I have had shops all over the country work on the front end of my truck, from dealerships to independent shops. I have never been happy with the results. I met mike this am at his shop and spoke with him for a few minutes, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. He listened to my issues, drove my truck down the street, then put my truck on the lift and started checking. Mike found some distinct issues I had overlooked, his quote was reasonable and he started immediately on the work. I was so pleased when I picked up my truck, I am entrusting them with my sons car. Various repair options are offered and my wishes respected every single time. Operating hours extending to 6 p.m. (even on Saturday!) makes it easier to pick up my vehicle without having to take time off work. Friendly, courteous staff and (above all) HONEST assessment of my vehicles repair needs will keep me coming back. Mr. Balljoint is my go-to garage. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and crew. I just had an entire engine rebuilt in a professional and timely manner. I couldn’t be any happier with the results. I wish I could upload the before and after results. I feel as though if you’re honest with yourself and the mechanics, you’ll both benefit from it. Please don’t expect A-1 service if you’re frugal and dishonest.
