No BS mechanics did a great job on my breaks. Im pretty handy and know what I wanted done and these guys did a great job with no hassle. I went from Brake Stop, off of the 59 -- literally left Brake Stop as those guys are the worst-- and ended up here. Pacific Complete Auto is professional and legit; they earn your money instead of trying to pull tricks like Brake Stop. I absolutely recommend Pacific!

I have been coming to this place for almost 2 yrs now... Last week I gave my Mustang Gt before i could hit the roads on a long vacation drive and asked Shawn to check on the steering wheel which vibrates on high speed, brake check and engine oil change. They did it all what I asked, aligning my tires and sorting the brakes and the very fact I felt the difference of my drive was the smoothness even at 120 miles, my steering wheel was just steady and smooth. Honest guy to that runs this shop. I went here a few months to receive an second opinion on diagnosis I receive from another auto shop because I felt they were trying to hustle me. Turns out I was right. Not only this the owner of the shop saved me money, but didnt even charge for helping me out. He test drove my vehicle and diagnosed my car at no charge. So today I took my vehicle to have my water pump and thermostat replaced. The final price was less than the estimate price! I will definitely be having all my auto work done here!

The technicians at this place are very professional and very honest people. All my cars have been served here in the past 10 years.

Sean has rebuilt a transmission at 110K for me that now has 225K miles. He has replaced an Acura MDX engine due to an oil pump failure. He has also repaired brakes and sensors for me with no issues. I call to check his prices with other shops and he is fair and has provided me reliable repairs. So happy to have Sean.

Expensive but great service

Let me start off by saying Sean is great! I had a nightmare with a previous Mechanic who totally messed up my car and I had to go back 17 x with still No working vehicle. Sean diagnosed my car correctly and called to update me on the status of my vehicle. He didnt over charge me and was very educated on the problem of my car. He even picked me up from the car rental place when I needed a ride back to pick up my car. Very sweet person. I highly recommend this shop. They actually know what their doing instead of taking your money and saying oh well. They deserve 7 Stars.

We felt uneasy after a place closer to my house told us that the front struts and hub assemblies were completely blown on a 3 year old car. I reached out for other quotes and had the car towed over to Pacific based on price and recommendations. Sean promptly called after 30 minutes and the issue turned out to be a loose lug nut that my husband forgot to tighten when he changed the brake pads! Pacific saved us over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs after that other 5-star shop tried to screw us over. Pacific is a great shop in a not-so-great part of town.

Honest and great place! I had a cylinder 2 misfire and I had changed spark plugs, wires and coils myself but still misfired. So I was refereed here by a friend and In glad I did. Mr. Shawn was up front and told me what the problem would be. They diagnosed it and did multiple test before sending me on my way. My car stopped shaking while idle and accelerates like a brand new car! Great people with great customer service. I highly recommend!

Both of my headlights ran out. Googled a nearby place in my neighborhood and based on their reviews went to this place. He ordered the bulbs and asked me to come back in 30 min. Changed my bulbs in 5 min and voila! The price was also very reasonable; I highly recommend this place 👍

1st i want to say i NEVER leave reviews.. but, this place here I can’t even began to explain how grateful i am to have stumbled across this repair shop. Others were wanting to charge me $600-$1000 to remove a stripped oil pan bolt sadly only because i have a bmw. this guy here only charged $30 it’s sad because i was going to give in and pay the $600 since I’ve tried at least 5 other shops before coming here and thank god for him he’s so honest i even tried to give him a tip for saving me tons of money but he refused i have never received such EXCELLENT HONEST customer service like i experienced today I will definitely be returning!!!!

I just went for my annual inspection. I stood in the office for at least 10 minutes before somebody came in and acknowledged me, but after that I was out in no time flat.My only real complaint is that all of the workers smoke in the bay and the office window looking into the bay is open, thus making the whole office stink.

Theyre really quick with changing oil and doing my inspection. The owner will tell you honestly what it the problem is. He has a mechanic for 20 years and the older mechanic has been doing it for 30 years. So they are knowledgeable.
