Extraordinary customer service! I purchased my car 3 months ago from Claude he was very informative and help me get into a car that was in my budget. A few months later I took my car in for service and I got to drive a 2020 Q60! Man that’s a nice car. While I had it I got sick and had to go into the hospital. Robin and Eddie was so nice to me. They didn’t make me feel rushed like I needed to bring the car back immediately. They stressed that my health came first and prayed for me. I just really appreciate that. On a side note I need a kidney so if your feeling generous help me please

Madi Meek did a great job taking care of my Range Rover (I know, it is an infinity dealer). Southwest Infinity is own by Lithia, which ones driveway.com, which was the dealer I used to buy my car. The car had some damage when I received it and the Lithia group took care of it impeccably. It was a little stressful given that it was a car order using the internet, but Madi took care if it. So far, the experience with the Lithia group as been very positive.

During the period of March through April 2021 I declared my 2017 Infinity q50 a total loss due to an accident with another vehicle. The financing manager Roley Verelien was supposed to help me cancel my extended warranty. However, it has been a hassle contacting him either through phone or email. Wherever I got a response from him his service was not thorough and he mixed up my case with another person named Darwin Sorto Melendez a previous owener. Still today 27Oct2021 my case has not been solved and this has caused me anxiety and mental stress. I would never comeback to make a deal here due to their poor response. It has been almost a year since my claim started.

Despite the results of the multi-point inspection performed on my vehicle last month (July 2021), I arrived needing a new battery, hopefully not the ion-battery. As it turned out, it was the regular battery needed. I was in and out, maybe about an hour or so? That was a plus for me! Lastly, I accept it was a pretty busy day for yall, my only comment is for those to acknowledge people (Hi/Hello/Welcome, do you need any assistance/ How can we help you today?) when they arrive in the service center. You never know who will walk in needing assistance. Other than that, I thank yall for all you do! Oh, and Bennie was helpful!

Submitted offer multiple times online as I am out of the city, they denied it, which is understandable. The final attempt, I was contacted and assured a deal could be made. I contacted the representative and began the loan process with my bank, the next day (not weeks like the representative says in the reply, shows what kind of place you’re dealing with) I contact the representative with my approved loan and to my surprise the vehicle is now “pending sale”. I guess inquiring about the vehicle, agreeing on a price, and beginning the loan process isn’t “pending sale”. I am still waiting for the representative to get back to me as to the status of the vehicle that sold two days ago. Horrible customer service.

Being that I’m older and from a different generation I always like to give credit where credit is due. Must say that I was amazed at how my representative was very courteous and knowledgeable of my Infinity. I was also surprised at how he didn’t try to sell me other services besides what I asked for. I am a previous Mercedes Benz owner and the three years that I had that vehicle I spent thousands of dollars. Here in less than two hours I was texted that my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. Thanks Infinity Southwest you have a life long customer.

My service experience was exemplary, as is always the case. However, I was frankly surprised that the dealership has apparently relaxed all COVID-19 protocol and social distancing measures. It was surprising to see no personnel or customers wearing masks. With the acknowledged Delta variant currently spreading rapidly in many parts of the country, businesses must be careful not to let down their guards in an effort to return to normal operations as if the pandemic is over.

I was at southwest Infiniti Dealership to trade it in my cars. I checked with the cars and I was interested in one of the cars that they offer. In the beginning, everything was going well. We checked the car, then tested the car. Car was fine. I asked them how much they would offer for my cars for trading purpose. They came with the number of 13k something. I just told them, this is too low, another company just offer me 23k something for the same cars. Salesman went to the manager, just 3 minutes after, he came with the offer of 22k something. I was like is this real? where is the good faith? 13k went up to 22k in 3 minutes. Then I told the guy, I`m done. I`m no longer interested in the deal. Then his manager showed up. He came and explained that they would like to get my business. I just asked him why I saw 13k and then 22k as an offer. He just began explaining the way the other company, which gave me a higher offer, work and that`s because they can offer more. I told him that I do not compare you to the other company. Again, asked him, how come their offer went up to 22k in 3 minutes. He just said that they have system that gives offers. That was really annoying to me. I`m not stupid. It was not my first trade nor purchase a car. I just told them cancel the process, then left.***Another issue with this company, I dropped my car for service. During the service, they gave me a loaner car. I drove the car and returned it on August 19, 2021. Then, 3 weeks after, I got a bill for the tolls and I was charged even though I never used tolls with that car. The date of the tolls is August 20, 2021 which was a day after I returned car. I have tried to reach them and correct the mistake, however, I was unsuccessful. I have called at least 4 times, and I was told that I would be called. There has not been a phone call yet. I don’t mind little amount to pay, but why would I pay for someone else that I don’t know. THAT IS A TERRIBLE SITUATION.I usually do not give negative comments to the companies, however, I felt that this is a big responsibility for me to share my bad experience with other people. What if I had not been given an offer by other company? What if I wouldn`t know about my car value? What if I would accept their first offer. I`m extremely sorry to write this, but I do not see any sign of any good faith on them. Just be careful. As I told, this was not my first purchase nor trade.

Initially, went in to have my vehicle serviced no service lights on a simple oil change and tire rotation on my QX80. I leave the vehicle pick it up hours later from dealership the very next day the service light for low washer fluid comes on. I take my vehicle back to dealership and Mr. Lun is out to lunch mind you he states just bring it in we will take care of it for you and when I get there I am told to set another appointment for my vehicle by a different representative. Remind you the day prior I spent my money 150 for a service and inconvenience my family drop off and to pick my vehicle up. Then return and get told to set another appointment as if my time is of no value and the quality of work offered is not a reflection of the company. The service department should at least honor and stand behind their work. Treat me like a valued customer

I received updates and other options for work that could be done. Later, I got a call that my car was ready, and yes it is ready. Update: this dealership has been they went from selling me a used Q60 certified but had the check engine light on the minute I drove it out the lot so I say ok let me get a brand new 2021 res sport q60 we end up getting that deal fine and the car is already having issues they cant resolve.

This was my first time going to SW Infiniti. Normally, I go to the Katy location because its closer to my job, however now working fromhome, my needs have changed. Getting an appointment was quick and easy online. I showed up and was immediately taken care of by my assigned tech, Jeff Dorman. I ended up getting a loaner during my repairs and again, it was quick and easy. I was given options before work proceeded and everything was explained thoroughly both verbally and on paper. So no surprises or unwanted work. I appreciated the video taken of the tech further explaining the needed repairs. Very pleasant experience overall.
