Do not waste your money and time with this company, they are rude and unprofessional, my project came out so bad and they refused to fix it. Instead, they hung up the phone, the so call owner was even worse. Stay away!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been in communication with Jacob to make shirts for my home construction company for months. I even went to his shop and dropped off a sample shirt to assist in expediting the request. In the 3 month going back and forth, I have never been given a price or even a design. The lack of urgency and poor customer service is up there with Comcast and Spirit Airlines. Terrible company and lazy management.

This place was full of clutter and dirty and I should have used this as a red flag. But I will do better. I went in on a Wednesday to see what service they provide. After looking at their shirt selection, I brought in my own. He took the shirts never stated there was a problem. No one in the shop knew the price of a design if the customer brought there own shirt.. they even asked if I knew a Casey.. he then said to send him a email with my picture design and he would get back to me. I sent the picture. Then he sent me the wrong email with the wrong price. I sent it back, no response. So on sat, the rude guy (10/20 at 10) said no shirt was ready because I didnt pay. I told him I was sent the wrong email. He never once listened to me. Then he said the shirts were not the right ones. Why didnt someone tell me that Wednesday? He said well it doesnt matter, he doesnt have an artist here so.. very rude.. when I went to go get my shirts, which was 2 hours after they opened, it was on the front counter in a bag, unattended. Very poor, unprofessional company.

This shop is AWESOME!!! I was behind on an order and was referred to OMG by a friend. I walk in, emailed my image. Then graphic design and printing were done same day!! Super soft water base printing! Pretty awesome and a true job saver, OMG thank you!The shop is great and so is the staff.

I had a custom order for a couple of shirts and they came out perfect, just like we discussed and designed. The shirts have held up through several washings and have yet to fade or come apart. The service was excellent along with the time they took to help me design the shirts. Ill definitely be going back!

I co-manage an adult recreational softball team and we were referred to Jacob for the design and production of new team jerseys. We were told that his company could provide design services, meaning that they would take our concept and translate it into a design, and that they understood that there was a deadline and could easily accommodate this. We paid $150 up front.The first draft of the design was ridiculous. Completely unacceptable. And the worst part of it was that it all was taking so long, that it became clear that there was no way that they were going to be able to complete this by the deadline (which was opening day for the softball league – the jerseys needed to be done, this was not flexible). After more back-and-forth and wasted time with this company, we had no choice but to go a different direction and find another company who could get it done in time. And we did – another company took the same ideas we had given Jacob and turned them into an awesome design and high quality jerseys right in time for opening day.When my partner informed Jacob that we had decided to go in a different direction to have the jerseys completed in time and to request a refund of the $150 we paid, Jacob responded, via text, with what I would describe as an “aggressive tirade”.He claimed that it was our fault that they couldn’t design the jerseys, because we didn’t tell him exactly how to design every detail (never mind that that was exactly what we had paid him to do and what he told us he would be able to do – we paid him for the design, not for us to do it ourselves). He insulted my partner and called her an “old lady” and ridiculed her for even asking for the money back. He told her that she must be “so broke” to even be bothered about $150, because he “can’t even wake up without spending $150.” He went on, and on, and on, about how pathetic and broke she is, and when she repeatedly asked him to stop messaging her, he just got more snarky and arrogant, peppering almost every one of his messages with an “lol” at the end to punctuate his sarcasm.And while he made it very clear that he throws around $150 like it’s nothing and looks down with scorn on anyone who cares about spending $150 and getting nothing in return, he refused to refund the money because apparently he considers it “earned”, even though it’s nothing to him and even though they did not fulfill their end of the deal.The purpose of my review is to warn consumers about the business practices and approach to customer service of this company. The owner of this company has no qualms about taking your money and providing nothing in return, has zero regard for any deadlines, and he thinks he is better than you. If you do business with this company, 1) DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE, and 2) if the outcome is not satisfactory, prepare yourself for personal insults.The other purpose of my review is to give feedback to you, Jacob – your business practices are unacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you attacked my partner. Most of the adult world does not care if you are the “dopest dude.” They care about the quality of your service and product. You are going to remain seriously limited to a very small subset of the population if your only qualification as a business person is that some people think you are cool. You told my partner that you “spend $150 on just a round of drinks” and congratulations for that (I suppose?) but you should seriously consider being smarter with your money because you are going nowhere. Also wanted to let you know that the jerseys from the other company were a huge hit – and we referred probably about five other teams to this company and with each, we made sure to share the negative experience we had with you as well. One basic principle of marketing is that negative feedback spreads much quicker and with a much greater impact than positive feedback and you can be assured of that in this case, as well.

I was very pleased with the designs I asked them to print. I needed eight individually customized shirts, and they made them without a problem at a very reasonable price. The staff that I spoke with were very amiable and helpful, and prompt with their responses. I will definitely be using them again.

I want to first start off by saying that from the moment I placed my order with this company I had issues. My first order was a DTG order and I was told of there process that it can take up to 7 days for me to receive my order and that someone will notify me once it has been finished. I didn’t get my first order until after a month of me ordering. Nobody told reached out and told me that they were having issues with there machine. I literally had to call every other day to get an update on my order because no one on there end was following up with me. I spoke to Jacob and he told me to be in constant contact with him from now on with all of my future orders. So I place another DTG a couple of moths later. I go in to pick up my order and I look over all my shirts and out of a total of 16 shirts 5 of them had dried up paint on them. The shirts were white and blue and anyone could see the paint. The issue I had is the guy who did the order stated that he did not even look over the shirts to make sure that there wasn’t anything else on them. I reached out to Jacob as he stated I should. In the midst of this I also ask if I could get some additional t-shirts since I was not the reason my order was messed up the first time. I go back a week later to pick up the shirts that I had to get redone and again they had dried up paint on them and again the guy stated that he did not go behind and check the shirts. I went back and spoke to Jacob and he didn’t listen to anything I was saying he was making jokes and paying more attention to his cell phone then what I was telling him and I felt that it was very disrespectful for him not to listen to a customer whose giving them business. I would not recommend going to them, they do great work but they do not go back and check there work and they don’t have great customer service.

The worst place to go and get your shirts done. Really bad customer service, shirts were not done the day they were suppose to. They made us wait 3 more days and didn’t receive them till Saturday. The worst thing was that the shirts were faded and not printed on the shirt correctly iron stains everywhere never again buying shirts there. The guys name was Jacob he was so rude on the phone and just sounded like he didn’t care. The only good thing about this place is that is cheap !! it’s not worth doing your shirts here with these Ppl, please don’t waste your time.

Great Quality shirts, however not so great staff communication. Initial communication to get business was great and quick, post payment -felt like the communication could use some help . Was promised a 3-5 day turn around, took 2 weeks. Texted owner on several of my issues, no response. I had to call the actual store to confirm someone was working on the issues. Also noticed some of the shirts, the print stayed the same size regardless of the shirt size . No one told me this would happen, it was unexpected. Did not bring this up to the owner as there was no point,i had to use the shirts the next day. If only there was more communication and response, the issues wouldnt seem so major.

Tried to get a few shirts done for my daughters birthday party. Put the order in two weeks before hand with the manager jakob. He assured us our shirts would be ready. Day before the party, he tells us he cant complete them, leaving us with no other options at the very last minute. Refused to work with us on the price for the ones that werent exactly as requested. Jakob was very dismissive and generally rude.I was told by his staff that he left to go on vacation and just didnt want to stay up to complete our project. What kind of owner does this?

Jacob never returned my calls. Just bounced me around from employee to employee after getting my money up front. Doesnt really know what hes doing so he tries to make his employees the scapegoats when things go wrong instead of just handling it himself, like any decent owner would. So sad. I went in wanting 2 matching shirts. One for myself, one for my daughter. We waited there in the store. 2 hours. I think I was pretty patient. I didnt complain, I was excited because I was getting the shirts made. I went in about 1 month ago (may)...which I think is enough time since my trips would be a month later. I read so much about this place here on Google & Instagram as well, mostly about same day service and I absolutely love shopping local. Supporting my home town. After the 2 hours, they came back with 1 shirt asking if it would be okay the way it printed. The pink areas were faded out to beige on the design I picked. I said I would like it pink. So they did it again. We waited, yet again. After the 3rd try they told me that they would have to call into the company that makes the machine because something was wrong with it. I said okay, paid for the one they made..which isnt what I wanted. I ended up giving that t-shirt to my mom and send a message to the owner explaining what I wanted and when I need the shirts by. He assured me that as soon as the machine was up and running again in a few days he would let me know. Here we are 1 month later, Im already on my trips. No word from Omg_i_print_shirts.....once i called them out on Instagram about it they blocked me. :) have a nice day.
