First h he person answering the phone had a attitude, THEN, when asking about prices you are told something totally different then the website depending on the cars you have. More expensive car, more money. An alarm 280 o. Website, 620 dollars, was my quoteridiculous. And dont ask questions. You will be told. Thats the price, if you dont want it dont get it. I wont, trust and believe that.SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE AND GET BETTER SERVICE.

Great service, communication, and installation. They removed the hard wired radar detector and dash cam from my old vehicle and installed the dash cam in my new vehicle. Very clean installation.

Got a third party radio installed and it was easy and simple. Very much affordable for a 06 Malibu while other competitors were asking HUNDREDS more.

Horrible. I made an appointment to get a car radio installed I talked to them three different times only for them to call me 50 minutes after I dropped my car off to tell me they don’t install certain radio types.... They never mentioned that to me even when I told them I had the unit myself very disappointed 0/10

Great Audio Shop

Terrible experience. I had scheduled my appointment a week in advanced to get my car windows tinted. They get ahold of me the day of my appointment telling me they have no product to do my tint? They offered another percentage of tint, I asked for some type of discount due to inconvenience of my time an money. They dont offer discounts of any kind, they stated it wasnt their fault that they didnt have any product? This is not how a business should be ran, they should at least gave me a discount since I had to choose a different percentage for my tint. Unbelievable. Dont go there they have bad communication and not one ounce of care for their customers. At the end of the day I had to go somewhere else.

Excellent. Knowledgeable. Didnt try to upsell. Totally honest. I will go back whenever I need audio or other car electronics. You should too.

Went to JR Audio to have 4 of my speakers replaced as 1 of them was blownand i thought they all needed to be replaced anyway.. It turns out that the speakers were already high quality aftermarket speakers, and the blown speaker just had water and corrosion in tje connection.JR Audio called me immediately after discovering this and offered to fix my corroded connector in addition to my door switch that was an unrelated issue.Most shops would have just replaced the speakers and pocketed the money, but this shop showed a lot of integrity by informing me of the current speakers so I could make an informed decision. Ill definitely be back, and would reccomend this shop to anyone.

Give them your business and youre on your own after that!!
