I dropped off a large number of legal documents at the Copy Doctor on Bissonnet to get copies made. I did all the legwork ahead of time (removing staples, adding color paper dividers/inserts, etc.). They never called me when the project was completed. I originally requested that they make the copies on 3 hole punch paper which they failed to do. After assembling the copies they made into binders I realized they didnt even make copies of all the documents. For some dividers/inserts that had 20+ pages, they only made a copy of the FIRST page!!! They did this for about 40% of the project. Not only did they do a terrible (and lazy) job, they only created more work for me because I have to go back and double check THEIR work---which I paid almost $200 for. In addition to that, the staff is pretty rude; they always act like they are doing me a favor by accepting my business. Zero customer service. I will NEVER go back to Copy Doctor!
