Home Depot is definitely has everything you need for a project. I just wish that the associates there would be a little bit more kinder. Sometimes, not always, you get that one guy who really hates working and gives you an attitude. For the most part though if you need something this is the place to go and its close by.

Great HD Super clean on all areas

Like may other Home Depots, this location sufferes with the popular scheduling delima of no employees working in departments as Home Depot wants to cut costs at the expense of bad experiencs or loosing customers! I had to wait for over 45 minutes for someone in appliance as the 1 individual who was scheduled, was on lunch! 🤯 While waiting, I wanted to check out a few things in the electrical department and asked for someone there, ran into the same issue! That said, the store is organized, clean and most staff are courteous and helpful though they dont have good product knowledge! The other good thing about this location is they have a tools rentals, so if you are looking for a lawn mower or a jack hammer, you could rent it from here on an hourly/daily or weekly basis.

We all are busy in life….spent 30 mins trying to get one to help us with a simple finding. The person in charge of hardware on isle 6th said I’ll be there but I asked for someone else who was new and unaware….that person also ask the sr. Person in charge of hardware and the specialist said go look….so we were stuck n struggling. Finally I asked the sr. Could you help us please….he’s like there’s so much I can help. That was his answer. I am sorry..you lost a new home owners who needs so many new things for the house. So we went to Ace.Customer service has gone to zero in America.

Nice community home store we stop buy to get some of our household needs. The employees greet us each time and are available to help us find items on the store.

Do not shop here. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Colleagues and I came in to buy supplies for a community mural at a local health center, but our cashier rambled on and on about how we probably wouldnt contribute much and would stand around on our phones, how we were just using our parents money, and how professionals would be buying differently. What was supposed to be an activity to bring the community together turned into an uncomfortable, awkward, humiliating experience. After this encounter, we will be returning our merchandise and taking our business to Lowes. Dont even bother shopping here and make the drive to the District; Home Depot has never been known for its customer service anyway.

I shopped on 07/25/21 - am a Senior - and have had an exeptional service received - above and beyond. Jorge went out of his way to find what I came for, but the item was not on shelf. Jorge selected additional help from a group of Co-workers and I was in awe about the help and search I received and the wilingness to assist from all. Thank you soo much.

In a world where propane has become scarce.....Went in to the garden center, low and behold, there where racks of freshly filled tanks for my choosing. It was quick and easy, paid at the cashier, grabbed a bottle, and was out the door.

Brought home a snake plant from this Home Depot that turned out to be infested with fungus gnats. Didn’t realize until a month later when we started seeing them everywhere inside the house, put sticky traps in all our plants and the caught over 100+ in only the plant from this location.

Very nice home depot, I work maintenance so I have to grab what I want and leave or Ill be in the store for hours looking at everything like the man child I am.

Huge Home Depot. Everything you may need for home and garden.

Couldn’t find anyone to help me with a grill. Everyone kept telling me go over there now go here. In the end being a consumer card holder did absolutely nothing.We scheduled a delivery 1 week from purchase day which they screwed up and had to wait another full week for delivery. Two weeks for delivery only 8 miles away very pathetic!!

This is the second time this Home Depot has double charged me. Theyre self checkout machines are so over programmed that they make mistakes constantly. Ive never seen such a fiasco.The first time it happened I understood and went back in for a refund. I had to go back a second time as i wasnt refunded the 1st time. Then I had to make a phone call to my bank! After a week I finally got the double charge return to my account.This time I demanded a return on both charges and I wouldnt leave the store without them.Im so over this particular Home Depot it no longer exist on my radar. It might as well be an empty field as there is a Lowes within two-and-a-half miles I will drive to it and never return to this Home Depot again!

On December 15th 2020 I needed to purchase a electric heater and no one knew where they were all the so called helpful staff checking their latest company iPhone Home Depot site and say yes we have few don’t know where they are!!!!!! Ask for MoD and 40 minutes into finding one no manager on duty showed up. Awful place

We love having a Home Depot less than a mile from our home. It is convenient and has plenty of parking.

They are clue less about flooring. They missed measured and ordered my stairs laminate and they charged me $1002. Stairs width measurement was 12.8 inch (home Depot measurement), ordered Cap-A-Trade was 12.1 inch and back riser was 0.5 inch (total of 12.6 inch).so 12.8 (measured stairs) - 12.6 (Cap-A-Trade + Riser) = 0.2 inch of uncovered stairs.When they came to install, installer said oh Cap-A-Trade is shorter than your stairs and we either need to cut the stairs or add wood on the back which cost me $1002. I called home Depot about this measurement mistake and they just ignore everything and they said its our floor issue and there is no way Home depot would have known about this.This is purely measurement issue and easy calculation and of course they missed it since they have no idea about any floor installation.

Poorest customer experience Ive ever had. Paid for a washer and dryer on 6/30/20 and after 6 failed delivery/installation appointments, finally got a damaged washer on 7/31/20. Wasted hours on the phone, visiting the store, and received broken promise after promise regarding delivery dates or compensation from store associate all the way to the store manager. I DO NOT recommend this store or Home Depot to anyone, and plead you to spend your hard earned dollars and time elsewhere.

This is the first time I am leaving a review for the store like home depot.We were buying a grill today and we really needed someones help. The first guy from the customer services was not helpful at all. But then came a guy, his name is Hunter. And I cant even describe with words (you can tell i normally dont write reviews), how much he helped us, not only to find it and to bring it down from the very upper shelf, but even to load it in the car. And he did everything really quick.Thank you so much, Hunter.I ll be honest, it is a big store and you really need help from the staff to find things in there.

Luis in plumbing was incredible! He took extra time over the phone and even called me after finding a product I was searching for. My Tustin HD was out of stock and I needed it asap. Once in the store, he helped me find several items and take a second cart to the register for me. It was his last day on the job, even last hour. The gardening depart - very good customer service.

What an experience! I came in here yesterday because of a faulty wiring situation on a window Air Conditioning (A.C.) unit that I purchased from a Home Depot at another location the day prior. All I can say is, that the employees working at the front desk: Tatum and Johanna really turned the experience around for me. Otherwise, I would have had to make it through another night with the Santa Ana heat dampening my evening.Additionally, I ultimately chose this location to go to because I had called the Home Depot location where I had originally purchased the A.C. unit to see if I could exchange it out for another one that wasn’t inoperable. Unfortunately, the 1 remaining unit that they should have had left wasn’t really there, so I reached out to other locations. I encountered similar results from location after location, until I happened across this one in East Irvine. Not only did Tatum patiently wait on the line with me as I sorted out my end of the situation—which took no less than an hour, I must admit—but she personally went above and beyond. She went all the way to the section of the store where they stock the A.C. units to get a visual confirmation of their quantity of inventory. She also retrieved a unit, checked to make sure that it looked alright, and held it for me at the front desk until I arrived. All of this occurred while she was still on the line with me, maintaining conversation so that I would not lose interest in taking my business to that location.Switching out the inoperable A.C. unit with the new one turned out to be a case of just walking in, thanking Tatum for her superior customer service, checking out the new one with Johanna, and then carrying on with my day. This Home Depot location is highly recommended by me.

I have been looking for different types of light options for my workspace and office area in my home. This store was very welcoming and I received great customer service, especially from Mr. Malik. He was able to guide me through all the different options. He was very patient with me throughout the process and provided me with options that were within my budget and needs. He went above and beyond to help me and Im really grateful. My husband was also really happy about my purchases when I came home and he was really impressed with how I got such good deals. Went to Home Depot and bought two new light bulbs for my fridge in the morning. Got home put them on, one of them doesnt light. Took them back in the afternoon. An old lady with a handkerchief on top of her head at the return counter repeatedly suggesting I tried to cheat them. These look different. They are not new. I said I just bought them in the morning. Then why are the two bulbs look different? I took a closer look, the frost on one bulb is lighter than the other. I said it does look like one is lighter than the other but they are from the package I bought this morning. No. Are you mixing in your old bulbs? I repliedNo, thats not possible, I took the two old bulbs in and recycled them in the morning. But these are not new. They look used. I said I took the out, put them on, then took them off to return. No, but they dont look like.... By this time, I felt really angry and have had enough insult from this lady. So I said these only cost $4. I think its far better for me to just throw these away and buy new ones, than keep taking questions from you suggesting I am trying to steal something from Home Depot. This is not worth my time. The lady said I am trying to help you. Yeah, right. I took the bulbs and the receipt, tossed them in the recycle box close by, bought the new bulbs and went home, raving mad.

I tried ordering online since this was the only place it was allowing me to purchase. DAYS later I receive an email that is on, back order. I wish they update, their online items. Even the physical locations. Online showed items were in stock at the local Home Depot. Went to the actual store - out of stock. Grrrrr.

Worst management team Ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I hope the district manager realizes soon what a mistake it is to let store manager keep running that place like it is. Good luck to all you associates who decide to stick with that nonsense.

A good place to shop and buy quality products.

I have had several excellent experiences at this Home Depot. Even the independent vendors were extremely willing to help and tracked down a Home Depot Specialist for me when I had a question. Robert was also fantastic and helped me load several hundred pounds of material into my car without hesitation. Management was extremely accommodating as well.

Well I give Home Depot five stars as usual but this particular location does not sell denatured alcohol or odorless mineral spirits I thought that was odd but they had a lot of acetone

Really got good service couldnt find the posts I needed. The guys went and found them got the fork truck pulled down what I needed and load my cart. After 8 seems like only the self check out was open but they had people to help. Returns was fully staffed so the wait was short on my way home from work
