I ordered my graduation stole from here and I fell in love! It is beautiful, made pretty fast, and it was at a great price. I will definitely get more things embroidered and printed from them! They have also made sorority shirts for me, and I get lots of compliments. I highly recommend!

OMG, if you need t-shirts done for pool/shuffleboard/or any occasion weather its 5 shirts or 500 of any type you must bring them to Vivid Customs they do an amazing job. I had picture images done and they did an awesome job the color was beautiful. You must call Vivid for your next function, organization, business or whatever you need shirts for. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely use them again, and will refer any of my friends to do the same thing. The turn around time was within a week of doing several photos for me.The staff that work there are very friendly and willingly able to assist you in every way possible.

I needed embroidery within a day, right before Christmas of course (bc im a last minute gift giver). Needed just two hats embroidered...called at least 10 companies who either didnt have time or had a minimum of 12. Vivid got me taken care of and were so pleasant to deal with! Horrible service!!! Spoke with Katy and she was extremely unprofessional!I had called up to the store on March.4,2016 and spoke with her in regards to pricing on shirts. We have a big event coming up and I had used this company last year with no issues. As of today, March.10,2016, I have not heard back from Katy in regards to pricing. I had to call her. (Business must be so good they dont need the money.) When I spoke to her today, she insisted she gave me pricing over the phone on Saturday (she absolutely did not!) She couldnt have because she couldnt find my information from last year this was the entire reason she took down my phone number on Saturday and said she was going to call me back.She was upset when I confronted her about not returning my call and then she refused to take my companys order. She would NOT provide information on how to contact the owner of the company. She told me to look it up myself! How rude!! She only offered the managers email address (Im sure she would delete it immediately.) Katy doesnt know how to be professional or answer direct questions. She does not want to be held accountable for what she told a customer and freaks out and then refuses to do business with someone. Wow..great job Katy. Contacting the BBB next.

This place is down the street from my office and I needed to have some shirts done for my business. So I went into the office and the only lady n the office quoted me a price of $10 a shirt for less than 12 and $8 for more than 12. She made up my logo, I approved it and brought some shirts there for her to place on my shirts, she then told me it would be $12 per shirt, thats over $120 for shirts. This was all over a week period of me going back and forward down there, the day she was suppose to do my order, she changes the amounts per shirt, she tells me it would be $12 per shirt, thats over $120 for shirts. This has been such an inconvenience for my business, now we(my employees and I) are left with no shirts because of course I will not pay more than I was quoted. This is really bad for business considering the fact that she knew I was on a deadline and had planned on bringing more business.
