Took my 2021 wrangler rubicon in for a first oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was nice but tech did a dirty job of leaving grease all over inside of my car and when I opened the hood there were oil leaked everywhere on top of engine cover, other parts of the engine bay, front grille, and even on my winch and front bumper.Not happy with professionalism of their work.If this is how they do oil change, I don’t know if I want to ever take my car in for any other issues

This dealership is the absolute worst! They have lied to me for the past two weeks regarding the status of my car. When I asked for a simple follow up, they failed to follow up. When I reached out with my concerns, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service. I had to call corporate twice to get a straight answer about my car indirectly from the dealer. I’ve been patient but now I’ve lost faith in their ability to actually offer even mediocre service. They have unreliable service managers and the general manager is obviously the benchmark for their terrible service. Tried to get clear communication about the repair status of my car and the service manager was awful. When I chose this dealer over the others, I explained that I was a recent graduate and didn’t mind waiting if delays occurred. I just needed communication about my car so that I could make appropriate plans with my new job. This experience has been abysmal. I’ve spent a lot of money on travel for false promises and I’m missing work now. They were not only disrespectful but very apathetic to my concerns. My family are not only Chrysler retirees but I purchased my first car here. I will not consider buying from them again. My family have collectively purchased over 20 cars from this company. We’ve been loyal to the Chrysler/ Dodge brand. Now me and my family and friends will take our business elsewhere. There was obviously no interest in retaining their customers. At this point, I would like to speak to the owner. Any professionals, recent graduates, college students, or senior adults looking for a reliable, respectable, trustworthy purchase, or need car repairs should look elsewhere!UPDATEMy car is still not repaired and I am concerned about my safety taking it on the road. Actually it’s worse now and my engine light is on. When I got to the dealer to retrieve my car, the repairs were not completed (see photos of a bumper that doesn’t fit and a loose part under the hood). Actually because of the poor service, the other side of my bumper is now improperly fitted. When I asked for the area managers contact info I was told that they don’t have one. So I went back to the other person who was already apathetic towards my concern. He couldn’t explain why they told me my car was ready when it wasn’t. He said normally at this point we would reach out to the insurance, but no reason why that wasn’t done. He did mention my online review though. After much imploring, I was able to get a name of the owner. Now I will take the car to a place that can truly do the repair. I chose this place initially over a local mechanic but I probably would have gotten better results had I gone elsewhere. If anyone has questions please ask because I have more details to share along with photos.

Will change after service to the vehicle is complete. This is the second time I came in for a part that handles the drivability of my vehicle, which also could be life or death on the road. I know the dealership is busy, but that’s everywhere in the United States right now. When contact was finally returned by the service team they were great and courteous, but the hassle to get a hold of someone is nerve racking. I’m looking forward to finally having my vehicle back soon

Went in to possibly trade/get offer on my Jeep Rubicon, and was helped by a very nice and knowledgeable sales person. Was asked if we would possibly think about trading in our Jeep Compass due to there being a shortage of them and said we would consider it based on the offer but we were really there about the Rubicon. Ended up test driving a 16 Wrangler and went back inside to run numbers on the vehicles. The numbers came back higher than we wanted and we expressed that they wouldnt work and we wanted to know about their possible Rubicon offer. Ended up talking to their sales manager at that point. We went back and forth about Compass and Wrangler price and even brought up the fact that the Wrangler is listed for $4k less on their website to which we were informed yeah everyone is doing that right now. We were then informed that the roof leaks on the Wrangler and that we would have to pay for it to be fixed for another $2k, or we could buy it with the leak if we wanted to(???). Told them that was ridiculous and they decided they would graciously take that off the total. We gave him our goal monthly payment amount to which we were informed that was not possible, but then 10 minutes later we were almost down to that amount magically. Informed them we would have to think about the offer considering everything we talked about but we still wanted to hear about the Rubicon possible trade in/purchase. We were informed by the sales manager that they would let us know about the Rubicon when we let them know about the Wrangler and then he walked away. I honestly feel bad for the sales person because he was really nice and helpful but way to drive away any possibility of a sale, and considering your showroom floor was basically empty on a Saturday it seems like you could really use one right now.

Actually 0/5 stars. My car has been in their shop for 3 months and counting . They took my car apart, then say “oh sorry this part was for someone else” and leave my car sitting, so disorganized. All the while I still have no rental provided.

Believe the negative reviews. I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L here because its the closest dealer to my home and we usually prefer to take it for service where we bought it. The sales experience was fine, but within a day of getting the car we realized a tail light wasnt working and the interior was missing some trim parts. It took TWO WEEKS of going back and forth between sales and service to get them to take the car in, and granted they gave us a rental, another week to get the tail light. We are still waiting on the trim pieces. Kicker was theyd parked our brand new car outside under a tree and when we picked up it was covered in tree mess. You would think theyd be apologetic of a new car having issues out the gate and would at least think to wash the car? Nope, not a single apology! Sad thing is we signed up for a service plan which means I have to come back. Great vehicle, but wish we had bought elsewhere. There are other Jeep dealers in the area.

**Update: ** 16JUL21: (increasing from 1 to 4 stars).Received a call from dealership this morning so I took it back up today to find the mysterious leak.Service writer and I coordinated a time that was convenient for me which was very nice. Upon arrival, I asked to speak with the service manager (name withheld for privacy, but will be referrer to as agent K) and I showed him the areas of concern and outlined what will be known as the ecodiesel G3 oil spec saga. 😇They brought it in and started to look under it and noticed a large amount of oil everywhere making it difficult to find the specific location.Regardless, after having a nice conversation with agent K. The discrepancy I outlined with the type of oil was confirmed through FCA or whomever K called. Note: Im not savvy, I just RTFM 😉. Agent K explained what was happening and promptly changed my oil and filter again with correct oil. This was appreciated!Took vehicle back home and noticed small puddles beginning to form. Tried to track it down... no luck.. Oil puddles were dark (normal diesel oil color after a few hundred miles), not the almost clear engine oil per dip stick... clue 1.I took the jeep to a car wash and cleaned the heck out of the underside. Took it back home to dry, wiped up anything wet and excess residual oil.Putting the puzzle pieces together and pondering 2 oil leaks... 2 oil changes and dealer could not duplicate while onsite after thoroughly cleaning the area. Something is not adding up...Took it for a 90 min test drive around st aug to see if I could duplicate. No oil.... 🤔I will continue to monitor, but at this point, one can only assume the amount of oil being spilled when changing the filter is around .25-.5 qt with no attempt to wait for the air lock to clear and oil drain, or jamming a roll of shop towels down there, this oil in-turn hits the frame, runs all over, eventually hitting axle and driveshaft which throws it everywhere. I would be curious if dealer has cameras in their bays to see what exactly happened... twice and if this is occurring with other customers... lets hope not!I think there is room for quality improvement here.Lastly, the Agent K was very cordial and let me have an extra quart to hang on to since Im going a small trip next week and we could not find the leak.To K. Hopefully our paths cross again on better circumstances.They stepped up, owned their mistake, and was told they will start using correct oil in ecodiesel G3s. For that, I am thankful.On another positive, I wont have to fluid film the undercarriage for a few months now. It pretty much self lubed itself.Ill give them another shot.15JUL21:AVOID! I went in for my first oil change after purchasing the vehicle from this place.I now have oil coating my engine cover, air intake hose, all under the filter, etc.After getting it detailed, it will probably be cheaper if they keep their Jeep Wave oil changes and just do it myself.Dealer from what I saw, used Rotella T6 which is an FCA NON-certified oil to be used in the ecodiesel g3.Now the oil has to be drained, refilled with correct oil, the mess they made cleaned up, etc. What a mess.What an absolute disappointment. If they have this kind of quality control on oil changes... imagine how they will be on complex issues.Recommend avoiding at all costs and go to another dealership.

Visited this dealership after dealing with the sister store on Westside. The experience was night & day! Wali Hameed is a VERY knowledgeable sales person. Didnt try and push or persuade us to buy something other than what we wanted. We went looking at a Ram 1500 CREW 4x4 with the 12 display (radio).... thats all we were asking. Wali showed us a BUILT TO SERVE EDITION with all we asked PLUS sunroof, leather seats, tinted windows all around, Mopar/Ram mats etc. He showed us two built to serve trucks actually. The other didnt have sunroof or screen... My husband told Wali our OTD price and he kept working the deals until both the company and my husband agreed on a deal. Wali is in my opinion a down to earth honest salesman.Which is very rare. Its really hard to BS my husband....Wali knows his stuff and didnt have to ask this person or that to answer straight forward questions. I give this branch of Jax Dodge Jeep Ram and their salesman 20 🌟 ⭐

Always as promised. Solid service. No pressure. However, isnt there a car wash machine out back? You can see it from the highway. If so, you shouldnt tell people cars are all hand washed and charge over $30 for those services. That was kind of funny. Otherwise, my visit was excellent.

Patrick was our salesperson; he was terrific from beginning to end. We tested drive five cars, and he was super patient making sure I got everything I needed based on my driving preferences. Something that stood out to me is that I had a change of heart on a decision, and they did everything to solve the issue. I came back with the car that was right for me. So I can say that this is the only dealership I know that addresses buyer remorse. Being a lease customer for many years, I can honestly say this was the best experience in a dealership I ever had in Florida. Not to mention that they work fast, including the finance department! They are fast, efficient, and caring. What else could I ask?

This is the second time Ive come here with an appointment. Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment to save time doesnt make a difference. Ive waited over 1.5 hours just for my car to be pulled in for an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT. If I didnt ask why my car was not pulled in the bay, I probably would still be waiting. (Then to be told other cars were ahead of me without appointments just makes it worse). Im sure the services provided are adequate, yet scheduling is an issue for me at least. In total 2.5 hours for a schedule oil change.

My husband and I have bought my last 3 Jeeps here. Every time it’s been awesome. The customer service is top notch. Which is why we choose to give them our business. They even contacted us to let us know that they were doing deals on trade ins…. Otherwise we wouldn’t be able to get a new Jeep. Patrick was our salesman. He remembered us from a previous visit. He called us and we met a few days later. He worked with us, from the color, to the model, to what options we needed in the vehicle. He was patient as we tend to be picky. Patrick was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted from the time we walked in the door. I can’t recommend him and Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep enough!Everyone is so accommodating and friendly from the receptionist, the loan manager, Patrick …. Probably just avoid this dealership & definitely dont buy the warranty. I bought the highest level of warranty they offer, popped a tire, took 24 hours to get my car towed by their tow company, I specifically have a tires & rims policy that they told me would cover my tires and rims. They wont replace my tire, they wouldnt even cover putting my spare tire on.I talked to Lisa, Kip, the sales manager, and since none of them would return my calls I tried another manager and no one will answer their phone. Theyve had my car for 5 days Radio silence.

Had a good experience with the dealership. The service advisor was great and even had a chance to speak with the technician. My only complaint was the amount of time to complete the work. This was not the fault of the dealership. Seemed to be a corporate process based on the issue and then getting the part in stock. The dealership kept me informed and definitely took care of us!

I went there for service to get two tires fixed. I called the previous day to set up an appointment and to make sure that they had both tires. I contacted to set an appointment. In the process of me trying to do that I got transferred back and forth or Im trying to make sure that they first had the extra tire or the tires that I was going to need. Then I got transferred back to the young lady to set the appointment. And then transferred back to service parts and let the gentleman know that I had an appointment the next day at 11:00 for me to get the tires done. I arrive today at 11:00 to get my tires done. I checked in and was informed later on after I sat down. That they only had one of the tires and not the second one. After I had already told parts that I was going to be there at 11:00. Then on top of that I had previously discussed with a gentleman that said he was the GM. About an incident with my tire previously. He then told me that whenever I was ready to take and get the tire repaired or replaced I should say he told me how much it was told me what he would do and told me he was going to take him put it in my file profile under my name with their service department. That did not happen there was a note but it was very vague and on top of that it did not have a persons name for the young lady to be able to go and talk to whoever left the note. I dont understand why or how this could happen when I already had a previous bad experience. I will not ever buy another Chrysler Dodge Jeep from any dealership because of the service that I have gotten. I really wanted to get a Jeep gladiator and that was going to be my next vehicle unfortunately I will have to find a alternative that will satisfy my wants and needs.

I brought in my 2021 Dodge Durango with 602 miles on Monday July 19th at 7am. I currently purchased some leveling springs on my own. I asked if they could install them. My service advisor said “let me check (since they aren’t Mopar springs, which they don’t offer anyways) he returned and stated they would do the install and should be done early afternoon. Finally by 5:55pm I arrive vehicle was just being pulled up and he notifies me they broke a speed sensor on my vehicle and the parts department is closed. Keep in mind when I dropped off the vehicle it had 602miles on it. When I picked it up it still had 602 miles on it. How do you install springs that I paid close to $1000 in labor and break my rear speed sensor and along with some clanking noises now. Test drive anyone? It does not even sound save to drive!

I took my new car for its first oil change and had a great experience. That is until I got in my car afterwards. It smelled like fresh oil and my seat was jacked all the way back and down. I had to reset it before I could touch the pedals. Please refrain from changing my seat setting in the future.

Recently had body work completed as result of an accident, Steve Carey in the collision center and his team did an excellent job, pushed for the right OEM parts and the finished look is as good as new. Attempted to purchase a car last night. The salesman was a complete wise A&@. I drove an hour to buy my some his dream car. He was insulting saying things like I haven’t seen your credit score. And when I asked them to hurry with an agreement on numbers and that I needed to go to work tomorrow, he has the nerve to say “I have to work tomorrow too”. Who says that to an older couple- a millennial with no respect for his customer. I drove an hour to be disrespected. His tone of voice-too aggressive. I haven’t seen your credit report he says. I know that but trust me I can get approved. I wanted to by my son his dream car and was approved and signed at another dealership but they sold the car we wanted before we could take delivery. Sales manager messed up at the location we were at. I still have the approval and paperwork. So we tried your dealership to purchase brand new one instead and were treated badly by your young very aggressive little sales person. Maybe you applaud that behavior but my husband is a retired 24 year car sales veteran and I’m a banker. I will let everyone know how awful your sales manager and sales person are. And, my son plays professional sports we will let everyone know about our awful experience. You see no one in your dealership knows any of these facts because they treated us like we were dumb from the beginning. Every black family that comes in isn’t ghetto or have bad credit. Some of us do know the difference between dealer fluff fees and legitimate expenses that we know you won’t lower. Nice dealership but awful customer service except for the nice young lady at the front desk. She was very nice.

This is the third time we visited your location and your customer service is unsatisfactory, on all occasions not only were we not greeted but we were also not acknowledged. Your sales representatives did not offer or render help in showing a willing customer your inventory. They also passed right by with no customers at hand without extent any courtesy or inquiry if help was needed.I believe your employees need more training in what it is to serve and satisfy a customer. We know that they are only concerned about the commission that they are trying to get at the moment but a simple asking if help is needed takes nothing out of their time or day

Worst customer service ever from the top down. They need to get rid Kyle Steven and Bethany. Bethany and her peers were useless all’s they did when they saw my phone number was pickup the phone and immediately forward me to Stevens voicemail. Steven never gave me any updates. The only update I got was from his peer and that’s because the customer service girl thought Quanita was my advisor. The one time that I finally did talk to Steven he hung up on me because I asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager Kyle he just gave Steven every excuse in the book as to why he didn’t call me. I would love a call or email from the head of the service department (and no I do not want to talk to Kyle) to explain my experience.

I went to Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep for an oil change at 8am. I figured if I went in at 8am I might be out by 9am. Well I had just gotten comfortable in the lounge and started reading my book when the tech came in and told me they were done. It was only 815am! These guys did the oil and there other checklist items in pit crew time. I had so much time to kill before my next appointment that I stopped and had breakfast. Price is right and service is very quick. I highly recommend them.

I understand that they are there to make money, but with used car prices the way they are, they could have given me the extra 2k I wanted, especially given what they now have it on the lot for.

Allow me to start off by saying I did not successfully get service there. I went to soon as they opened on Saturday morning, hoping to mount and balance for tires. First I was told that because I did not purchase the tires there they could not do the work. After checking with the manager, it turns out they would do the work, but that my vehicle would be there all day. Ive been in the car business for 25 years, I know how it works. It doesnt take all day to mount and balance four tires. I arrived at 7:00 in the morning, and I was prepared to wait for 3 to 4 hours because I didnt have an appointment. When I mentioned that I had to pick my son up at 3:00 p.m. they said they werent sure they would have it done by then. Really? 8 hours? There were only 20 appointments that day, even the advisor said it wasnt as busy as it normally is on a saturday. Not cool.Update: I received a phone call from the service manager, Kyle. He let me know that he had recently entered the dealership and was moving to create a better environment for his customers. He was attentive, without being overbearing. I appreciated that he wasnt trying to throw a lot of free stuff at me, just to earn a better review. I have a strong opinion that with the new management, their focus on customer service will become apparent as time goes on. Absolutely willing to give them another shot, now that I received that phone call. Kyle, thank you so much for reaching out it was a pleasure to talk to you.

Never tries to up sell or bait and switch!!! It’s a true family feeling run business. I had a decent experience with the service department. It took over 2 months for the mirror motors to come in. Its probably not the service departments fault that it took so long for the parts to come in. It is the service departments fault that they didnt call me and I had to call them to check the status. Keep in mind that your system badgered me to leave a review. I wasnt planning doing this.On another note, I tried to buy my truck from this dealership. I got a much better deal and saved THOUSANDS of $$$$ at Murray Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram in Starke, Florida I was treated like a person at Murray, not just a number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if youre in the market for a new vehicle!!!

Dishonest Tried to tell me I had an electrical issue due to my tire warning light remaining on after tires were fully aired up and required an electrical check I brought it home read the Handbook for the car and fixed it in less than 5 minutes! I have had other poor experiances with them as well

Horrible communication (does not return multiple calls for updates), horrible customer service, incompetent mechanics, could not perform job in proposed timeframe, cost me extra money on rental car and genuinely acted like they didn’t care… Will definitely go to a private mechanic next time…

404.00 for an oil change and auxiliary battery is to pricey but I guess you pay to own a Jeep Compass...They were gonna change my spark plugs at 40k miles and replace my main battery which is still good for a grand total of 840.00. I wonder what do their tech do with the good parts that they tell you you need to replace with theirs

We haven’t bought a car in almost a decade and we wanted to go somewhere with a lot of selection. We’ve been looking at Grand Cherokees for almost two years now. We’ve never been to such a large dealership before it was very nice and had a lot to offer and choose from. Wali was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the Grand Cherokee. When it was time to crunch numbers Reggie stepped in to help finish the deal up if it wasn’t for him we probably would have left to think about some more. Although I am not from Jacksonville I happened to be there visiting and decided to check out some new vehicles since my lease was almost up on my current one. I originally just planned to take a look when we met Chris walking towards us in the garage. He was very friendly and offered to show us anything we wanted and to test drive them too. Although he is one of the newest members of their team he was very knowledgeable and easy going. His no-pressure attitude really helped keep me engaged in the process. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment (Ram Diesel)and then when I showed up, the service consultant wasn’t even here to check me in. Someone else had to help me out. Then I was told later in the day that the vehicle could not be completed because they didn’t have the tools to change my power steering fluid. I actually had to call to get the update and the following day, I was told they didn’t have a filter to complete the job and that I would have to return in 2 days because the technician has a day off. 2 days of car rentals and now looking at a third. Completely unacceptable service and communication. Why should I return?

Alex Canzano is probably the best Service Representative in Jacksonville @ Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, I’ve ever had contact with!!! He save me over $4000 and trust me I’ve went through 3 other different dealerships. Gone 4 days, left truck for several repairs, got back into town and several things we were charged for (and paid for) were visibly not done. After the service advisor acknowledged that those were not done, theres a real concern whether the services that arent visible were done. We have a terrible, sinking, feeling about the $2500 we paid out. And, on top of that, no courtesy car was offered. I deliberately put it in the shop while we were on vacation and I was pretty excited to get back to a smoother truck ride on the way to work this week. Disheartened.

The facility is nice and big. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob, he seemed pretty nervous/if he was new/didn’t really know what he was doing. It amazes me how men are in the car dealership industry, they see a woman/woman by herself and think they can get over. They actually thought I was willing to pay $950 a month for a challenger 😂. Nope! I’m not the type to get a car just to say I have it, I kept telling them I was trying to get lower/cheaper payments But I guess that didn’t register in their heads, they thought they could get me because I was a female. Everything they brought for different cars were $650 and up. I had one of the salesman tell me “Oh you’re a correctional officer you can afford it” It doesn’t matter what I can/cannot afford, I’m not a fool. My overall experience was poor and I wouldn’t recommend to my family nor friends.

SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND COUNTLESS HEADACHES! Buy your vehicle somewhere else. Bought my 2017 jeep here on 4/10/20 and the check engine light was on in the first 4 days. Then its been one thing after another. Nothing major just enough to aggravate you. Finally after a whole year and 10 days later I had to dip into the warranty to get some issues fixed. Took it in to get the latest check engine light issued checked out and they wanted $200!! for a diagnostic fee (vs $95 at another jeep dealer). I know dealers rake you over the coals but this place is the absolute worst!! Dont do it

We took a Willys for a test drive and loved it so much that we decided to lease it! **Service Review** - Im a big believer in customer service. As the customer, I made the call, set the appointment for 8am and went to waiting room for an oil change/tire rotation. It was busy when I got there at 7.50, but I assumed too as I had an appointment and they have express lanes, that appointments would be taken as a top priority. I sat until 9.15 and thought, maybe its time to get an update. I was surprised to stand up and look out window and see my jeep still not taken in yet. So I had to go to service person and get an update. She said she would get an update and I was told they should be pulling in in the next 5 to 10 minutes. So here we are at 9.30 for and 8am appt and they are starting my vehicle. I recommend they at least communicate with their customers when there is a delay or at least an approximate time when it appears vehicle will be completed by. This is very basic customer service and a simple communication on the delays, or a we apologize for the inconvenience, would have been a big plus.

I Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 in February 2019 and have brought it back several times for various things and I have never had a problem with the service department. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. They maintain contact with me and let me know how things are progressing and when I can pick up my car they call me or text me. They treat me like they’re happy to have my business and want me to be completely satisfied. I love this dealership and I will continue to bring my truck there for service as the occasion arises.
