I had my car towed to Cillis Car Care and I can say that when I walked in it was good vibes from Matthew and the rest of the team, as well as good customer service and hospitality. The communication with me was superb, service was timely and I will be getting my vehicle serviced there again!

Weve been going to Cillis for years, and have always been happy with their work and their customer service. I always feel like Im going to be treated fairly, and that they will go the extra mile to make sure that Im happy with the car repair.

Took my bosses Cadillac into the shop. Repair was quick. I spoke to Xochil Wednesday about my boss needing a new grill, took the car in the next day and was out in about an hour. Fast, friendly service. Great environment. Will definitely be returning with other vehicles.

Cillis helped me out with a state inspection, oil change, and some great bodywork when I dropped by yesterday. Matthew was very friendly and accommodating, and even though I did not have an appointment, he was able to fit me in. JR took care of the state inspection and oil change in record time, and Johnnie Lopez handled the bodywork problem with my ES350 Lexus. He took care of a front bumper and side panel issue. I can’t thank Johnnie enough as he has taken great care my car on several occasions. Let’s just say… I have difficulty parking sometimes. I would recommend Cillis auto and body shop to anyone.

There are not enough words to praise this place of business! They were handed a huge mess of a car from a previous shop and they worked complete magic. Cillis is our preferred service center as they provide honest estimates and maintain contact during the repair process. We have experienced poor customer relationships at dealerships and Firestone. We have also been provided one estimate at other local shops only to be charged a higher price upon delivery. Cillis knows this is how a business fails so they refuse to practice in this way.

Had my car in the shop this week, running so bad it was undriveable for any long distance. Couldnt be happier with the results, replaced the injectors and plugs and it runs better than new. First day out at the stop light and I had to double check that the car was still running, super smooth. Great communication every step of the way and just like from a previous visit (Truck had quarter panel replaced) when the service rep called and said Its ready to pick up I thought, Really, that was fast. Based on reviews we took our 2018 Malibu to Cillis Car Care for a water leak in the trunk. They were very friendly and gave us great customer service. Upon looking it over they quoted us a price to fix it. Despite it take longer than they expected, they still honored the initial quote while Eric kept me posted on a daily basis. He was professional and friendly - as was the entire team. We will use them again. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience. The tires were stolen off my car, and they towed it to the shop for me. It was damaged trying to get it on the truck, but they completely fixed everything. He even repainted my bumper for free (wasnt included in the insurance estimate) and washed and waxed my car before they gave it back. The shop is nice and clean, the staff is good, and Jason is great. I would recommend this car shop.

They have been doing a great job repairing cars for over 40 years. From their original location at FM1960 & FM149 circa 1970s to the present location, they have continued to be honest, fair and thorough. You dont stay in business for over four decades without treating customers right.

I had a less than acceptable insurance company, but Kelvin went out of his way after our car was recovered from being stolen and left on bricks to make sure it looked just as good as the day we bought our car. I love the work that was done to my Chevy. It was badly damaged in a wreck but after I left it in their care the car was back to its original look. I love this place and will bring back all of my vehicles anytime.

Ive been going to Cillis for 5 years now. Every time I have gone, they have told me up front what the problem is, how much it will cost to fix it, and how long it will take. Not once have they deviated from what theyve told me.For instance, this weekend I took my Camry in because the suspension was shot. Dropped it off at 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon. They called me at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, told me what the fix was (new struts and shocks, front and back. About what I expected), gave me the quote, and had it done by 1 p.m. I shopped around a bit out of curiosity after the quote and couldnt find anyone in the area that was cheaper than they ended up being, even after they ended up realigning my wheels.The other major fix I had done was when my car flooded two years ago. We did all the seats and stuff on our own, but the OBD was shot. Its a part thats unique to make, model, year, and (I think) individual car. Getting one from the factory through a shop is expensive, and they quoted that amount. Its possible to find the initial part online for cheap (ish), but it has to be programmed (formatted?) for the particular car to work at all. We came back to them with that, and they said that if we brought them the part, theyd set it up and install it at just the installation fee, which is what they did.Summary: fantastic work, quick, good quotes, willing to work with you. Also, the friendliest mechanics Ive ever gone to.

This place used to be very honest and employ competent technicians. I have been a Master Technician for 25 years, but live in Austin and cannot always work on my mothers car. In the past I had trusted them to keep a close eye on my 85 year old mothers car. Recently she had her oil changed there and they tried to upsell her a valve cover replacement due to a supposed leak. I personally replaced them about a year ago and they are still fine with absolutely no leaks!!People and shops like these give the industry a bad rap for honest technicians that are out there.IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Cilis car care is great. They were able to measure my wheel alignment, show me the exact measurements, fix the alignment and provide me with a new image of the exact measurements all at a reasonable price. A month later when I felt like their may be some problems with the alignment so I went back and they got me in immediately, were able to rule out an alignment problem but still offered to swap the front and back tires so we can determine whether this is a tire problem or possibly an issue with my shocks.While I was in the waiting room I even heard them send someone away without any charge because they determined nothing was wrong with his car. It can be hard to find to a car care shop that you can trust, but after my experience at Cilis I would strongly recommend them to anyone as a trustworthy and affordable shop.

Had a substantial dent due to my neighbor backing into my car, so I decided to bring my car to the closest auto repair shop in my area, which is CARSTAR Champions. I put off repairing my car for over a month because as a college student/commuter, I need my car to drive to school. Once I finally made the time and brought it into CARSTAR Champions, I was immediately impressed by not only their exceptional quality of customer service but also the quality of the repairs and how quickly they got everything taken care of for me. Josie is amazing and very helpful, especially being that I am someone who knows little to nothing about cars, she informed me of everything I needed to know and kept me updated throughout the ENTIRE process. Not only did they fix my dent, but they also went above and beyond with aligning my tires, buffing out minor scratches, and even cleaning the INSIDE of my car additional to a car wash for the outside. My car looks as good as new!!! I chose CARSTAR Champions for the convenience of being close to me, but after my experience with them, I wish I had brought in my car sooner and I would recommend this place to everyone. I appreciate CARSTAR Champions (and their mechanics/technicians) so much, anyone/everyone who has any car repair needs should definitely come here. You and your car will be in the BEST hands!

My family is still friends with several of their former mechanics. When growing up, this shop USE to offer top quality service at reasonable prices; now, incompetence and thievery controls the shop.My father (a customer for decades) was charged over $600 for a simple GMC cluster replacement. $300 for the cluster (which can be bought for $60) and over $300 + tax for about 30 minutes of work to replace it. This isnt to mention the 3 nights they kept the truck, or the phone call to parrot exactly what I told them when we dropped off the truck - the cluster is busted.I understand that the business has expanded over the years, and they need to take care of the overhead; however, charging rates like that is outright robbery. Unfortunately, my father trusted them to do the work before telling me what they were charging... my jaw nearly hit the floor.A good number of the talented mechanics have left for greener pastures, and sadly, Id have to recommend anyone looking for a decent shop to do the same as well.

I took my car here after what I thought was a pretty serious collision. I was stressing out because the area that was damaged (between door and back panel) was a double whammy and challenging to fix. Not only was I thinking that the the repair would be outlandishly expensive but also that my car, with dramatic curves and wide body fenders, would never look quite the same . All of my friends in the business told me that even a good repair would still likely be noticeable considering the extent of the damage and the difficulty of repairing the area of damage on the car. Cillis ran me through the entire procedure, start to finish, and I never had a doubt after hearing it from them. When we got the car back it looked better than the day I bought it. The body work was flawless, the paint blending was flawless, and they even fixed a dent that was in the general area for free while also fixing paint defects from the previous owners repair (which was done at the dealership!). They also waxed the car and did a full-blown interior detail. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. You will be hard pressed to find a place that has better service and does better body work because it doesnt get better than this.

MY CAR WAS READY 2 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE HE GAVE ME AND WHEN I PICKED UP, MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW YOU CANT EVEN TELL THAT MY CAR WAS BROKEN, IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED THE CAR. THE DAY I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR I HADE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CAR LICENSE TAG KELVIN REFERRED ME TO MATT ( THE OTHER FRONT OFFICE GUY) AND MATT WAS A GREAT HELP PROVIDING ME WITH ALL THE INFORMATIONS I NEEDED TO GET THAT RENEW. I WANT TO THANK THEM ALL FOR THEIR GREAT ASSISTANCE. I ALSO WANT TO THANK THE GREAT GUY WHO WAS BEHIND THE CURTAIN ( THE ONE WHO FIXED MY CAR) I FORGOT HIS NAME BUT REALLY THANK YOU FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY CAR. With the exception of the paint, it was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with any repair facility of any sort. I had to bring my vehicle back numerous times for numerous reasons and its still not right! Ive been waiting on Chris to get back to me for months about making my vehicle right again but he has failed to do so. In fact the last time we spoke he was very rude and acted as if I have no reason to be concerned, he is very wrong!! They were paid over $16000 by Geico to repair my vehicle. I totally regret allowing these people to get anywhere near my vehicle. Youve been warned, stay away!!!

FINALLY AN HONEST MECHANIC!!!!! My son was told by another auto repair center (that I will allow to remain nameless) that his Nissan Juke would require a full brake job, front and rear, routers, drums and pads, roughly $650.00 job. As this news came on the tail end of the recent need to replace the rear main valve at the low, low price of $1787 (Did I fail to mention that my son is in graduate student at Tech, 9 hours away, so this vehicle has been racking up its share of highway miles over the past few years AND it is essential that it keep running until he graduates?!#*!) But I digress, since we had just taken the recent main-valve-blow, we thought that the $650 sound a bit high for brakes so we decided to get a second opinion. Boy are we glad we did! First of all, Matt, from Cillas, assured us that the $650 estimate for the front and rear brakes was not too far off, if indeed that was what we were going to require. So we braced ourselves. Turned out that our front brakes just fine. All we needed were the rear brakes. Cillas saved us over $200, working at the same hourly rate, just not over- charging us for repairs that our vehicle did not require. Cillas Car Care is honest, courteous, efficient, and they do reputable work. I am not looking for someone to give me something for free. I respect that a fair amount should be charged in exchange for knowledgeable honest work. My objection is to the attempt to charge individuals for work that is unnecessary. Its stealing. Its a shame that honest, ethical business practices are becoming less and less rare with each passing year, more the exception instead of the rule, but they are out there if you look hard enough. Cillas Car Car is a shining example.

So, I had my first fender bender in the parking lot of a Kroger and my back bumper came off. This was technically my first accident ever and I had to deal with the other persons insurance, Fred Loya, who I have come to learn are pretty horrible. I think I may have looked up collision places in the area on my phone and stumbled upon Cillis while looking for a different one. So I stopped there, told them what happened, and Jason Baxter explained how the whole process would go. He told me how to deal with Fred Loya Insurance and other details to get my car fixed. So I felt a little relieved afterwards. That was ONLY 1 incident. I swear about 2 weeks or less later, I was in another car accident while working and I thought it was JUST my luck! 2 accidents in ONE month! I was depressed and just in shock! However, I was so happy with the service at Cillis that I brought it back to them. THIS time there was more damage but I was dealing with a better insurance company, State Farm. Just like the time before, Jason took a look at my car and and got everything prepared for me once again including calling Hertz so I could get a rental while I waited for my car to be fixed. Cillis was very courteous during the whole process, including but not limited to paying for small parts out of their own pocket when they couldnt get in contact with the claim adjuster, and even dropping me off at Hertz to pick up my rental and waiting until they knew I was able to get the rental before leaving! These were my first 2 accidents Ive had to personally deal with and I dont think I could have picked a better place. I am very pleased! Thank you to everyone at Cillis Car Care for taking care of me! This place is a scam. They are expensive to the point where you cant afford to get your vehicle back. So they keep it and sell it. They overpay wrecker drivers so they will bring your vehicle to this place.
