I came in totally distraught about my check engine light being on after visiting multiple mechanic shops. I was actually referred to this shop due to great customer service given to a friend of mine. The moment I walked in the staff was super friendly, very attentive to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable. I received a diagnostic test to see what was going on w| my engine sensor. Everyone I encountered was amazing. In particular, Glenn helped me out throughout this whole process. He kept me up to date on my vehicle, even after having to keep my car overnight and the following day he ensured a staff member to come and get me to retrieve my car. I went to Adams Automotive to get an oil change (European) on 09.20.021. I asked them if they could evaluate my vehicle and recommend services needed, and they were able to fulfill my request. They gave me a ride home, and my car was left on site. Later that day I recieved a call stating my control arms and front brakes were in need of replacement (photos were sent to me confirming the issue). I approved for them to go ahead and order the parts and install them. It took about 3 days for my car to be ready. They sent an employee to pick me up, and they went over the repairs on my car. While waiting to check out, Patty Adams actually had a conversation with me about Houston, housing, and other news around town. It was a pleasant conversation. I had no idea she was an owner as her demeanor was very down to Earth, and she took the time to understand that I was waiting, and then proceeded to get me assistance. Every employee I had an interaction with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and it seems like they take a lot of pride in their work. Happy employees usually means excellent service. The costs are competitive, but if you want peace of mind, very well worth it. I think from here on out, my vehicle will be in good hands with Adams Automotive.

I purchased an older Jaguar from an individual and didn’t have time to do a thorough examination due to time constraints (on my part). After the purchase, I quickly realized there were major issues with this car. As it showed prior work at Adam’s, I felt this would be the right place to bring it as they had the “history” of some of the work done on the car. Probably one of the best decisions I made regarding this car! The car’s suspension/shocks were gone (and dangerous) and there were seal leaks, etc. in addition to check engine lights and codes. Adam’s very quickly diagnosed all of the issues, gave me an estimate for the repairs, located the parts (for a 2002 Jaguar XK8) and kept me up to date on the repairs and completion schedule. I needed the car for August 12 return to Houston and it was ready on August 12. Just as promised! Now my old Jaguar runs and drives great and I couldn’t be happier. Quality workmanship, a professional shop of mechanics and customer service that is hard to find these days anywhere, much less at an auto repair facility. I was planning on taking this car to my home in Pompano Beach and was pleased to find out the warranty for the workmanship covers bringing it to other associates repair facilities around the country. Thanks to James, Joe and all of the other helpful people I worked with to get this beautiful old car running safely!

I feel like I have a brand new car now! I went in for an inspection and oil change; and it was like I was walking into a 5 star hotel...very very nice to walk into a professional, clean, orderly auto place....felt welcomed and very well attended too. Even provided a shuttle home. This is First class service; what a difference. Andrew took care of me, gave me lots of information and made the recommendations for services that I already knew were due. I will definitely be coming back especially for the convenience and comfort of it all! OH and a full car wash too! Sweet!!!

Brought my truck in for a check engine light. Off the bat my service professional, John, was welcoming and assured me he would take care of any issues. I told them my warranty was about to expire and I wanted to make sure anything that was wrong or potentially wrong with my truck got fixed. They negotiated with my warranty company and not only fixed the check engine issue…they also discovered a leak and found my control arms needed replaced. John was up front and honest with pricing…I also wanted to get some 100k mile services. He let me know which services I should go for first on a budget. And let me know others were not as necessary for at least another month or two. Overall my truck had several repairs and services done to it. I feel as if I brought it to the dealership I would have been without my vehicle for a week! But they took my truck in on Thursday and had me back on the road by early Saturday afternoon. They even washed and detailed my truck. I was impressed to say the least. Will definitely be coming back for the rest of my services needed. And I now know where to take my vehicle in the future if I ever need a mechanic again. A+++

This is my new go to for any problems I may have in the future. I only let Audi dealership work on my Q5 but they told me things that wasn’t the issue after the 3rd time taking it to them they finally figured out it was my injectors. I didn’t feel comfortable letting them work on my vehicle again. So I reached out to Adams Automobile and talked to Rodney he assured me he can take a look to determine if that was the problem at no charge. The next day Glen called and explained everything to me. I allowed them to fix the issue and my truck is back like new. 😊 the experience with them was awesome every one in the office was friendly. The owner came in doing the time I was waiting she gave me a magazine her energy was very welcoming. Thank you again

Very professional and thorough. Overall Im happy with the communication and service. They also offer a 36 month and 36k mile warranty for parts and labor. BUT, my reason for 4 stars is that they were very expensive....maybe more than a BMW dealer. Next time I will check the dealer price before coming here.

My G500 needed repairs ASAP, and my usual mechanic booked up for a couple of weeks, so I googled local Auto repair shops, and Adams had numerous positive reviews. I was skeptical at first because reviews can be faked and purchased. I decided to give them a shot while reducing my expectations to “ hope they don’t screw me over,” basis previous experiences Ive had. From the second I pulled up at the Adam’s, I received the type of service you’d expect from BMW, Mercedes; however, Adam’s was better and combined it with a personal touch. In the end, the price was fair, the quality of work was above average, and Jose Garcia, my service advisor, changed my mind about Auto repair shops. It seems like they are one of the few who realize it is better business to maintain lifelong customers by treating them with respect and fair prices vs ripping off one-time customers who never return.

My AC started having problems about 3-4 days ago, cooled one day, not the next. I called Adams around 3:00pm on a Friday. I drove over and they took my Tahoe immediately and drove me home. They replaced my condenser the next day, made sure it was covered on a warranty I had purchased several years ago. They had it ready by 2:00pm Saturday! Great service, very professional! I have never written a review like this, so this says a lot about the company and staff! I highly recommend them!!

My regular mechanic was going out of town and actually referred me to Adams. I am so glad that he did. I got contaminated gas at Valero. They quickly diagnosed the issues, order parts and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jose would call me with updates was was very easy to communicate with. Just a good honest place. If there is nothing wrong, they won’t charge. Once had an oil light go on and then off a few times, dealer said new engine. Adams said loose connection and didn’t charge me. Still running fine

2007 Acura TL with check engine light and the VSA indicator coming on intermittently, like 5-months intermittently. Driving down 45 I would lose acceleration power randomly with lights coming on.Had to take a cple days off of work, but Bret helped explain what was happening and they take pictures of your car on what they are working on to explain what they are doing and why. They had a courtesy shuttle to drop me back off at my place and then pick me up whe car was ready.They have a new puppy in the shop that I met. Has nothing to do with the car but can appreciate a literal work dog lol. Sure car repairs are pricy but it’s more of an investment then anything else. Oh and the salt water fish take is amazing.

Adams Automotive did an exceptional job of replacing All the fluids in my 2014 BMW320 I. They changed the Oil with BG Oil and Filter for long lasting protection of my engine. The additional fluids replaced were the power steering fluid, fluids used to completely Service and clean the fuel injectors and replaced the brake fluid and bleed the lines.They also replaced the battery in my ignition key that was low on power. Finally, they provided a complimentary car wash and transportation home, had I needed it.These repairs were all done in less than a full days work, at the almost exact price quoted. The total Maintenance cost was very reasonable, given all the Services that my Seven year old BMW required.They also did a Texas State Inspection on my vehicle. All these services were completed at the time promised as well. The expert mechanics also spent time explaining, each service that needed to be done and what function it covered.This is the first time I have worked with Adams Automotive, but I can promise You that it will Not be the last. I will use Adams Automotive for All my future auto maintenance and repair on my 2014 BMW.I would Not hesitate to recommend Adams Automotive to Anyone who needs Professional Auto Maintenance or Repair Services for their vehicle. Jose did a fantastic job! Brought the Tahoe in for general maintenance that was due and asked for suggestions. I wanted to do it now while we were here but keep cost under control. Were taking things a part to get to a oil leak issue and the team made key suggestions. A difficult leak finally found and Juan did his magic on the intake manifold. Honest suggestions and detail analysis on each issue. Adams has done most the work on my 18 yr old Tahoe and I never expected to keep it this long; with their hard work, it keeps running. I was leaving my office this week and in desperate need of an oil change/state inspection. Lucky for me, Adam’s Automotive was directly across the street from my office and popped up on my google search. I love these guys! They got me in quickly, performed the inspection and the oil change, replaced my air filters, and when they were done they offered to pick me up and bring me back to my car! I was already so happy with the service, when I realized they had also washed my car before I picked it up. Top notch service, easy to work with, and extremely convenient location. One of the most clean and professional service centers Ive ever been to! Fast-paced and friendly service managers who take the time to clearly explain the repairs needed for your vehicle. I drive a “vintage” car that is no longer being produced. The chrome wheels were pitted and could not easily be replaced. Adam’s Automotive was able to resurface the wheels - not an easy task. I am a loyal Adam’s customer - and this is just one reason why. Excellent work and customer service.

Have seen and passed by Adams for years while going to the restaurants in the area. The quotes from the Bible caught my eye. Finally stopped in for transmission fluid flush on our 2013 Highlander (V6). Joe at the counter was very professional and took care of the service quickly (we just walked-in...no appointment) and didnt try to upsell like other shops. The technicians DID check the air filter, cabin filter, etc. and informed/showed me the current conditions of the parts and asked if I wanted to replace them or not...no pressure. Although their rate is not the cheapest in town, the work seems to be top notch; hard to find a consistent quality shop now-a-days. Weve brought two cars in for service so far and will continue with others.

The new tire I purchased a few weeks ago had picked up road debris and had three holes including a bolt. They replaced the tire with a new one. Great service.

My car was overheating on the highway, and I just happen to trudge into this automotive shop before my car exploded. I feel blessed that I was able to find this place, and all the work that was done by the shop seemed fair. I’ve also had this shop work on my Mercedes Benz which saved me god knows how much money, had I taken it to a Benz dealer. They completed repairs in a timely fashion for both my vehicles. And even had one of their employees deliver my house keys to my job after i left it on the keychain of the vehicle I just dropped off.If you’re searching for a good automobile shop in Houston, I highly recommend this place. I believe they are honest shop albeit I’m not a mechanic, but I know they could of drug me through the ringer on my Benz, and they was able to fix it at a great price. Same as my Ford Escape.

Of all the auto repair shops I’ve taken my cars to incl dealers Adams is by far the best all around service- most importantly, work is done right at a fair price. Add in knowledgeable, clean, timely, nice and very fair to make the experience like no other shop. I have been several times and the experience is the same exceptional service regardless of who helps you. Highly recommended.
