The quality of the business cards that I ordered was awful. They looked great coming out of the box but began to come apart as if the front and back were two separate pieces of paper that were coning apart. The fraying in the pics is after two days of being in a credit card wallet. The black also developed scratches. I did receive a $50 refund and the employees were kind and professional. I am now stuck with these business cards that look very unprofessional and am going to have to find some type of use for them so we are not entirely out the money spent. I will say that the design team was great, awesome ideas and design. I just wish there was a way we could have ownership rights and an AI to use on other projects not completed by Custom Ink. The t-shirts turned out beautiful however, we have not wore nor washed them yet.

I worked with Anne on a simple t-shirt design as a funny gift. She was very helpful in giving me all my options as I had a certain price point I wanted to stay under! My visit was quick and efficient! And I can’t wait to gift the design! Picture to come soon!

I was looking to design a shirt for my 90 yr. old mother. I looked at other sites and struggled to get through the design process. Custom Inks process was so simple. When the shirts arrived the quality was superb. I couldnt believe how great the shirts looked and felt. Little would I know that my mother was going to be showcased on tv wearing the shirt. Suddenly, my twitter feed was blowing up with people wanting the shirt. Since Custom Ink doesnt do print-on-demand, I spent almost 2 weeks trying to locate a designer and distributor comparable to C.Ink. After many calls back and forth to C.Ink we finally came up with a solution that worked. Custom Inks quality, ease of design and customer service is incredible. I really liked going to the physical location and having a one-on-one consultation. The person who helped me, Dominique, provided all the options and it was very quick and easy to design my shirt. Custom Ink is not the cheapest option out there, BUT they do have the BEST customer service in the industry! I have ordered from them several times with large orders. I have had an issue or two with an order, but they were on top of it and I never missed a deadline because of their awesome customer service. Custom Ink rocks! The staff at there Houston office is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

I heard about Custom Ink through another friend who used them for some charity fund raising, we have used them several times now for a new charity. I can’t say enough good things about custom ink. I had been looking for specific shirts online however no one could get them to me in time for Houston Pride. I came across custom ink and I gave them a call. I spoke with Will and he stated they could do the shirts and have them to me the same day! I was in disbelief, I drove down to the location and met with Will Abernathy and he took care of me. He was skillful, courteous, and had a great personality. I walked into custom ink at approximately 1:30pm, I left around 2:10 PM, and I got a call at 4:52 PM that my shirts were ready! How cool was that....and they looked great! If I could give more stars I would! I am the coordinator for a big event, and at the last minute our t-shirt vendor said he wouldnt be able to get us our shirts on time. I have always used the online version of Custom Ink for my t-shirt designs and got great results. It is impressive that this same stellar service has spilled over into a brick and mortar version of the same. Sophia is the best!!!! I called looking for the Heavy Duty Champions hoodies without any print on them. I was told by customer service that I was unable to order just 3 hoodies because the minimum for the product is 6. So I called the store and talked to Sophia and she ordered exactly what I needed and they was shipped to me before Friday and I placed the order on Tuesday. I never had anyone to give such great customer service like her. I appreciate the time she took out to find out all my tracking information and even called me to see if my order had arrived.
