My car had all four wheels stolen and the window smashed, I took it here to be repaired.It took two weeks to repair what should have been as simple as replacing the window and all four wheels. Everyday I called to check if it was ready they told me it will be ready tomorrow.Once it was repaired I noticed they had neglected to replace the wheel locks, forgot to install the window seals on the passenger side, and when I rolled down the window the regulator scratched off the tint.I took it back to be fixed and it once again took several days and my car window still rattles when I drive down the highway.Please save yourself the trouble and do not come here to get your vehicle repaired.

Not a good experience this time around. Ive been waiting for 2 1/2 months for my daughters car to be repaired. While I understand that shipping parts has been affected by the pandemic but the communication and poor transparency from the representative Taylor is unacceptable. I dont know what else to do. So I might not be using this collision location for any more repairs

I would never use this place again. Service is slow, unresponsive, and everything is done to max out your insurance. Especially if they introduce to you Edurado Lopez, who has no professionalism what so ever. Will be filing complaint with BBB, at this point spending more money to make sure less people use it is more important to me. AVOID at all costs.

All I want is for my car to be repaired and getting this establishment to return a phone call is near to impossible…….needless to say, I feel they don’t know how to take care of the customers.I have called on a daily basis to both the repair shop and my insurance company for approval of the repair after waiting two weeks and it took me calling them for them for them to tell me that it is finally ready. I set up an appointment to get the car repaired and request that they give me an estimate in writing to which the desk clerk told me that I would get a call back with that information. Again they have never called me so I’ll call again today and the desk clerk feels that I am evidently bothering him with my questions and he hangs up, “I will tell him thank you, good bye.” It was polite but rude at the same time. I called back to request to speak to the manager about my concerns and lo and behold he can’t be found nor has he called back after two hours.I really don’t care if you’re the absolute best repair shop in the world if you’re going to treat me like I’m bothering you, I will go elsewhere and I highly suggest that if you’re thinking of using this establishment that you do too.

I had to call them multiple times to get updates on my car, if I didn’t, who knows when they would have gotten back to me. When I went to pick up my car I was given someone else’s paperwork with all of their information on it. When I called to let them know, there was no apology or concern. The also “washed” my car but there were smears and bug splatters on it. Office staff is not great but my car was fixed in a timely matter.

Our family car, Sophie Gray, was hit while sitting in the parking lot of my job. Gilman Honda collision repaired the right tail light, quarter panel, and bumper in less than 2 weeks. Everyone there was courteous friendly and very helpful, they kept me up-to-date through texts every step of the way. When the repairs were finished they washed her from top to bottom Sophie looked like a brand new car when I drove her off the lot They also took care of the car rental so I didnt have to take it back thank you very much Gilman collision center I hope I dont need to use you again but if I do Ill be there.

I had a great experience with Gilman collision center, they were professional and prompt. Abigail was great and answered all my questions and concerns. The work they did on my vehicle was amazing. I would highly recommend this place and would return to get any other additional repairs with them in the future.

Took my car here because it was Subaru certified, however their work is anything but. Had to come back three times for them to finally get my car right. First they did not blend the paint correctly and somehow thought it was ok to return the car to me like that in addition to the horrible bumper fitment and didnt even clean the car properly at return. Then they forgot (actually the Service Writer Eduardos word, I forgot) about the wheel bearing I mentioned to them as being an issue from the start (which by the way, how are you a collision center and are supposed to check the vehicle fully for needed repairs but miss this huge safety issue?). Very unprofessional and kept me out of my car for months! Worst experience ever!

I got into a car accident and took my car here for repairs. They were professional and kept me in the loop. The also worked closely with the other partys insurance company to ensure that all of the parts/services were covered. While they were working on the car, they kept me updated with the estimated completion times, etc. Big thanks to Abby & Michael, who helped me.

I’ve always had Acura and I didn’t want to go any were else because no one can do a better job than a dealership. Amazing work on my 2019 Acura TLX, it got sandwiched and it was just a horrible accident. Thank you Mike, Abby and Eduardo for having so much patience with me and using all actual Acura parts. I didn’t even recognize my car when it was time for pick up. I will definitely will be recommending you guys for the great customer service and amazing body work done to my car. I wish I can post pictures to show the amazing body and paint job done to my car

Car was not ready to go when I got there even after they told me it was all ready. Had a run in the paint that needed to be fixed, a dull spot after they buffed it out, and the inside smelled like chemicals. They took two days to go over it and I still found problems when I went to pick it up. They did fix the problems but this should have been caught before I was told it was ready.

My car has been in this place for over a month. After being told day after day for the last 2 weeks that it will be ready either the following day or the day after. Their consistency of providing me with this false information has led me to miss numerous days from work and great inconvenience. The service has probably been the worst I have experienced anywhere. As an owner of 3 Subaru’s my experience with Team Gilman has normally been exceptional. But the collision Center is the exception.

Dropped off car on 12 Nov and had estimates had to add stuff had com pleated on the 13 Nov and 7 days to receive parts from lkq keystone very unbelieveable failed to considering keystone is literally right down 45 off richy road now Im out of a rental because it took them 8 days to get parts found out it took them 4 days to order the parts should have order them on the 15th but dont order them tell 1037am on the 19th

This dealership is pretty badThere salesman JEREMY PRATT the worst.Was told by a salesman a price for a vehicleAfter sitting there for 2 hrs the same salesman came into the room and said cannot meet that price and left, never offered any alternative price never showed any paperwork.The most disrespectful, rude salesman everAsked for a manager and he did not bring one.Terrible experience will never go back there.

Brought my Honda Accord here after someone rear ended my vehicle. The trunk and rear bumper were crumpled, along with other damage I hadnt noticed. After just over a month, the repairs were completed. When I picked it up, I thought WOW, she looks beautiful!!🤩!! You couldnt even tell it had been in an accident! If you own a Honda and need repairs, I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!👍👍
