My wife and I paid upfront for a full kitchen. got most of the appliances but had not received the refrigerator. Its been over TEN MONTHS and promises after promises and still nothing. So two weeks ago we ask for a refund for the refrigerator and still nothing WOW! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! BURN ME ONCE- NEVER AGAIN

We ordered our appliances from Mary. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. We were recommended to Mary from a neighbor that just added on to their house. Everyone at Expressions Home Gallery was a delight to work with. We will be sending all of our friends to Expressions in Irvine.

I worked with Rene Boyd. So knowledgeable. She made the process of a kitchen remodel so much easier. The showroom has many many brands etc to choose from. I was really pleased.

Be employee lady I dealt with was very nice. I was able to browse the store and when I had questions she was very helpful. Theyve a very nice showroom here.
