The owner Imran has shown time and time again, remarkable customer service, patience, and ethics! But it seems they need more staff, communication, organization.

If you know what you want with vector file and print file from your graphic designer in hand. They have one of the fastest turnaround services for screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and vinyl. I recommend, to have an idea of what you want before you go there because, it gets packed really quick. It’s better to come in the morning during weekdays. They’re closed on Sundays. The staff is very hardworking and really care about your customer experience.

We have used them several times for our Volleyball Club Q-Cobra and we are 100% satisfied! Quality products, always on time, friendly service and great prices. They stand by their products. Lost one of my shirts and damaged another shirts so they had to order two more shirts which put a delay on my order. Once I came back for my order the second time they damaged the shirt again and lost the other new shirt that had had reordered. They offered to order the shirt again but at that point I was frustrated so I just got my refund they are so unorganized

Hated hated! The owner rabbani or what ever his name is, was working on my 2ND order and it was close to $400 worth for 3 dzn shirts. They had the design already but it still took them 2weeks from the date we were supposed to pick up to have them ready. I called last Thursday and they promised they would have them Friday. I wanted to pick up my shirts on Monday evening and called in before hand and I was told that they didnt have the design for them and they then told me that they needed me to send a picture of it so they could finish. I told him that they cant finish it they havent even started and rabbani then told me to let him work or else they would never be done. I was in shock at how he was talking to me and I told him that he could just save himself the hassle and give me a full refund instead. He acted careless and said ok thats fine when I arrived to pick up my refund, he ignored me immediately and took his sweet time to acknowledge me and then he didnt even offer to mend his mistakes or make it right. He didnt say much but return the money, said sign here and didnt even appreciate my thank you. This was the worst experience at a business that Ive ever had. Never again will I ever give him anymore of my business! I wont be referring anyone to this place EVER!
