I normally hate posting bad reviews especially if I get awesome customer service. I didnt speak up because the line got busy and didnt notice the white residue until I got home. This would of been the 2nd time if I went back to get it fixed they mess my order up. I tried to make it as simple this time. Im a very regular to the store. So, I dont want to talk bad about my favorite grocery store. These coffees are hit or miss. As much as it costs I hate to keep trying over and over and always having to get it wrong. Im super sad and disappointed. My daughter got a refresher and hers was perfect.

I have a cinnamon allergy but really wanted a fall drink, I did my research and nothing but the drizzle had cinnamon in it. I told the baristas that this morning but they still took the time to check the bottles of all the ingredients and Google the ingredients they didn’t have listed. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful

They have a sign posted that says 1/2 price after 4pm on Thursday. When I asked for it, they said that was not being done anymore. 5 months later they still had the sign posted.......I guess they read my review - the sign was down!

Excellent coffee with kind employees! Overall great service.

Important note:. This is not a stand alone Starbucks. Its a cafe inside Krogers. I only mentioned that because when we moved here I had no idea. Because its a cafe there are times theres only 1person working so it can be a long wait. They also dont have the full menu youll find at bigger Starbucks.

I LUV THIS STARBUCKS! THE YOUNG LADY (LIGHT COLOR HAIR WITH GLASSES) THAT HAS BEEN THE MGR THERE FOR THE PAST COUPLE YEARS IS AWESOME. WHATEVER I ORDER IS ALWAYS MADE TO PERFECTION. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Warm and inviting setting and staff

Its great. The staff is helpful and welcoming. I normally will grab a coffee while Im waiting on my prescription. Im out of the store in less than 10 minutes!

Would give 5 stars but not til Jessica NO longer works at this store. Its sad that I cant get my coffee after doing my shopping. With out having her no stop trouble on facebook. Alone with rolling her eyes. Making a comment under her breath while Im ordering. The fact of having to talk with the other employees in order to make sure my coffee right.

Everytime i go to this Starbucks, they staff are always amazing! Very friendly and quick! By far my favorite one in this area!

This place is great over all, but there is one problem. There is one lady named Kursy who is very rude, is on her phone while making drinks. One day I saw from the side of the starbucks she was drinking alchol behind the counter. The other worker Cayli is so nice and is so customer friendly. 😊
