Wonderful collision repair. They estimated that it would take 15 days, updated me via text every single day. I never once had to call for an update. Then they called to let me know my car was ready 7 days early! I was given back a car that was not only perfectly repaired from being rear ended, but also cleaner then when I dropped it off, inside and out. Loved our experience here.

Corrupted business! They are very dishonest and help each other to cover up their lies and they take advantage of the car insurance companies by claiming that there are things that need to be repaired to just add more charges to them and of course more money to this establishment. It’s an excellent game they are playing with customers and car insurance companies :)

I was involved in an accident and I had a decent amount of damage. I called on a Friday and my insurance got me an appointment for the following Monday. My rental car was set up and ready to go at 7:30 that morning. It was very easy and they were extremely professional . My car was ready 5 days earlier than they had anticipated. They texted me with the progress so I didnt have to call. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been detailed and looked great. I realized a couple of days later one window wasnt working and they had it fixed the next day. I am extremely pleased with their service and will go there again if necessary. Sam was great to work with, as well.

I had a great experience with Kingwood Service King. My vehicle body damage was identified on check-in. I was contacted several times by phone to update me on the progress of the body work and received e-mail updates on projected finish dates. The completed paint & body work were flawless. My vehicle looked showroom new when I picked it up.

One star is one star too many! Not only did they leave globs of wax on my car & returned it with a taillight not working, they went joy riding in it; while they were joy riding, they sped through a red light, driving 70mph in a 35mph zone. They still havent even as much as paid the ticket nor have they shown the slightest sign of remorse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Im beyond furious that theres absolutely nothing I can do about the situation except leave a review & hopefully redirect their next potential customer.

Went through State Farm for a scrape down the passenger side. Asked for Garrett, my go to guy, and was told that he had moved up to a different position. I was shuffled off to a couple of young women. Watching them work up the estimate, I had serious reservations. When after about a week I was told the vehicle could be picked up, I found only about 95% of the damage was repaired. Back in the shop it went. After 6 days, we start the process again. The vehicle was sitting outside covered in mud spots from the recent rain and would not crank. They jumped it and brought it for delivery. I insisted that they check to see if there was a problem with the alternator or battery since I did not want to break down; they said everything was OK. Went to doctor and after appointment vehicle would not crank. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, they did send a guy to jump start and offered to replace the battery.I believe this business has a good core of people but is moving some into positions that they are not qualified/trained for and are maybe in a little too much hurry to get people out the door.

My vehicle stayed in the bodyshop for three weeks. Nothing was done to it. If I did not call nobody would tell me whats going on. All I was told was to call statefarm. Nobody was upfront about anything. My vehicle was taken apart and they refused to put it back together again.

Highly recommend, it was a great experience. Made my appointment over the phone with one easy call. Dropped off and picked up rental car in 30 mins. I was called twice to keep me up to speed and my truck was ready a day before expected. It was cleaned and the staff is friendly. Our truck was in the shop for 3 weeks being repaired. The work was done and it looks great. Our truck was scheduled to be completed on 8/9/2019. Only to be told we could pick it up on 8/10/19 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. We arrived at 10a.m. only to be told it was not ready. They needed to do a detail job wash and clean it up. So on Monday 8/12/19 We finally was able to get our truck. Body work looks great. No complaints there. The full detail and wash job is HORRIBLE. There is all kinds of residue inside our truck from the repairs. You can see dirty greasy finger prints on both sun visers, and the head liner. Very disappointed in the inside clean up. We even have white spots of what looks like white paint on our dash board. We will need to have a full detail on the inside. It looks really bad inside. But other than that we are pleased with the body work that was done.They have my contact information. They can reach out to me.

ABSOLUTE HORROR STORY (tldr at bottom)This was the worst car service experience I have ever had. I brought in my car after hitting a curb. I explained what had happened and told them that I had TPMS and power steering warnings displaying every time I started the car. I towed it to their location for service. I told them that I wanted to fix my car with the exception of a slightly dented quarter panel. After having my car assessed, I was called and told that the issue was my suspension. I was told it would be about $3,100 for the repair. My car is a 2015 Honda Civic, so this factored into my decision to follow through with the service. When my car was finally ready, I picked it up and was dismayed. My seat belt was broken, something I had not realized when I brought it in, as I had it towed. I was told that it was a problem I had caused, they had never looked at it, and that I could pay them more money to make my car drivable. Not having the money at the moment, I opted to take it home, and they happily obliged, telling me it was safe. As I began my drive home, I realized that although they had turned off my power steering warning, my steering was in the same dismantled condition as when I had dropped of my car. When I brought my car back to the location, I was told that it was not their fault. A team member named John assured me that he had only worked on my suspension and nothing else, which I found suspicious since the power steering warning had gone away. John insisted that he had not touched the steering, and when asked why, all he could say was that he just looked at suspension. I was confused because I told the manager, Sam Storm, that I had issues with steering when I initially contacted Sam. I do not know why they would not look at something I had mentioned. They are mechanics. I am not. I am relying on them to inspect what is wrong with my car and tell me, but in this case, they chose to report one issue. If I had known there were other major problems, such as the $600 repair for the seat belt and $1,500 repair for the steering, I would have probably just sold my car. When I brought up their mistakes to Sam, the manager, the best he could do was apologize and offer not to charge me additional labor (that I never would have needed if they did it right the first time). Already being out $3,100, I didn’t have much of an option other than to fix the rest. After the remaining service (seat belt and steering rack), I was handed back my car without any of the paperwork I had been promised when dropping my car off. Thinking the nightmare was finally over, I drove home and turned on the stereo. Unfortunately, I almost burst my eardrum because my car stereo had been turned all the way up. I know this was their doing for one important reason. I have a powerful aftermarket stereo system, and I can never turn it up all the way because it is an ear bleeding volume from within the car. However, if you were outside the car, such as mechanics working on it, it simply sounds like loud outdoor speakers. Overall, I am more than disappointed with Service King, especially their team members John and Sam. I highly recommend seeking service elsewhere, and if you have to go through them, at least avoid working with John and Sam.TLDR: Employees were asked to assess problems with my car but chose to only report one. They sent me away with a broken seat belt and destroyed steering rack, telling me my car was safe. They only acknowledged their problems after I figured them out myself. They kept adding charges sneakily instead of ever giving a proper estimate. Lastly, they used my stereo without my permission.

When we had an accident, out insurance recommended them. However, we came into some issues with them that amounted to them saying theyd do something, then not being able to do it because X and not letting us know about it until we called them, but they could have at any time let us know something was up. Or saying theyd promise to call back and then not calling at all. The name is a joke.

Beautiful office area when you arrive. Snacks and drinks offered while you wait. A very short wait time to meet with someone. Very professionally run. The auto work was good. Everything itemized and explained in detail thoroughly. Almost a dream experience all times Ive been here... But I have to dock a star for taking so long on repairs. Service King is the King of terrible customer service! Dropped my vehicle off for repair in September. The claimed to have fixed the AC. Started trying to use my AC a month ago, since it just starting to warm up, and no AC. I brought the vehicle to my dealership, since i purchased an extended warranty, they told me that Service King didnt fix a leak in the system, and now i had been driving around for months with no refrigerant. Upon learning this i brought the vehicle back to SK to fix the issue. They claimed to have fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Little did i know, 3 hours later when i go to use the AC, I still dont have working AC. So i bring the car back to them AGAIN and now they claim there is another issue non-related to the original issue.So all in all, they leave me with a broken AC for months. Fail to fix it on 2 separate occasions. Refuse to take any responsibility for any of the damage to the system. Have the WORST customer service team, they simply dont call back with any info as they promise.Please save yourself some headache and take your vehicle to a better shop.Michael GioiaEDIT - 2 days after the response here, no one has yet contacted me from Service King...this is everything you need to know about the company!EDIT - 5 more days have passed and STILL no contact from Service King!LAST EDIT - I brought the car to my dealership and had the work done under my extended warranty. Dont ever do business with these people, especially Benny. The shop will mess with things and plug things in they shouldnt be and kill your batteries then blame it on the tow truck driver. Then when you find they pulled a wire and broke it to the camera on your front grill that they replaced and they waste your time and tell you to bring it back will make every excuse they can to not fix it. A simple fix has cost them the business of this repeat customer and I urge you to find a better body shop also.

HORRIBLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! My car was hit and there insurance sent it here I told them when the car hit the passenger side it pushed my car into the curb on driver side and it was making a grinding noise and if you turned the wheel to much it made a popping noise. They called and said it was ready I went and picked it up and seen all they did was replace the fender I asked about the driver side wheel and they said everything was preexisting I had a new suspension and rotors calibers and brake pads put on the car a couple months before and had the receipts they refused to acknowledge the noise drove it home still making a noise called them they told me I had to take it somewhere else so I took my car to KENETHS CARE CENTER off Northpark I have never had a problem with them and there honest and truly care about there customers. It seems like with all the apologies that these guys put under their reviews something would change.

Didnt want to claim a bumper repair foe a damaged bumper from what looked like a trailer hitch ran into my car while grocery shopping but definitely not the best pricing by far they quoted me 1100$ i have the invoice if anyone would like to see went down the street gave a gentleman named sal’s auto shop a shot at doing the same fix after a friends recommendation they fixed it for 800$ and looks brand new saved 300$ for same quality of work they must make a killing there of insurance companies and individuals if i could get that much of a saving from another individual 1 1/2 miles away. Price check these places before you jump in unless you like wasting money quotes are free from all companies!!

Please be warned! Before you listen to your insurance company or fake reviews online, do not go here or you may have struggles to try to get them to fix your car.I was rear-ended by a lady going 40mph while was completely stopped. I am pregnant and recently widowed so I prayed the car repair and ER visit would go smoothly. This was not the case because of Service King.When I picked my car up the bumper and hatchback were completely different colors (the back was now an orange/red and the rest of my car is a blood/dark red). I called Ted, the man taking care of my claim from Liberty Mutual at Service King, who began to criticize my car and saying my car is a different color than the bumper (my car came first, not the bumper, so my car is the right color obviously). The manager, Sam, called me and said they would fix my car.The next morning I drove my car back to the shop (stopping 3 separate times to throw up on the side of the road since I m pregnant) and waited 3 hours for another rental car at enterprise.When the manager finally looked at my car he called me while I was at work and quickly made is the meanest phone call I have experienced with a business. He raised his voice at me and said they painted my car the default color and my car is the problem. I told him calmly I just wanted them to match the color to my car (which is what every painting place does). He told me he is going to paint the car the WRONG color and raised his voice again.Liberty Mutual called me the next day and said the car is going to be fixed (I am so worried for them to still be working on my car and I hope the paint matches this time because I don t know how much more I can handle with Service King being so rude. My Husband passed away, so I do not have him to defend me...)

Never got to take my vehicle in due to their scheduling process. I called at 9am and left a voicemail to make an appointment. An hour later I called back and was told that the soonest they could let me drop my vehicle off was two days later. At that point I decided I would go with another shop that would allow me drop off my vehicle at my convenience and not theirs. I received a phone call at 4 pm to see if they could make me an appointment. Not my idea of a repair shop that WANTS your business....

AWFUL! These mechanics can barley change oil! They refuse to keep there warranty and do very poor mechanic work. The general manager is rude and insulting, and this isnt my first time working with them! I would sooner leave my car in a ditch then ever let these people near it again! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR, let them do the estimate and find a quality shop with ONLY good reviews. My experience was TERRIBLE, my car was sent to service king for repair after a sandwich car accident. Following, after receiving notification that my car was complete today I attempted to go pick up my car. I was told that I had to pay IN FULL a $1,000 deductible just to leave wit my car. The only thing they offered me was to do a payment plan in which my car would stil be at service king being paid on so that is pointless. In all, people have lives and people work. They treat their customers like they dont care. Take from the hardworking middle class to pay the rich. And the rich stay rich.

Well I cant speak for the other reviews on the slow service and different Paint colors because everyone does have different experiences so I do feel for them. My experience with Service King Kingwood was not bad. I got into a car accident and my insurance company said this place had a one stop shop with car rental so I agreed. The process was smooth. Enterprise was awesome customer service. Drop off for suspension repairs on 02/21 pick up 02/12. It didnt bother me with the dates because I could have my rental paid for up to 30 days by Geico. I did check periodically before my due date to see if my car was ready. Upon pick up, My car bumper/door looked perfect as if it wasnt replaced. I gave a 4 star because my AC was not cooling. But I called and they asked me to come back so they can repair it. I went to the Service King closer in Spring, TX and it took them less than 30mins to fix this problem. Awesome customer service. Overall, my experience was not bad at all. But to each its own. Problem fixed. Im riding.

Took way to long to fix my car. Didnt do the best quality, paint started peeling a few months after the repair was done. Havent had a chance to leave a comment. Now that my brother had to take his vehicle there I am pissed because they broke his hood latch and played the whole, it was like that when we got it card....worst shop ever not ONE but TWO BAD EXPERIENCES. If you want to have a hard time getting your vehicle repaired and want to pull your hair out. This is the place to go.
