This is a terrible dealership and Kia should take it from them. I took my car to them on August 25 for service and on October 9th my car was broken into on their lot and my tires were stolen and they didnt tell me until October 19th and told me they werent responsible. I was also told by the Body Shop Manager, Johnny, that he was specifically told by someone to NOT give me a call about what happened to my car. They also havent put my car on jacks or anything, just left it like the thiefs did on blocks.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET WORKED ON! Its a scam.Pictures taken 10/22.

I had a terrific experience at Fredy Kia! I was greeted by Jun and shown the vehicle I had seen online. As I looked at the MPV I asked many questions and Jun and Devin answered each one. They were very helpful, without the pressuring I had felt at other dealerships. I am so glad to have found exactly what I was looking for.

Every used car advertised online for their location is erroneously listed as eligible for finance options while their finance department does not finance any of them if any used vehicle has less than 80,000 miles on them. Oddly enough anything they had that was low miles and looked decent was already sold weeks ago but strangely never removed from their online listing,, and no sales agent knew why, all they could answer was that someone in the department that handles online ads does not know the car was sold already. While the other questions yields a surprisingly simplified and equally astonishing answer, that no one in that department knew that the companies finance department does not offer any finance options on any of their used cars advertised online, yet they are clearly listed with some having dedicated options of direct choices like drive now for $138 yet no one in marketing or sales is aware that their web site lists those options as available choices. Then of course they dish the hook line and sinker and exclaim that they can however finance a brand new car for a much much higher price than any of their online ads display. Leaves a consumer feeling like they are being given a shady treatment and false advertisements just used as click bait to fool someone onto their lot.

While they had friendly staff, they most definitely run shady tactics to get you in the door. We drove in from an hour and a half away to look at a new 22 Telluride they had. We were told the price was ~$43k before we left our house. After driving and deciding to see what we could get for our trade, the real price came out! They marked up the price $5k and had several add ons on top of that! What a waste of our time and gas! I understand times are tough but be transparent on the asking price of the vehicle from the start. Hell found they are advertising the same Telluride on Car Gurus for the $43k like we were told. So deceptive!

TERRIBLE AFTER CAREI bought a brand new Telluride from Fredy Kia in July. I didnt enjoy the sale experience as the sale rep was really pushy and would not stop calling/texting. I persevered because my wife really wanted the car.As soon as we left with the car - RADIO SILENCE: I tried contacting my sales person because I could not find some of the trunk storage upgrades we had paid for - no response after several weeks and messages.Just got home after a failed attempt at service/repair. I was booked in for a repair and a recall fix. Got to Kia to be told the computers were down so they could not do either piece of work. I asked why they hadnt called to tell me they could not do the work - they told me the phones were also down. USE SOME INITIATIVE - your whole team has cellphones which you could have called customers on instead of letting them waste hours of their day.

EDIT/RESPONSE TO THE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT/ ADDED MORE PHOTOS: I told DEBORAH prior to me applying that my vehicle is in the process of being payed off and if I could still sign off on the loan with no issues and she responded saying yes. If it was gonna be a issue I would’ve waited for the loan to clear that way my credit wouldn’t be effected and that way I would get a reasonable offer.THIS IS WHY YALL SHOULD’NT COME HERE PEOPLE. I PROVIDED THE PROOF. YALL WERE WANRED.Oh where to start, applied for a application to finance a car I was interested in. They ran my credit with caused a hard inquiry and the salesmen Andrew gave me a offer for 72 months financed over the phone and the sale rep Deborah texted me the same offer as well. I told them I would have to think about it. Later that day I asked what would be my payments for 84 months? Deborah said “let me ask Andrew, and said how they have to submit another application) the next day she tells me after 4-6 hours waiting that Andrew said “He is only approved for five year finance which is 60 months and the payment is *** He does not qualify for 72-84 months” HOW IN THE WORLD do I get a offer for 72 months and then it just goes away? SMH be careful people don’t waste your time.

Poor service and many issues on them servicing a truck we had purchased here. Nothing but run arounds. The truck didnt work anymore and we had to return it to the bank that financed it all because they did not do their job in servicing a truck they claim had warranty and it was all he said she said from all the people in this business. This place is an absolute joke! They literally have no inventory on the lot at all. I asked if they had a Telluride that I could look at. They had one used one in stock. One salesman walks us out to the vehicle and along the way says I definitely wouldnt buy this one, its overpriced! Then the other salesman shows up and says the sales manager has the keys with him and hes not at the dealership. Dont waste your time going here!

They tried to low ball me for my trade until I gave them what another dealership was trying to give me then they was willing to match it and never gave me the price for the car. On top of that I never test drove the car the salesman was worried about was my Social Security number. I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. Thanks but no thanks. These people sold my brother, a single father by the way, a car with a bad engine. 2 days after getting the car the check engine light came on and the said they didn’t hVe an appointment to check it out for weeks. 2 weeks in the car over heated. Do not deal with Moses Chavez in financing. He laughed in my face over the phone when I was airing my grievances. They refuse to do anything about this and told me legally they are not required to give you a working car. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

People there were over all friendly. The few things that I would definitely change is the climate. It was unbearable inside. I decided to wait inside my vehicle while I waited. Also giving more feedback on the cars and how certain features worked would have been helpful. I bought my daughter her first car and she was a disappointed that the car didnt come with carmats?!?! I asked the sales man and he said they no longer come with the car. Sounds absurd to me. Overall happy with my decision

After discovering my car wouldn’t start I called for roadside service who did a phenomenal job of caring for me. My car was towed in on Monday and it is now Thursday evening and I don’t have a diagnosis for my vehicle as of yet! It is my only means of transportation and the lack of concern or urgency is disheartening. I was placed on hold 4 different times after already being on hold for 30 minutes both times I have called. I wanted to return my business to Kia but as of now I’m not certain I want to deal with the lack of efficiency in the service department. I need my car back.

So this is an edited review. When I first arrived, I was a little upset about the wait, but Kia had me and my mom out of the dealership in less time. They also refilled the windshield fluid and aired my moms tires as well. I thank you all so much for being accommodating when I was in a terrible mood. But my opinion still stands when it comes to the cashier doing her make up and flat ironing her hair while behind the desk at work. Very unprofessional.

When I arrived at the service dept, it was very confusing as to how I was to proceed. I went through the entrance door, but there were no signs or details about how I was to initiate my service appointment. No front desk; no sign in sheet; and a very closed atmosphere. I talked to one of the service reps, and he told me to pull up my car to the service station area and wait in it for someone to take my info. However, after waiting for 5 mins or so, nobody showed up. Instead, a service tech told me to go BACK INTO THE OFFICE to initiate the services I needed (all were vehicle recalls).Clarity is very important. Before getting a Kia, I was a Toyota customer and THEY know how to be efficient with services/repairs. Toyota is highly organized: they have service reps come to your car as you pull up to the service department lanes. At Toyota, there is no question about what needs to be done for you to be checked in to get the process started. At Kia, it is totally opposite. This needs fixing.

My only issue so far is when I went to get my full oil change. I schedule the appointment on line. I was there ahead of time. I waited 3 hours. They said because they were washing my car. My car wasnt clean. When they got my keys they didnt know whose car it was. Then we had to find the car because they didnt know were it was. I gave 3 stars because at the end of the day Im thankful I have a car. Although I left a message about my 3 hours ordeal and no one even called me back to say they apologize.

I first came 4 day prior in search of a specific car. When a sale man said they didn’t have it we went to leave and out ran a sales man named Herb. He gave us his card and said call anytime to check for inventory. I happened to call last Thursday and to my surprise they had the car!! Herb was BEYOND helpful to my every wish. I should I have trusted my feelings and other reviews. Customer service is horrible. I had an appointment set up to try one of their model.I had to drive 1h in Houston traffic just to be told that the cars I was supposed to drive had been sold and wont be available before 2 weeks. in 2021 where everyone has a smartphone, it is not difficult to call, text or send an email. I understand that they stock issue but checking, that the car youre trying to sell is available, is a bare minimum. I left and will never come back. Ill make sure to share my opinion everywhere I can.

The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the process took a little long. 12 Jul 21: I was finally able to pick my tags up today, but I was told they lost my key fob. They said they would order me one. 09 Aug 21: I was finally able to pick up my key fob. The staff are very friendly, but they need to be a little more organized. I bought my car brand new in 2018 and I have been going for my routine oil changes and tire rotations since then as I have a warranty for the service. Last Friday I went for my service and had missing items out of my car. I called, there are no cameras in the shop so I assumed I was out of luck and also assumed it was my fault for accidentally leaving those items in my car that I didn’t know were there until my boyfriend told me. Two other dealerships told me that it’s not my fault and that they have had to replace many personal belongings in these situations. I’ve called 3 days and can not get a hold of the GM, who’s voicemail is full along with the manager over service, whom just won’t return my calls after leaving voicemails. Do not trust the two young looking boys that bring your car around and park it when they’re done, as I realized that they were looking at my for a reason... to steal my belongings.

Kirk was hands down the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. We drove four hours out of town, was late for our appointment and her biggest concern was for us to get there safe. Absolute worst place to take your car do you not take your car there. I took my car just to get the fluids flushed they supposedly fixed some recall on my car. Spent almost $600.00. Took my car home it, started not wanting to start and turning off on its own while I was driving. Took it back spent another $500.00 on supposed sensor that was bad. My car is still not wanting to start and turning off while Im driving. Before taking my car here. I had no problems at all with my car. Absolutely do not take your car here. I tried calling supervisors store managers nobody would ever return my calls and nobody would help me I was just given the run around. Do not waste yalls money.

Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. We were having some trouble finding a vehicle in our budget that best suited us and Fredy Kia made sure we left with a vehicle that best suited our wants and needs that exact day! All very simple, quick, and easy. We will most definitely be getting another vehicle from Fredy Kia, we very much so recommend Fredy Kia. Wonderful staff as well!

When they found out I was going to pay cash for a used car and did not want a warranty and after we wrote the check for it they decided that they wanted $2500.00 more then the advertised or they would not sell us the car. this is crooked. WE WALKED OUT AND DID NOT BUY FROM THEM

I will begin from entering the dealership, the salesman was polite but management not once acknowledge that I was even in the dealership as in saying hello or thanking me for choosing the dealership they work for. Customer service starts from the owner to management to salesman and so forth. The salesman did an excellent job getting a car that I wanted and at the price that was reasonable, Finance manager was informative and polite and answer all my questions even when I couldn’t get an answer from Mike(person with the heavy Beard. Once the sale and the financial portion was completed I went to get in the car and there is a Scratch on the rear panel behind the driver side passenger door. It Literally took an hour and a half to resolve the issue and not once did the Manager say I sorry or we will try to make this right. I had to tell them we will leave with the damage car until another one of my choose is found. I would advise anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership to don’t expect a warm enjoyable car buying experience from this dealership.....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Offered me only 6,000 trade in vale where other dealerships have offered between 13,000-15,700. Theyre obviously not interested in making a sale. They advertise that they offer more than blue book but they dont. Rip off artists, false advertising. My advise is to stay away!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would !! DO NOT buy a car from them especially a used one ! All their used cars are LEMONS and Should not be sold !! Also make sure you have a complete diagnostic test ran on your vehicle before purchase so just in case you won’t be held accountable for any parts that were not serviced before you purchased the car ! Another weird thing i was told from the manager at the big lot is that they don’t have a corporate phone number ! What dealership doesn’t have a corporate number ? Red flag !! Alright now good luck !
