BEWARE!I ordered two sets of yard letters from here, Stephanie seemed to be very professional, when I received the letters, they seemed to be printed nice, but some of the letters are flimsy, but my big concern was the bad cutting job, being in the Yard Card business we are buying from many places and the cuts are always nice and clean but these letters looked to me like they were cut by hand, jagged, trimmed very badly.I called her and she stated she was sorry, someone else cut these and she assured me she has the latest and greatest cutting equipment, maybe the blade needed replaced. I offered to show her pictures, she said oh no I believe you, no need, she then offered to send me out a new set and gave me a date to expect, she even told me to email her with the info and pt her name at the top because someone new is handling her emails now. I did all she said and even wrote her a nice note to thank her for being so professional and that owning a business I always like to go to the the person with a problem and give them chance to rectify instead of just giving them bad feedback, because sometimes things happen.Weeks went by and I tried to call to no avail, emails, nothing.My sister was interested in buying some sweatshirts from her and because I told her that she was taking care of the problem I had weeks prior she was impressed and was going to order for us both. I went to visit my sister and she was talking about this to me, then I told her she never did get back to me or send me new letters. My sister then contacted her to tell her she needed to get back in touch with me..guess what she did...now. She then again told me yes she would be sending out some new letters she changed the blade and expect them on the following Friday, guess what over two weeks past the date she said I would send them out and again...nothing, I am ghosted and I tried to email again a few weeks back.My sister was waiting to order to see if she would do the right thing and she did not, I would have been happy to get some of my money back but she offered the new letters, so now she wont be ordering and I am writing a bad review so you dont get screwed like me.She talks a real good game, but dont believe her promises never will happen, I hate bad reviews and never write any, but I hate being lied to and I dont want any of you to be lied to as well. Stay away from Custom Print Pros at least for any Yard Card items or letters!!

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with what I received. The service started out great but when the time came to deliver all I could get was an unanswered phone call or a closed office. At least two weeks after the promised/ expected date I finally received a phone call that my order was ready. I ordered yard card letters by the way. I sent my husband to pick up so he didnt really know what to look for. Im just using many of the letters this week for a yard sign in my own yard. The letters are not good at all. They are all a different thickness and more glossy than I care for. It just wasnt a good experience. The affordable prices reeled me in but it was too good to be true.

Came to get my shirts done. At 4:44, nobody was there. I knocked and put the ring door buttom and they told me to call the number. I called and they said they werent able to get anything done not even look at the design or anything.

Very professional and knowledgeable. My family wanted custom shirts for our Disney trip and they came out awesome without any quality issues even after washing the shirts. Still good as new!!

Tried to work with another local small business.. however nothing got started and got a bunch of run around and then finally no reply after 3+weeks. I just wanted some business cards, Tshirts, some art printed on Orajet. This delayed my own business 2+ weeks for my customers. I do not recommend
