Was offered a loaner even though we live 2 hours away. They were able to make repairs in a days time. David kept us informed on the progress. Best part was the service department was opened on a Saturday to pick vehicle up without missing work. Was in and out in 5 minutes to pick up car and David was a delight to deal with. Best service we have had in quite awhile as far as the automobile sector.

Went to get the oil change, the sales rep name Mason said that the car will be ready with car wash and vacuum. Also when I went to the dealership the power driver seat was working perfectly but when I was leaving the motor wouldnt respond to move forward or backwards. Mason said that seat is off track well when I drive the car there it was perfectly fine. but when leaving seat wouldnt move front or back. I would never take my car to such irresponsible service rep and technicians.

Financing was smooth and easy! Seydou Keita, my sales guy, went the extra mile and found the car I wanted from out of town. A very rare hard to find q60 red sport majestic white with red interior. Brand new with free tint! Mind you that this car was over 500 miles away from our local dealership but, Seydou was able to acquire the vehicle for me. Bless this man! Start to finish with sales, financing, delivery from out of town and delivered to my home.. it took only 3 days! Thats pretty amazing if you purchase vehicles online with home delivery. I highly recommend West Houston Infiniti on your next car purchase but most of all, I highly recommend and encourage you to buy your next vehicle from Seydou Keita there. I recently have the oil change and state inspection done, and was pleased with the service that they provided. Mason Koch went above and beyond to provide the service I was looking for. He listen, which is to me the most important aspect of the service. When I told him I was in a time crunch, he make sure the service was done on time. I don’t leave comments very often, but I’m happy to leave this one as people need to know that Infiniti have provide an exceptional services.

I called I told them what I wanted, what I could afford and they work the numbers. They were fast, very professional and they did not try to to give me something that I did not want. This is not a good dealership to buy any used vehicles. This was my first time looking at used vehicles as all 3 of our vehicles have been used. That 125 point inspection they talk about is dishonest. I came in to look at a truck they had parked at the front of the lot overlooking the feeder. The interior was obviously not cleaned at all. The seat where leather so it is not as if it would have been a huge job. The gear shifter and its plate have brown sticky stuff all over it. Like old bbq sauce or something. If it was an old vehicle sure but at nearly 40k that is unexpected.The windshield had a crack in it. (Missed apparently at inspection,) The back tire has only a 3 left on the tread and that same tire has a concerning gash in the tire sidewall. Two of the other tires had cracked rubber so it was very obvious the tires were not in good condition.The salesman said we did a better examination then most customers. It took less than 2 seconds to see the windshield and tires.I would be very careful buying from this dealership. 100% have a mechanic check what you buy here, DO NOT rely on the inspection they do. They mean they do a 1.25 point inspection.

I have called numerous times to speak to the manager from the finance department. When purchasing my vehicle they made an error on my name, now my title of the vehicle is misspelled. When I spoke with the employee he stated “ that I have to go to the court house and do a title transfer to fix my name and basically that I am liable for the cost to do that”.I don’t see why I have to pay for a mistake that I did not do nor have I been able to speak to a manager. I have left many messages and no one has called me.The mistake was caught at the moment of me purchasing my vehicle, I informed them about it and that they would fix it. It was never fixed !I would like a manager to reach out to me as soon as possible.

I purchased my first infinity SUV QX80 from Ryan Reynolds and I wish I could give him 10 stars. He is so nice and laid back. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and is completely on your side. He will give you his honest opinion, and has your best interest at heart. Everyone that we dealt with was so friendly courteous and professional. In the finance department we were explained everything, and didn’t get the feeling like a ton of things were being added that we didn’t need. I would definitely recommend and return again.

Literally 2nd worse only to SW Infiniti. The Sales Manager, Seydou Keita, that I corresponded with via phone and e-mail consistently spoke to me about a particular car and promised to drive it to my location in order to prevent me from, dealing with Sewell only to tell me after I altered my schedule that he would not be able to make it. He sent me information telling me someone was viewing and test driving the car. I told him that was fine and I was done because I thought it was a gimmick only to have him call me hours later and tell me he didnt get it because his credit was bad and we wanted him to put 5K down so do you still want it? After expressing interest and informing him I would drive to Houston on Monday, he sent me an e-mail saying it would be there on Monday morning when I arrived.As I was traveling Monday morning I Inquired about the car and he said oh sorry, its been sold. He literally sent me the e-mail on Saturday evening prior to close and I called him on Monday morning at 9:00 AM and it was sold. This individual was a FRAUD from start to finish. I ended up purchasing from Sewell as I should have done all along.

Taken my 2006 fx35 here a couple times. The service team is on point. Compared to other dealerships, the service fees are reasonable and it doesn’t feel like the techs are always trying to juice you for more service.I trust them. I’ve been there twice.And I will return again.

This review is for service and parts department onlyI have an older M37 that comes with a rear power sunshade that automatically retracts when the car is put in reverse. Well, it stopped doing that so obviously I wanted to get that checked out.I usually go to Southwest Infiniti, but West Houston Infiniti is a lot closer to work and obviously a lot more convenient to go to. On Thursday 08/19/21, I called in to see if this was something they could look at and to fix if necessary (I have Infiniti Elite extended warranty). I was told to bring the car in around 3:30 pm that same day.I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 pm and asked for the service advisor that Id spoke with - he came out to take a look at the car with me and immediately started looking at the sunROOF and not the at the rear sunSHADE. After Id told him that it wasnt the sunroof that I had an issue with, he informed me that he hadnt seen many of this before. He even asked me if the sunshade was factory installed.Long story short, he told me that it was going to cost me $180 diagnostics fee for the technician to take a look at the issue, of which it would go toward the cost of the repair if I choose to have it repaired. I was pretty adamant that whatever issue it was having, it should be covered by the extended warranty program. He said he couldnt be sure until the technician takes a look at it, but told me he would do more research and that he would call me back.Friday came around, then Saturday, and then Monday and I didnt hear back. I called Southwest Infiniti Monday afternoon and I scheduled an appointment to come in the next day. And as Im writing this review on Tuesday 08/24/2021, I still havent received that phone call from West Houston Infiniti. But it doesnt matter anymore, my car is at SW Infiniti having its rear power sunshade repaired UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY.Im going to stick with Southwest Infiniti for future service issues despite the farther distance from work.

I showed up at their service center with this past Saturday afternoon with a flat battery and no appointment . Despite that Josh Jacob, without hesitation went out of his way to work me in to their busy schedule and within an hour the battery was replaced and i was on my way ....thats what i call great service !.Service after the sale is so important to me and they these guys always do a fantastic job taking care of me and my vehicle . Awesome experience! Service greeted me as I pulled up, confirmed my information and escorted me to a well-appointed and comfortable waiting lounge. I was able to track the status of my vehicle the entire time and was ready to go sooner than I thought. Took my car in Monday for a tire, called them 2 hours in advance to make sure they had my tire on hand. Got in and talked to the service advisor and waited in the waiting area for about 2 hours before being told that they do not have my tire on hand, but was told the tire is covered under warranty. Went back in Tuesday to pick up my car and paid only to be called back about 3 hours later and being told they processed the warranty incorrectly and I actually owe more. Get it together… I will not be coming back to west Houston Infiniti

Big time scammers!!!! Do your research and go somewhere else. Went there to look at a car, called to confirmed it was there. As soon we arrived to the dealership, the car was “sold”. This was probably 25 minutes after calling to confirm it’s availability.Looked at another car, it was “certified”. Went in to do paperwork and magically the car was no longer certified. It still shows certified on the website. When asked about it we were told it’s a typo…….. reached out to the GM no response for the above mentioned issues. Went to another Infiniti dealership and received wonderful customer service.

Be aware of the scam. We leased the infinity QX60 here for 39 months. We got a call from dealership that we need car back early at 36 months and not to worry about remaining lease . So, we returned it after 36 months. We got financial statment for remaining 3 months when we denied they send it to collection. I paid that and went to dealership today. I spoke to General manager and he did not even care and said its your fault we ask everyone to return early and you have signed contract so, you have to pay 39 months.. so make sure anyone returns g early get it in writing so that u r not liable .

I do not drive much and took a trip two weeks after purchasing a 2018 Honda CRV. During the trip, I learned the rear passenger window did not work, and the battery in remote 2 was low. West Houston Infiniti said a week had passed so they would not fix either item. My advice ... check EVERYTHING on your vehicle before completing your purchase. Dont trust their checklist.

Dealer quoted one price, then the next day sent a new quote that was higher than the original. Even after we got beyond that and agreed to meet to finalize the purchase, the sales person told me the car was sold and no longer available (although, it is still listed for sale on their website). This bait and switch seems to be a common theme - read through the reviews!! Sales person said he was just a middle man in the process and had no control in the process.

Exceptional Experience! After communicating with the other 3 Infiniti dealers in Houston prior to visiting, West Houston Infiniti was truly the best to go with. The sales rep (George Lane) was terrific, friendly, and informative! The manager (Alex) truly surprised me and not what I expected- he made the client experience even more positive. I usually dont right bad ratings but this is my second time having a bad experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change. They told me to check with the front disk and I did. An hour later I asked about a time estimate and the front disk replay your service advisor has not help you yet. Everyone looked so confused. Sales advisor told me someone drop the ball and they are so sorry about the delay. They will skip washing the car to speed up the process. An hour and half later the sales advisor offers me a $3 discount assuming my 1.5 hour delay is worth that much money. Horrible experience and never buy and infinity again. 2.5 hours is too long to wait when you have an appointment scheduled for a basic oil change.

Ive been coming here for almost five years now and Ive always enjoyed it. Mostly for oil changes which I feel are reasonable for fully synthetic and a luxury brand car (~$40). Todays visit made me question my loyalty, which was just a routine oil change but came back with a laundry list of critical issues. Dead battery, which Ive had no issues with and is less than three years old. Dirty power steering fluid, dirty brake fluid (less than a year old), and an in-cabin air filter needing to be changed (which apparently is a critical issue?).Now Ive always been a trust but verify type of person, so I went home to check these items out. The power steering fluid is indeed dark and a little low, so Ill call that a good inspection (first picture). Then I checked the brake fluid, and it looks pristine and at max level (second picture, again less than year old fluid). Did they actually check this, or just say it was bad? Then I checked the battery with my own multimeter, 12.53, which admittedly is short of the desired 12.6, but most importantly it passes a load test (see the green light in the third picture). It just needs a charge, which anyone can do. Im not sure what Infiniti rated it at, since they didnt give me the report on it. As for the cabin air filter, I always do those myself since its less than $20 on Amazon and less than 10 minutes labor. Same for engine air filters, I laugh at how much they charge for $12.95 air filters and quite literally 30 seconds of labor.This experience makes me second guess if their critical issues are indeed necessary, or if they are just trying to up their revenue (maybe to pay for the fancy new iPads they just started using). Their customer service is still fantastic and I do like coming here, hence the ok rating, but I really dont like getting tricked out of money. Ill still come their oil changes, but Im going to have to independently check every other recommendation they give me from now on.Edit (12/9/18): I just went to drain and flush my power steering fluid, and the reservoir plastic must be discolored because the fluid is very light brown (as seen in the new photo of the paper towel). New power steering fluid is clear-ish, and gets brown over time. This means that this critical fix is yet another thing they tried to charge me for that wasnt necessary.Edit (1/2/19): After two weeks in cold temperature airport parking, my battery had a weak start. Ill give credit where its due, the battery will need to be changed in the near future.

So over this past weekend my service engine light came on. I think it was just bad gas because after I refilled up it went off, but to be safe and because my car has over 200k miles on it I wanted to take it to a The Infiniti dealership thinking I would get the best service for my Infiniti. I get there and get this sense that sense my car is 8 yrs old it’s not as much a priority for them. They assumed I would be asking for a loaner because my service guy was like well we will see. I’m like I do not need a car I have a ride coming. Ok no big deal then he goes over the diagnostic fee of $175 and I’m aware there is a fee I mean I understand this is a business. However he calls and they send a text (which is awesome by the way) showing everything that came up from the diagnostic test. We go over it and he points out my catalytic converter is out and it’s best to replace both for 2600. Then there is a laundry list of other items totaling over another 1500 that are on the list. Knowing that I’m already on the hook for the 175 I think well let me get these other things done. I have 2 months to figure out the catalytic converter situation (that’s when my inspection expires). So I get up there to pay the 1300 for the items I approved thinking the 175 wld be waved because I was getting work done there. NOT (so be aware) so my total was 1100 but because I did not get the catalytic converter fixed they added the 175 diagnostic fee on there as well. I’m not saying don’t take ur car there. Just be aware because when we were talking about what work was approved at no time did he mentioned that caveat. If I had known I would have just paid the 175 and took the vehicle somewhere else. And on top of that he asked if I wanted the car washed because I have a wrap on it. I appreciated him asking what I don’t appreciate is the car not getting washed lol as you can see from the pics. When I pointed it out to the porter he says well yes it was washed but since it was left over night this is what it looks like now. As you can see from the pics that’s a lie the car was never washed but they assumed it’s an old car no big deal. Personally I won’t bring it back. I think they have lowered the standards of there service advisers, probably to save money but once again the consumer pays for the companies bottom dollar. I love my Infiniti tho!!! Parts are expensive!! A head light alone is like 400.... fog lights like 200 (fog lights cost a lot to install as well because they have to remove so much to install.Oh one last funny when I asked about the 175 and all the other stuff that was pointed out. He said the diagnostic was for the converter. The other things pointed out were complimentary 😂 next keep ur complimentary lol honesty I thought it was all part of the diagnostic but of course they are not going to let you know that so please be a diligent consumer.

I’ve lived in Texas for over 10 years now. After I purchased my first Infiniti I was able to have an enjoyable experience at the west Houston location. Over the years I’ve moved in different cities for work purposes and I’ve always gone to this location no matter the distance. I trust this team with my vehicle every time. Josh is phenomenal and always takes great care of us. Coming from the customer service industry I appreciate when I get good service. Everyone is quick to post about the bad they experienced and not often the good. I wanted to let it be known that this is the best dealership hands down and josh is a great asset to the team!

This was a 5 star review. The sale was super easy. Skip ahead a few months when I decided to cash in my extended warranty. Ive tried to call their finance department and left multiple voice mails and emails. Silence....Their sales department is fantastic, service is great. Their finance department, however, will keep me miles away from ever stepping foot in this business again.

Overall great experience. Bought my vehicle 6 months ago and was pleased with the entire process. I had my first service appointment recently. My salesperson was Dwayne and my service advisor was Oscar. Everyone was pleasant from the receptionist to the managers. I drove from The Woodlands to do business at West Houston Infiniti and Ill continue to do so.

Called several times to see if our car was ready and associate would never call back. After trying twice and being told they would call us back, we had to call them. After an hour of waiting, called again and talked to associate and he said it was ready. Got to dealership and car was not ready. This is our second time that they said our car was ready for pickup and when we got there we had to wait over a half an hour to get our car. Not going back again.
