Had window tint done. It looks great and the installed properly. Due to being busy no answer right away, but rep called me back in 5-10 minutes and was very professional. Got in on the day of drop off with no issues. Pick up was great. Overall great experience for me. I am getting in this week for tint on my other vehicle. They do schedule times and I got in within a week and half which is okay because they are busy, but what place isn’t with good services. Everything that was explained was factual as far as costs, and I would recommend their services.

I ran over something in the dark. I thought it was a fast food bag someone littered. A few days later noticed that there was some blue material on the driver side of the car. Wasnt paint but it did not come off in the car wash. Not wanting to screw it up by buying some product I didnt know if it would hurt my car I called a collision shop. Told them the problem, they immediately gave me the number to Waxwerks. They had the number right there as if it was something they did more than once. I called, Ray answered, gracious as could be. We met this afternoon after a brief phone tag exchange. He took care of it in about 15 minutes. Didnt want to charge me anything . We kind of argued about that and he ultimately took a couple bucks, but he tried verrry hard not to. We just dont see this kind of service any more. He was honest, straight forward, pleasant, available, and prompt. I would give 6 stars here if I could. John

The way this person(owner) entitle their customers is so unprofessional. Even if it is a trash review you should keep your professionalism but you complety lack of it. Im glad I havent stepped and I havent spend a cent on this trash dudes store.Was looking for a place to cometely tint, wheels, audio my camaro ss 2020 plus my racing team. but for his responses, it caused him thousands. Sorry but not very professional, they offer life time on their services but not own up to their words! When you just got it done they oh yes, yes and yes! But whenever something went wrong you call them to get them fix they have an attitude and very rude! No wonder why they got very low rating! I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!

UPDATE: Just read owners response for proof of a guy that is a hot head.Business might have been there for years..but not with this owner.t unpleasant person Ive ever dealt with in a business.After not getting a return call to schedule appointment. I STOPPED by to make appointment.no one at the desk and when I finally got a guy to come inside to talk with..Must have had a bad day.I just wanted to make appointment..couldnt get it done.Different owner from my previous visits.Guy is a hothead ..take your business elsewhere.He needs to retire and find a new career.

Only been to inquire about their window tinting service. Price very reasonable and love that its locally owned. Unfortunately, due to numerous no-shows, they no longer schedule appointments and are placed on a waiting list. This is where Im at...on a waiting list.UPDATE: ended up having to go elsewhere due to not knowing when I can get in. Wanted to have the tint done before summer ended...ended up going to where my local PD take their cars too...Yeti Wraps in Fishers/Noblesville.

$245 FOR NO RESULTS!!!! -DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STEREO WORK.First of all, the owner/manager seems like a great guy. That does not minimize the fact that my wife and I were ripped off! We bought an android stereo online. The stereo was installed by me and a buddy of mine. We could not get the faceplate for the stereo to sit flush. We went in, shared this with Adam the installer. His response was yes he could custom modify the facelate to sit flush and adjsut the stereo to allow for the same. That was months ago. Our car was kept for several days. I was not given a quote but I expected to pay anywhere from $75 to $100. The stereo was already installed. We just needed the faceplate modified and the stereo to sit flush. I was charged $245. No faceplate and the stereo still did not sit flush. When we went to pick the car up after several days, the work was not yet complete. Adam says he ordered a bracket for the radio and that he would complete the install on another ocasion. We brought the car back when scheduled. A radio bracket ususally costs less than $20. Still no faceplate. Work still not completed in months. We have called and called dand have not yet been rescheduleed for the work to be complete. Look at my google review rating. I am not a hack.

I went to get window tints and also car audio installation. The first conversation we discussed what he would put in far as the subs, the amps and inside speakers. The first day the car wasnt finished they kept it over night. The 2nd day at close the car was ready, when I picked the car up I already smelled a strong wire smell but assumed it was from the new wiring. The speakers he put had blew out within the first hour. He told me he was going to go up the next size since I was trying to save some trunk space and ordered them took about a week and I dropped it off again. This time I ended up with a huge box huge speakers and the same 2 small amps that was hooked up to the 8s and also this time he got the subs adjuster hooked up but taped to the lower dash. The speakers have not blown but from years experience of getting audio installation and knowing sound they still dont sound as right when on they will go on and out and I still never got inside sound done when that was part of the first price estimate. So to be honest I paid around 1500 just for the music installation which ended up being 2 subs and 2 small amps, and a sub adjuster with knob. My music still doesnt sound how it should and having to take it elsewhere to get it all hooked up right and this time making sure the inside speakers actually get done. Basically I wasted 1500 on service and products I am not happy with and I made sure to voice this when picking up the vehicle. Including tints that cost around 4 hundred something, the audio side their labor cost was 85.00 per hr and then the equipment charges I ended up spending around 2 thousand for tint and audio.They ended up having my car for a total of 3 full days, hours missed at work and other business was thrown off. Ive never had a place keep my car over night or days for audio installation. I liked the audio guy he seemed to know what he was talking about but the work and sound doesnt show that, could be because they are to over loaded and over booking not allowing enough time for vehicles to get the quality and time each needs this was not a good service at all and especially since I am going to have to basically start over and get it done right somewhere else. I would not recommend car audio from here and if so be cautious and careful of what your getting.

I had a quart of latex paint that spilled on the carpet behind the drivers seat...I was able to clean it up to a point, but it had left a significant red stain. Ray took a look and said he could fix it...had my car back sooner than expected and I am thrilled with the the results!!

Im known for my honest opinion when I write my reviews so here we go! I absolutely LOVED my tint that these guys have done on my vehicles that Ive owned over the last several years. However, now you cant even book an appointment! I wanted to give them my money, but they cant take it due to short staff which has definitely been there downfall. Ive been waiting for over a month to get scheduled and nothing. I even called back to get in the schedule again and the same result. So until they get their house in order this is why they get a 2 star rating.

They will steal from you! If you buy your own devices and request to for them to install; they will give you excuses! They will refuse to install for you....it’s a “small mine town” you have to but everything from them & they have to charge you heftier for installation. Someone may wonder, if the super house geeks squad at Best Buy can install your own devices, why not this little rodent hole?! I highly recommend against seeking services at this place. Buy your own desires devices and have Best Buy install for you at a fairer prices

My father gave my son a truck for graduation. We were having problems with the alarm wanting to work when it wanted too. Called around to a few places and was told. I had to take out the old alarm system and replace it with a newer model.When I called WasWerks. And spoke to Adam. He wanted to do a process of elimination staring with the key fob. If that didn’t work we would look into the prices of a newer alarm system.It was my key fob that was not properly working. I didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on something I didn’t need.Honest companies are hard to find. Thank you WaxWerks for your honesty and fast service.

These guys go above and beyond. Brought my 10 year old explorer to get a my used remote starter put in as it is now my boys car. I came here to have car speakers repaired. I wasnt sure was to expect. I had them installed originally at Best Buy. All 3 speakers on the passenger side went out. I took it to Best Buy and they couldnt figure it out and said it was beyond his expertise. So I came to wax werks. Turns out the technician at Best Buy was either lazy or didnt know what he was doing.Adam took everything apart, checked it all, and found things that just were not secured correctly. As well as my crossover in the door was literally just laying in the bottom of the door which was exposed to draining water. Thanks Best Buy lol. Wax Werks had my car for most the day so I expected it to be quite expensive. But they were very cool and charged me much less than expected which I thought was very generous and kind of them. Very satisfied. Ray and Adam are both great guys. I will be returning for any other applicable work I need done in the future!

I had taken 4 cars to this place for over 20 years for window tinting and detailing with good results. However I called recently to ask about scheduling detailing and some guy named Ray said I didnt need an appointment and to just bring it by anytime to get an estimate since he could not give me a price over the phone. So I took my car to Waxwerks on my way to work at the hospital and had to wait almost 20 minutes to talk to someone. When Ray finally did show up in the office I started to ask him about a quote and he interrupted me, asked if I had an appointment and when I said no he told me to wait until he dealt with another customer who walked in 15 minutes AFTER I was already waiting. This guy Ray is a HUGE jerk and after 20+ years of being a customer I will NEVER take my cars there again!!!

Called earlier this morning about an available slot and I brought my car in. The tint job was professionally done and I am pleased with the work. My new car looks amazing. I have been to Waxwerks multiple times. They have put on tint on one of my cars. They have detailed multiple cars i own. They are cheap but you get what you pay for! Their response is to say I was never a customer which is nothing but a bold face lie. The owner was so rude and disrespect the last time the botched my appointment that I will never be back.

They put in a auto start that took 24 hr... plus they screwed up my steering part that doesnt snap back together as its not fitting right. Ive been so busy to even go by there as they messed it up. This was on 2009 Nissan Sentra. We had scheduled appt 3 weeks prior as they were too busy they said. I wouldnt use this company!

Ray came in clutch when a python immobilizer on my new to me car that I purchased had engaged and the car wouldn’t start.He walked me over the phone 15 minutes to closing on a Saturday evening mind you!!!We came to the conclusion there was no valet mode button that was needed to reset the alarm Ray had a spare one lying around and gave it to me free of charge needless to say this fixed my issue.This is a prime example of a local business helping customers above and beyond expectations!!!

Ray is beyond exceptional there! Owner for 30 years, he handed the place over to others for a short time while he sorted through a health condition and now is back! He is phenomenal! He put me on hold so I said whatever and hung up. My business was not going to them. I then get a call back about 15 minutes later saying they missed my call. Luis was the very gifted gentleman who put the tint on my windows. Awesome job! De Shun was the very talented young man who did the SUPER DETAILING on my car. Fantastic work! This is a awesome company. I had both my cars taken care by team at waxworks ray is great. I went to them for remote starters and they did great job. they also fixed my wifes rear view mirror which was broken, replaced my head lights when they were out.. Over all great place.

I had an automatic starter installed in my vehicle March 2017. After having it installed, my vehicle would shut off when put in drive, shut off after driving it a few feet and even shut off while at a red light. I took it in for service the first time (April 2017) and was told there was nothing wrong, the second time (May 2017), I was given instruction on how to properly operate my own truck (now that it had an automatic starter). The third time (June 2017) I was told it was fine, the fourth time (August 2017) I was advised by the manager (Rob) that the program the system was using was from 2014 and it should have been updated before the unit was installed. He apologized and indicated the technicians and shop manager who were previously there had had a lot of issues and complaints and that the entire shop staff was replaced. He did a system upgrade and was advised after the upgrade, everything was to work. Per Rob, if the issue persisted, a refund would be issued as I have had issues with this since the purchase date. Yesterday (Oct 25, 2017). I called the shop again and spoke to their new manager Herb and explained the issue to him. I asked for a refund as the issue has been persistent since day one and he refused, he indicated he was unable to give me a refund because the equipment is of no value to him and that he had to look at it himself. I explain to him the previous times my vehicle was looked at and said he did not have proof because the people who were there before him wiped out the system and he did not have access to any information. According to Herb, hes the new manager and the shop has new staff, turn out, Herb Johnson is the actual owner at Waxwerks. I filed a BBB complaint sometime in July 2017, but it was closed as WaxWerks failed to respond to BBB. My next option was to file a complaint with the Attorney General, but gave them another chance to rectify the issue as Rob had promised that doing the system upgrade would correct the issues. Clearly this was not corrected and now Herb refuses to issue a refund for something that does not work and has not worked from the start. I advised Herb that I no longer wanted to take my vehicle in for service as I had already done so four other times, he then when on to say “I don’t know what you’ve done to your truck since then nor do I know that there is nothing wrong with your truck”. This man clearly does not care about the faulty products they are selling and installing in vehicles, he is a liar, unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend and/or use them again and I will keep fighting until I get a refund for the faulty equipment they used.UPDATE AS OF 8/21/2018I received an email requesting that I remove my review. Obviously I did not and when I came back to read my review, I see the reply from the company.First, as my post originally stated, I was advised the systems were wiped clean therefore, you would not have the needed surveillance to view the video nor did you have the needed information to reference my complaint/issue. So you indicating that you viewed the video, is a A LIE!Secondly, verifiable fact in your own records, how was this checked when the systems were wiped clean? LIE #2LIE #3 I do in fact exist and was a customer!LIE # 4 sent my information to USCIS!So...not only is this company a joke, but their equipment is garbage, the owner and the person responsible for addressing online reviews are both liars and completely unprofessional and to top it off, they seem to be racist too. I read every single review posted and the only one addressing the USCIS was mine. Jokes on you Waxwerks...now we all know youre racist too!

Told me to have my car there before 10am and theyd call 30 mins prior from being done and I didnt hear from them until I had to call them at 6 pm well after closing time 4pm on a Saturday and when I called them they said its almost done and that I can head that way to pick it up, also when I called front desk receptionist. Just felt like I was rushed off the phone in a rude way, the guy that did the installation explained how to use the system very bluntly and fast. Felt like I was being rushed off so they could close up and go home for the evening. me being the one that forked out $400+ they should have explained a little better and took there time

How can you say I was never a customer when you posted a picture of my car on your Facebook page?Had my car at your business for at least a total of 5 days before my wedding to get window tints done. Only to come back to multiple articles of damage and window tint done incorrectly. AND THEY SUGGESTED I DRIVE AN UBER TO MY REHEARSAL DINNER AND WEDDING. Had to bring the car back to get it redone, BUT THE CAR WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED. THE OWNER (Tim) DROVE THE CAR TO QDOBA/STARBUCKS and caught him in the act of doing so.And then they took over a month to reimburse me for my rental vehicle while my car was In the shop getting the parts fixed that they damaged in the trunk.AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. This place is run by fakes and they do not operate an honest business.

Luiz the tint tech who had to redo my tint was amazing and he deserves all the credit for the professionalism and the amazing job he did on the tint job on my brand new 2018. I have brought mine and my husbands cars there before and the experience was ok, me and my husband got new car and truck again so we went back to tint again BUT this time it was shakey, but I got the % I orginally requested and then I saw the imperfections all over, then Luiz re did the car and the car tint looks amazing. Thanks wax werks. What I love about this company is if they make mistakes they always correctthem and make it right. The front desk lady who I have never see before she was amazing as well she called me and let me know she got my cars and then she called when the car was com-plete and she is very pleasant. I purchased a Waxwerks auto detail Groupon. I took my car to Waxwerks on 12-2-16 to have my 2009 Honda detailed. When I picked up my car at the end of the day, the car was detailed and a large dent above the left rear wheel was on the car. I went in and informed the person at the counter and he proceeded to tell me they werent responsible. I told him I would like to speak to the owner and left my business card with some notes about what happened. I have never heard from the owner. I contacted Groupon and informed them of the situation and they said they would contact the Waxwerks owner and ask him to call me. Still no call. I informed Groupon that I have heard nothing and they refunded amount I paid for the Groupon. I have waited almost 2 months and have heard nothing. It is obvious the owner of this business doesnt care about his customers. I would not recommend this business! What a hassle. I will be posting this user experience on other social media.

Go to ziebart... They wont set a definite appointment time with you they give you a window of time to come in and thats up in the air.. I had a bad impression the first time I had them do work for me and I should have listened to my gut..my window tint had a couple nicks on it that I dont know where they came from but they claim to have a lifetime warranty but instead of honoring it they are giving me the run-around.. just a very unprofessional experience as a whole Id rather take my business somewhere else..

I tried to get a car alarm installed at this business. I had to call 9 times to get the appointment scheduled. I know it was 9 times because after the third call I started counting. There was always a reason why they couldnt schedule me an appointment at that time. Usually the reason was because so and so wasnt there that day. Well, when exactly are they there?? I did finally get an appointment scheduled. I called to confirm on the day of and after giving them my name they said they didnt have anything scheduled under my name. Are you joking? Im not sure why I hadnt got the clue that this store was so unprofessional yet, I guess I thought maybe they were just really busy. Needless to say, I gave up.

I had LED headlights and fog lights put in last year. They charged me $350 for the install, 3 of my lights blew out. Austin promised me that they would replace them. Took my car up there to have them replaced but had battery issues, was advised by Tim their electric guru, that use to work for Best Buy for 13yrs, to tell me that my battery caused my lights to blow. He also stated that my battery had exploded and damaged some other parts under my hood. I waited 2 business days for them to diagnosis my car which they never got around to doing. The second day I told Austin to drop a new battery in my car so that I could take it somewhere else. To my surprise nothing was wrong with my car other than I needed a new battery. If the battery blew my lights out then why didnt it blow all my lights out? I still have bright lights, one fog light, blinkers, tail lights, break lights and park lights... They were gonna charge me $85 dollars per hour for diagnostics to tell me nothing was wrong other than the fact they sold and installed faulty lights and refuse to replace them... Their customer service is trash when they screw up!

I took my car here last Saturday for an interior detail. They did a fabulous job on my car, and managed to clean the interior windows very nicely without steaks left behind, which has been an issue with other places in the past. The employees and the owner (I believe) were very friendly, efficient, and also knowledgeable about some other areas of work I was considering to be performed (tinting). Thanks for a great job guys!

I’ll be honest. I was a little skeptical considering my car is my baby. The staff at Waxwerks was not only professional, but very fair. My car received a full complete detail and man does it shine. Waxwerks is the best place for detail and all your automotive needs. I highly recommend them.

I had the window tint on my Mercedes replaced as the previous owner had scratched the tint. Rays team took the old off and replaced it with new and did a fantastic job for $ 200. I cant imagine how they did as thorough of a job with such good quality for that price. Thanks Ray!!

Im sorry to say their service is really bad. I got my car back after I called the police, as they did not allow me to drive my car away, and they asked me to find an attorny.Its a very horrible experience get service here, it must be a stupid decision for me to do so.First thing, I was told I could pick up my car on May 3rd, but they didnt make it. They kept me waiting for more one week, and during this time, they did not give me a call by themselves, I have to call them to know whether my car would be ready. Each time I got the answer like it will be ready in the afternoon, if I call in the morning. If I called in the afternoon, they would say, it would be ready for tomorrow. And such kind of conversation repeatedly for almost one week, the only thing I should do is kept waiting.Today, I went to pick up my car. But the stuff told me they could not give me the car at the estimated price, as they said they did extra work for the dent without my permission. To be honest, it is still not perfect, as they told me on the first day they would do on it. Thus, I did not agree they did any extra work on it. The horrible thing is, if I did not give them higher price than the estimated one, they would not give me my car. I know, it sounds dramatic, but it is true. Then I called the police, and got my car at the estimated price, which is also unfair, as they kept me waiting for around a week to get my car.Please consider this review carefully!

I went to Waxwerks to get my car detailed before a big vacation I was going on. I was very happy with the attention to detail and felt like I had a completely new car when it was finished! It was extremely important to me to have everything absolutely spotless because I was traveling with friends I did not normally see outside of my work place. I wanted things to look spectacular for them and it also feels so much better to travel in a clean car and also was great motivation for me to keep it tidy throughout the trip! I had a wonderful experience at Waxwerks and will most definitely be going back again.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the front counter. Old man Mr personality needs to go. Theyve had my car since Saturday morning, it is now Monday evening. They were unable to install a remote start on a year old car after 3 days of terrible communication.Do not go here and expect even mediocre service.

Great great experience! Andrew was nice enough to take me to a nearby Starbucks and pick me up after. The whole process was easy and price reasonable. The guy who worked on it (can’t remember his name) - he was able to fix the majority of the scratches - there was one big deep one I didn’t expect to get fixed.Overall, would recommend them to everyone.

I dropped my car off to have a new key fob and remote start installed. I had it done on another vehicle years ago and was pleased. They were not able to get it done when they said but I let them know I was not in a hurry. The second time they gave me also got missed. I spoke with Tim L the guy in charge. He explained that the owner has been out sick for a while and he was there getting some staffing straightened out and getting things back on track. He honored the deal the other guy quoted, and did even better. When I went to get my car, everything was great, so I had them keep it and detail it. I picked it up the next day and everything was awesome. I understand bumps in the road happen and I’ll go back again with no hesitation. Thanks Guys, Bruce

I went to Waxwerks to get a new radio put in my car. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and included me on all of the details of exactly what they were doing to my car. The radio was installed in a very timely manner, though due to the kind staff, I did not ever feel like waiting was a hassle. I would definitely recommend using waxwerks services to anyone and will definitely be bringing my other two vehicles here to get detailed and their radios installed as well!!

Had an appointment on 4/12 took my car in to have a remote starter installed. When we get there at 8 am the customer rep tells us that they couldn’t install it because they don’t have the part in. No phone call from them just a waste of time. We make another appointment for the next Friday 4/19. We dropped off my car at 8am and the rep tells me “will get it installed and we will call you when it’s ready”. At 5 o’clock we get a call only to find out that they had not even started working on it. They said they couldn’t install it because they had to prep for it. So we made another appointment for the next Friday 4/26 same thing drop it off in the morning and get a call later telling us that it wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. We get a call Saturday around noon and finally the car is ready. I go and pick it up and pay. On my way home I call my husband to tell him I picked up the car and paid. My husband tells me that he had already paid them. I call back to tell them that they double charged us the rep tells me he cannot do the refund at that moment because the cashier is out to lunch, but that she will be back in 15 minutes to do the refund. This was around 1:30pm. It’s now 5pm and no refund. Take it from me DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Poor customer service! It’s a shame I have to give them one start.This is a continuation to the above. I called Monday and they told my husband and I that they would refund the $650 that day. At the end of the day we didn’t see the refund. Tuesday, same story still no refund. My husband met with the owner Tuesday afternoon. She told him it would be refunded by Wednesday morning. It’s now Wednesday morning and NO REFUND! - Its now October and still no refund!

Came in Saturday to buy some audio for my vehicle and waxwerks had great customer service!!! Purchased some subs from Brandon and Jeremy which both helped answer all my questions. Took my vehicle to best buy and they tried to take advantage of me so I stopped by Waxwerks to see what they had to offer. I am very glad I did because they saved me money and are going to hook my stuff up this week. Thanks again guys and great job. HORRIBLE.... I shouldve read the REVIEWS before I decided to do business at Waxwerks & Audio. Often times we have to take ownership when not taking heed to WARNINGS. It was a customer there the day I went to inquire about the things I wanted to be worked on. He was IRATE and speaking very badly about the business. I shouldve listened(warning before destruction)... Professional SHREWD businessman and I dont say that lightly. For a MAN to shake your hand, look you in your eyes and LIE, is the ULTIMATE disrespect. Austin and Tim are piss poor customer service professionals. They ONLY care about the money and will tell you anything for the moment. Im highly upset with this business, but KARMA always finds its way to the worthy. Its been 3 weeks and theyre still hiding and tucking their tails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Im beyond LIVID... nothing worse than deceit and lies. I just want to return what was installed and go about my life. If all else fails, this was truly a lesson. Just KNOW you cant finesse your customers. When you fall, there is no pity. Ive never written a complaint on a business. This was definitely worth the time to do so.

I had a tint job done about a month ago, it ended up looking average. After a month, I noticed dust particles in the back window of my vehicle. I called them to make an appointment and have the issue fixed. The guy that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. He told me to bring the car to look so they can look at it and then to make an appointment to bring the car back another day. I told them I live on the west side and can’t do that that I wouldn’t rather make the appointment for another day. I did make the appointment, however, I feel that I don’t want to go back to this place because the way he spoke to me over the phone. I called back to confirm the appointment because I forgot to writhe it down and another guy answered the phone. This one was even worse. Anyway, I will see how they treat me on the day of my appointment and if they get my issue fixed.UPDATE:Ok, so I went to my appointment because they told me there is a life time warranty and after three hours of waiting, the arrogant installer said that there is no such thing as a 100% job and that the warrant is only for cracks and peels and that it is very hard to work on my vehicle. He didn’t even take the time to look at all the dust particles on the back window. The manager promised me that he was going to speak with the owner and then call me back the next Monday. That he wasn’t going to make him do the job. Then he starts saying that the tech doesn’t know how to treat people professionally and that he was third place in the country installing, blah. I’ve. been waiting since for a call, I think it’s been three weeks now. So there you have it. The worst customer service and installation. Oh and another thing that the manager mentioned was that on Saturday’s they do not take warranty jobs because they work purely on commission.

I have a very important point to make with all of you out there that pay attention to bad press. Do your own due diligence instead! It seems to me that all of the people that appreciate the excellent service they get at Waxwerks just don’t go to the trouble to let anyone know. On March 10th, 2017, I stopped by Waxwerks for my window tint appointment. I heard the place could get busy, but that certainly didn’t stop the lady at their front desk from taking the time out to help me and answer all of my questions about what % tint I should get on my car. The tint job turned out amazing and was quite inexpensive compared to all the other places I had called! To top it off, the lady at the front desk told me I was getting a life-time warranty! I noticed she had no problem building the same rapport she had with me with all the other customers in line. Great job Waxwerks and I’m telling everyone I know! I have no problem recommending them!!! Go for it people - coming from a very satisfied Steve Nelson!!!
