Horrible customer service, walked into the store at 37 minutes till closing and was immediately advised he needed to make it fast or getting ready to lock the doors in 11 minutes.

My experience at Save A Lot was good. I found what i was looking for with ease. The store was reasonably clean. The prices are comparable to bigger stores. Some under other stores and some a little more. The cashier was super nice and very helpful. If you have never been to Save A Lot give it a go. You too might be surprized

Their meat he is not fresh and I got pictures of some of it in their packages and it is turned green in there grocery store and I have bought Sunbeam bread there and it has turned out with mold on it I was told by an employee of Aunt Mollys or something like that the manufacturers of Sunbeam bread they get all of the bread that is taken from Krogers Meijer and other stores such as Walmart and they resell it good company

Cheap place to buy groceries. May not have brand names on some stuff, but most of the time you cant tell the difference except in price.

The people are friendly and there beef is better then Krogers and Wal-Mart.

The store is not clean, produce looks very poor and not encouraging to purchase products. Paper signs are not the best options. During the time to be clean and presentable should of been taken advantage of during this time. Lack of register usage and customer service representatives was not the greatest during this visit. The placement of the store in the Indianapolis area shouldnt have to impact the store. Organization and cleanliness needs a major upgrade! Customer Service from the cashier was 100%! Great Job!

I only shop Save-A-Lot for a few select items that I dont find it at other stores.

Save a lot has the best prices and deals. But, this particular save a lot is ghetto. Most of the female workers here are rude and obnoxious. Ive only come into contact with a few of them who are friendly. I witnessed a worker tell a man standing behind us to back up and keep social distancing. This same worker turned around and said f this Im not wearing this and took off her mask while checking us out.Last week one of the security guards an older white lady got into a fight with a man coming in. Not sure what this was about but she yelled cuss words at him while we were walking in.. in front of everyone. Very rude and inconsiderate considering I had two small children who dont need to hear that.

Save a lot has Great prices and a very good selection its great to be in the neighborhoods it helps alot of familys get more and better quality for the money they are an amazing part of the community.

I love this store! I just wish they WOULDNT closed the one on West Washington St & High School Rd. Now i have too go on the East side of Indianapolis from the Westside when i go to the store!

Not very clean homeless people live in the parking lot ..only one casheir who I hope gets a well deserved raise

Store is always stocked. There are a few staff members that can be trying but there is one cashier that is an absolute sweetheart. Very courteous and lively.

A no nonsense place to buy groceries. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is always security up front. The store is clean and well stocked and the pricing is very competitive. I have never been disappointed while shopping at Save A Lot. I highly recommend it.

The manager was super helpful but the employees are trash, super high and rude. Make sure if you put a quarter for a cart make sure they give you one that has a quarter in it because if you ask they laugh and ignore you. Even the security guard has better customer service than the employees.

This place is my fave. They may not have name brand stuff but they have the best cookies Ive ever had. Their customer service is amazing! Tonight the guard walked me out to my vehicle because...well, it wasnt a safe feeling moment. I appreciated that so much. Nick is the best cashier in my life

I can never get their 2 for a $1.00 chocolate and apple pies, their always out. I dont understand why they dont order more of them, their not a special or anything like that their an everyday price. Thats the reason for this rating because overall I really have not ran into any significant problems thus far.

Shelves are always stocked, clean store from what i can see,friendly&helpful staff, but always have to wait forever in line because they always have only 1 cashier and 1 person on floor just wish cashier would call for help when needed or better yet hire a 3rd person, i think corporate should definitely make sure store is staffed with enough employees to have store running in a nice flow, its the only grocery store in the area so they do have alot of customers to be able to staff the store as needed

Could not find meat, water or cleaning supplies at the big box stores. This grocery was fully stocked.

Gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for was very pleasant and went right to it. The store was clean and well stocked. Glad they are in my neighborhood.

I liked the low cost discount in meat department. I wasnt sure big Id buy some of the grocery items but some were brands Id buy over and over. Store is great for some discount items but I dont think could do all your shopping here. The check out line is the most disappointing part of the experience. I really felt bad for cashier having to be stuck with never ending line

The place looked like a typical low budget grocery store. I got a regular size pop that costs 2.00. thats my grip.Food I guess reasonably priced as I dont shop at low budget stores.

I was followed around by security from aisle to aisle. I guess they assumed I was going to steal something. So youre not white, keep an eye out for this manner of situation.

Its a good store to get whole pork loins at.

Its a good, cheap grocery. The floors were clean when I went in. The staff were courteous and helpful. They dont have everything, but what they have is acceptable.

Good prices, you have to bag your own groceries. Which I believe is just fine, thats how they keep prices low. In a rough neighborhood, parking lot is full of holes. So be careful driving to your parking spot.

Good prices and produce. However corporate has decided that they can no longer sale the dark green leaves of the cabbage that they are going to trash. The dark green leaves are full of vitamin A. They would rather trash them. You already know that corporate knows nothing about county cooking.

I use to shop here quite often, but its become worse and worse every time i go. Yesterday I specifically went for the sodas on sale, I was looking at some other things when a panhandler stopped me asking for money, I then heard her asking others. Each time it was a different amount, with many employees around, no one stopped her. Got to the sodas they only had a few. Then get to the checkout, only 1 lane open but employees all around, they said there was only 1 register even working so we would have to wait. Going back today, we will see if will be my last time.....

Employees are good . Store kept up the best it can be . They do need more people on registers when there is one lane open and over 20 carts ahead of you loaded down . I have been one whose left n left them the cart to put up the items n I have also put items back and just walk out . Need more employees

First time there. At first didnt know if Id like it or not because we were told they charge for baskets and sacks. Its .25 for rental but you get your money back
