a month worth of delays. Is anyone elses time that worthless?TL:DR. 4 appt, 4 cancelations, 4 wasted work days and a months worth of headaches, vet appt, weekend plans, etc.. cancelled is only worth 250 bucks and still no car

HORRIBLE! Ordered a vehicle 2 weeks ago, drove 3 hours this morning to pick up my vehicle and they couldnt find it! They message me 5 minutes before i got there to tell me my car wasnt ready. Then they promise to deliver my car to me on Wednesday only to call me almost 8 hours later to tell me my car wont be here for 5-10 business days! This is unacceptable to top it all off they upped the payments WITHOUT DISCLOSING IT TO ME! The price difference between pick up and delivery was $109 but they jump the total cost an ADDITIONAL $840! NOPE NEVER AGAIN! I could have purchased a car from a dealer and had it that day..... Smh. My husband was purchasing the vehicle for me, Kyle Velders.

I am very disappointed with Carvana. I bought a 2019 Buick Cascada from them. The 360 degree view on their website shows only three imperfections on the body: two on one side and one on the other side. But when it arrived, I could see immediately there where a few chipped paints on the hood and on the front of the bumper. There was a 3-4” long scratch on the trunk surrounded by a few chipped paints around it. They were carelessly dapped with a different white paint and a scratch and a chipped dot on the rear bumper wasn’t even touched up. There were six more on the bumper. I told Tiffany who delivered the car and didn’t want to spend any time in explaining anything the whole time and evening forgot to give me my package, just told me to call their number. I trusted they would fix those issues because the online representative said they would do it with minimum efforts from customers. They sent me the link for me to upload the photos, so I did. But the link didn’t provide you space to explain what or where the defects were. But I took the photos in a way to show which parts they were on the car. Obviously Carvana didn’t look at the photos carefully and just thought everything were on the trunk. or they just didn’t want to approve otter areas. In two days they approved only the chips on the trunk. I called their repair partner Silverock, who told me not to worry and just to drive my car to their assigned body shop to fix it. So I drove it to the shop. They took pictures and told me to take the car home because they had to submit a supplemental claim on the unapproved defects. I went home and waited. Then I got approved again, I drove my car there again and was told they had to submit the claim again. So this time I left my car there and waited from Monday to Thursday. Hearing nothing, I called the body shop then they said they would submit the claim. I called again on Monday and was told they only approved the trunk and the bent front door. Yes, the front door had a crease in it and the body shop identified it. I called Silver Rock and asked why they denied the chipped pains on the trunk. They told me the body shop didn’t claim it. I called the body shop and they said they did. I called Silverrock and they told me to call Carvana. I called Carvana and Stephanie told me to call the bodyshop because she talked to Silverrock who approved everything. I refused to call again because ii waited for hours to be able to speak with Carvana. I spent at least an hour with her explaining the first set of photos showed where they were. Stephanie was very patient and nice and was willing to help. Unfortunately Carvana said they would not fix it because it was just aesthetic defects. I told her they didn’t disclose it on their link and she showed the link to her manager. Her manager also couldn’t see them disclose those defects but just denied to fix it. Also like other review said, they didn’t clean the cars well. We found crackers under the seats and the inside of the doors were dirty. There were also scratches on the back of seats that the body shop would not fix! The online representatives were very polite and patient but the robot Sabastion that sent text messages was a dump. It told me the car deliver was delayed and then corrected itself but the car delivery was delayed for two weeks. I didn’t know and made arrangements for the first delivery. The texts also told me I could wait longer to drop my car off for repair but the email said I had a month to get it done. I also don’t like they make you buy it because you see the car.

I bought a beautiful red 2020 kia soul wagon, it was delivered to my home. The delivery guy was awesome. I almost sent it back it didnt have a fob for it...but delivery guy told me I had 7 days to test drive it so I kept it with intentions of getting a different one. Well I drove it and fell in love with it. It was delivered on Sunday and monday I called carvana about the fob, they are working with kia to get me one at no cost to myself so I am very happy and do recommend carvana and buying a car this way

These folks rock!!!!! I came to Carvana after a horrible week of price padding, and baiting and switching from multiple other dealers. Prior experiences have taught me to be on guard, so to speak. Ask lots of questions, be patient in finding the right vehicle, get my own financing outside of the dealer. Working with Carvana, there were no surprises. Everything was broken down to the penny before I signed. They never tried to sneak anything in, and most importantly, there were no phoney, dishonest, and predatory sales and finance people (or managers) lurking. Worst experience ever!! They are all working from home, milking the covid for all they can so I have spent hours on hold! They over charge by more than $300 because they dont understand Florida Registration and Title (i have plate and registration to transfer) and they dont understand Florida Insurance. In Florida you cannot insure a vehicle that you do not own but Carvana insists you buy new policy to complete sale!! NO ONE CARES IF THEY MAKE A $35,000 sale or not. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! All reps were useless and supervisor doesnt care. I will spend my money with company that wants my business.

Process of buying a car was made basically a breeze. I pretty much only spent about half an hour at the actual dealership. Loving the car I purchased from them. However, and this isnt so much a fault of this carvana but carvana has a whole, the turbocharger in my vehicle leaks oil. This could be very costly to fix and their warranty program will not do anything about it as I have not suffered a breakdown because of it. I do not feel that a car Ive has for just two weeks that I purchased slightly above market value should require a repair that could total over a grand. Thankfully I prepared for such a scenario, so Im not out of luck entirely. Barring that one thing, the car they gave me is in fantastic shape mechanically with only a few minor cosmetic problems that I was aware of before purchasing.

Carvana prides themselves in being a “better than a dealership” experience. It wasn’t at all. The past month with this car and working with Carvana has been difficult, unorganized and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I won’t be sending any of my Soldiers to Carvana to make a purchase either. Ordering the Car was the easy part, they didn’t have the car I wanted at first but the had a variety of inventory coming in daily so I got to pick what I wanted in a day. Carvana associates aren’t well equipped to handle documents for residency or registration for active military service members at all. The issue wasn’t just having to submit various documents to confirm my current military status, it was how many times it had to be submitted (with no explanation), how many times I was told my registration was “good to go”. It is understanding that certain paperwork has to be submitted and confirmed in order to proceed with registration. What isn’t understood, is why I spent so many hours on the phone with Carvana representatives submitting the same documents and trying to figure out the status of my Registration. My temporary tags expire in a week and I’ve sent off yet another document they needed (A Georgia Affidavit) to prove my military orders in GA. What were the other submissions and documents used for? I didn’t have to deal with any of these issues going though a live dealership.Registration is the least of my concerns however. On day 5 of my 7 day money back guarantee, I called and submitted images of interior and exterior damages of the vehicle that where found on day 1, to Carvana. I submitted photos, talked a representative for a few hours and they submitted the information to another Carvana representative and then to SilverRock. I followed up with Carvana days later and the photos and concerns weren’t addressed by SilverRock. It was in the system and the representative and I spent 3 hours on the phone before he confirmed my concerns and made an exception to the 7 day policy bc I had already tried to submit it and it just didn’t get seen. Let me note, the damages on this vehicle weren’t annotated in ANY of the photos Carvana provided for the 360 interior and exterior images available prior to purchases. The only thing noted was “damage to the emblem on the steering wheel”, which was replaced prior to pick up bc no damage of that was found. Meaning one of 2 things, the damage I found occurred in transit to my address or it was never noted by the inspectors of the vehicle prior to sending it. The damage on this car included; broken back end reflectors, scratches to hub caps, scratches on the drivers side exterior doors and scratches to the passenger side doors, a hole and scuffing to the interior of the roof of the car. Not one of damages were noted by Carvana prior to buying this car. When I submitted photos of these damages again, I was sent an email confirming that they would be addressed by SilverRock. SilverRock sent an email confirming the exception to policy and said they would address everything. Well, when I took my car to the recommended shop for a repair estimate, the only thing not addressed by Carvana was the damage to my drivers side door. Ironically, it’s been estimated to cost thousands of dollars to repair bc the damage to paint can result in rusting and further issues. I called Carvana for the maybe 15th time about another issue and they said “We can’t find anywhere where this issue was addressed.” Carvana basically is trying to make me pay for the damages that they didn’t mention when purchasing this car and that I addressed on day 5 out of 7 of having the vehicle in possession. I uploaded over 25 images including images of the drivers side door. If you’re looking to buy a car hassle-free, I wouldn’t shop with Carvana. They couldn’t even send me an email to post this review. I’m disappointed that this car will cost money to fix issues they should’ve fixed. Carvana won’t even admit that they made a mistake and fix the damages to my car. Update: registration received August 2021, after hiring a lawyer.

Then I called the next day and asked for the manager to call me and they said no problem and to this day no one has called me. Do not go there they do not understand customer service. The best process I’ve been through when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! It was smooth and easy. There were only a few bumps in the process, but the Representative who helped me corrected any issues right away. From start to finish, the process only took 4 days. I applied on a Friday (turned in all my paperwork) and received my car that Monday. I got a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and my monthly payments are reasonable. They delivered my car to my address at the exact time that they promised to deliver and I absolutely LOVE my car!!! After you receive your vehicle, you have 7 days to decide if you want to keep it. When I test drove my car, I knew I would be keeping it. I am not one to ever do an exaggerated post; try Carvana for yourself and I’m sure you’ll have a similar experience or even better. I am truly a satisfied customer.

Loved my experience with Carvana. On Monday, I was surfing online looking at their vehicles. The website was very user friendly and I was able to see what my payments and down payment would be for each car on their website. I found a 2019 Mercedes GLC for reasonably priced for make and model. I went to start purchased and uploaded my documents and picked my pick up date. I only had one minor issue, I uploaded proof of residency with an old address and I need to upload a new doc by Tuesday 8:00 AM Arizona time, I uploaded the document before the deadline but it was not reviewed by the deadline time, because of this, my car hold was lifted and I lost my next day pick up date. I called customer service and talked to an advocate, it was a long hold process but he was able to have the underwriters review it immediately and I was able to get my original pick up date and time. The next day I arrived at my appointment and put the coin in the vending machine and my car came down with a blue ribbon. The advocate allowed me to test drive the vehicle, everything ran smooth. I was in and out under 30 minutes. This morning I took the car to my local Mercedes Benz dealer to have a full point inspection. After reading all of the horrible reviews, I wanted to make sure that this car was indeed in excellent condition and it is. I only need to replace the windshield wipers maybe in a few points. My advice to anyone making the decision of using carvana, make sure you take it to be inspected within the 7 days, the earlier the better. I will definitely come back to purchase my daughter’s first vehicle in the next 2 years!

I received my vehicle this past Saturday. Online purchase process was smooth, I chose a Honda Civic that was priced slightly above Kelly’s Blue Book, I really liked the car though so I went ahead with the purchase on the online pictures there was some minor chips and scratches, which I was fine with as it is a used cars. The person that delivered my vehicle was very nice, he even called and offered to deliver early. He was here on time. My biggest problem right now (and sadly one I could see coming from all the reviews I read prior to purchasing the vehicle) was the condition it arrived in, it was very dirty I mean I swiped my finger and it was black they chrome details were not shiny at all, they did a very poor detail job, there were two long streaks running from each side front two back. They applied a very cheap looking dressing to the tires. I spent my whole afternoon cleaning and inspecting the car, the front grille had cracks that were not notated and the original insulation that goes under the hood was missing, it could of been removed by a previous owner but this should have been listed on their website. The indoor of the car was vacuumed but the seats had some staining. Car runs nicely so far I plan to take it to a mechanic and have them do an inspection and will update this review with the findings. With Carvana being an online car dealer and being so unique they should be better at vehicle presentation. They took the dealer hassle out of the equation but I have never seen a vehicle on a dealer being dirty. People are not able to see the vehicles until they are delivered so it should be a priority to deliver them in exceptional condition. I mean even the inside of the hood and motor were dirty! Now I have to go spend money on car detailing. Because you do not clean your cars?

The experience was awesome this is my second car from Carvana. The first car was in Atlanta and I picked it up from the location and later sold it back to Carvana for a small profit low mileage.OK what they advertised on the website is what happened, my mother and I where the only customers at the location and my mother dropped the coin for the vehicle (so cool) I and my vehicle was on its way. The Carvana Advocate was awesome I have to get her name and make sure Carvana knows they have a real professional on deck.The entire experience was extremely free of stress, in the middle of a purchase I pivoted and swapped out vehicles and Carvana was nothing but extremely helpful and patient. I was worried and nervous because of other reviews, but hopefully Management corrected the short coming and every consumer can experience my joy.Now for the slight criticism, the detailing Im bias because Ive detailed vehicles before butterflies I did have an issue with some scratches caused by washing or waxing the vehicle, but my advocate took pictures and advised me someone will get in touch with me to finalize a quote for repair (PROFESSIONAL). If you are tired of the dealer feeling like you cant trust them give Carvana a shot look there price is listed for everyone if you dont like it walk away but at least you know everyone will pay that price no haggle pricing really for me stress-less pricing.Thank you Carvana keep up the good work.

Never experienced anything like this!! Was approved, found a car I liked online at the Carvana website. Car was delivered 7/5, and the car EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! Flawless inside and out, sanitized by the delivery driver who was extremely nice. Car was brought to me on a full tank of gas, fully detailed inside and out. I drove it for 4 days and knew it was the vehicle for me. I love my new car. 2017 VW Jetta!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait to purchase my next car with Carvana. Easiest experience Ive ever had. Nothing but a flashy buy here pay here place. Cars are way over KBB and interest rate for credit scores in the 600s is over 20%.We got a red Cadillac crossover had many problems from the jump. Called first day about damaged headlights a $2000 job, promised they would take care of it so we wouldnt return within 7 days but ten months later they never did. We stopped paying until they did, still didnt and repod after six months of stopped payment. Their demand is for the full 19000 owed although car is worth 9000. Yeah no, you can keep it.

I asked for a offer of my 2004 Saturn SL1 with only 80,000 miles on it. The car looks like new inside and out. I’ve seen cars like mine on a car lot for over $4000. They offered me $200. If that isn’t an insult I don’t know what is. I thought the concept that Carvana was introducing was pretty neat until now. I don’t think I could ever do business with them now.

Sold a vehicle to them; filled out the online information on a Friday evening and scheduled to drop it off Sunday. Very fast and friendly service. Employee took car for a short test drive (5 mins), returned to sign paperwork and issued a check for the agreed upon amount.15 minutes tops. Would recommend for anyone that doesnt want to deal with a private sell.

Just in case anybody is considering buying a car from Carvana, dont! My purchase in May went pretty smoothly, and Im pleased with the car, but the registration process has been a nightmare. They made a mistake on the registration paperwork that delayed it for a month. Then because of Covid the DMV took a couple of extra months to process the paperwork. Finally, when my second temporary tag was about to expire they got my license plates and I called them to give them an updated address to which to send the plates. But they proceeded to send the plates to the old address anyway, so they got returned as undeliverable. Now Carvana has received the plates back but has lost them in their system, and it has taken them a week just to submit a support ticket to get someone to look into what happened to my plates. Meanwhile, I am months into making payments on a car for which I dont have proof of ownership and which Im not legally allowed to drive. Do yourself a favor, and dont fall for the Carvana hype!

I loved the process of buying the vehicle this way and we love the car. We wish there was a way to make an offer on a vehicle as well as we wished the vehicle would have come with a spare tire and a jack but all they sent was a tire inflator which is what they do with any vehicle that I guess didn’t have one when they bought it from auction. Other than those items the process was way better than the dealership process.

So far I am not happy at all . The process online was not pleasant at all . After finally dealing with that they have to change my appointment because they don’t have the keys to deliver my car !!?? I can’t even go pick it up . Bought insurance for today because it was to be delivered and now I have to wait a few days to even see if I like it and it is now beyond inconvenient. Great concept but I wish now I would have just went to a dealership..... sad!

Carvana is selling cars with no titles and expect you to just be patient! Florida only allows two 30 day tags. We are driving without a valid registration. Stay away! You have to wait days to speak with a manager.

My sister a National Gaurd Officer just got a job today at your location. She was hired as office personnel but after she got their she found out why was really going on. They told her to go outside and wash cars and as she looked around and notices that all the black employees were outside washing cars. And the white employees where in the office sitting down in the Ac. She was so hurt by what was going on and how she was treated. She put her life on the linee for this country and she treated like a second rate citizen.

Wel I started my purchase about a month ago with a 2016 Chevy Malibu, car was damage during transport so I didn’t accept it so I pick another Malibu and that had extra imperfections that was not noted during my online selection, returned and swapped out during 7days for another 2017 Malibu and still that has extra imperfections that was not shown online including a windshield starburst, and dent in the driver door which has paint discoloring around it. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle and having to use my off days to hopefully get It taking care ASAP but dealing with silver rock and Carvana is a headache. Point is do not accept any vehicle from this company unless you have spare time to take care of imperfections that do not tell you about before you pick your car. Would not recommend in Jacksonville

The buying process was easy and I was super excited. But of course right after I had it for a week it’s one thing after another after another. Transmission bad, turbo bad, engine problems. Ton of problems just stuck with this car that keeps breaking. Wish I never went through Carvana. I just wanted a nice family car with no worries cause I’m expecting in less than 3 months. I received a few appraisals from carmax and a couple other places, and noone was anywhere near what carvama offered me. The experience was way better than going to a dealership. I didnt have to haggle on price, and then still feel like I probably came out with a bad deal. Instead, I got to find the perfect vehicle, research it as much as I felt I needed to, research the prices, and finally secure financing and complete the purchase. The only negative I experiences was that during transportation, the vehicles windshield was struck by an object. As such, I had a 4 day delay while they replaced the windshield.

Went online to buy a car, went through the entire process and went to make a down payment too. Not all the money I needed was in that account at the time but I already had it moving into the account and given that I already linked my account to carvana they should have been able to check before the deadline on friday last week. This morning I called to check the status and make sure that it was on time (11am delivery today) to find out that not only was my order canceled (by them) it was sold to someone else. Apparently instead of checking back at my account to see if it had the funds (which it had more than enough of at the time) they canceled my order without any warning or notification. This is not a 2-star because of technical issues, but because of customer service. The only communication I got from them was that my order was placed. Not that my account wasnt up to date, or even that my order was canceled! Definitely lost my trust and looking elsewhere.
