ASK FOR DANIEL RAMIREZ IN SALES OR STEVE IN SERVICE!I was in contact with another dealer however they were rushing me throughout the whole process. I decided to give someone else my business! Ended up coming in contact with DANIEL RAMIREZ and he was patient and understanding the whole way. He made the transaction really smooth. He was also able to find someone to deliver my ATV to my job bc I couldn’t leave work. STEVE from Service delivered it, showed me how to strap it down and explained all the features of this unit! These two are great!

Eva the lady that answers the phone is so rude every time I call. Never friendly if you dont like your job find another job 💯 Sales and other staff there like service department are nice and respectful. Take notes from your coworkers because one bad apple seems to spoil the good ones.

We purchased at 2021 Can Am Spyder last month. I seen the bike that I purchased with a after market exhaust on it. I asked the salesmen does this come with the bike and he stated yes it does. After making the deal and signing all the paperwork. The bike is now ours… The parts Manager came right before we were leaving and said you need to pay an additional $1400.00 or I’m removing off of the bike before you can leave with it! And they did just that!! Removed the after market exhaust! That was a really awful deal!!!

My atv has been in for repairs for close to 6 months. I was told they were waiting for parts and then tools and then they said that none of the techs know how to fix my problem. Then I was told I would get a call back and it’s been a week with nothing. My bike is very expensive to be sitting around and I get no use out of it. The day I was buying my atv they wanted my business and treated me well. Called me everyday till I bought the atv, now they ignore me and don’t call me to update anything. I was on hold for 30 minutes, then I called 15 times and was hung up on every time. You do late at the front desk knows bc she transferred me over and over to service. Then I show up and the guys are just standing around and I don’t see why they couldn’t answer the phone.

Went in about two weeks ago looking for a Kawasaki ZX6R, was told they had none in stock, which was okay. But the sales guy was trying to sell me the H2. (I have never rode a bike in my life). I stated I have never Rode before and he kept pushing he H2. My fiancé and I kept saying No because of that reason and he laughed and basically was like Your loss. (I bought else where that same day).Fast forward to Saturday. We went in and walked straight to the Indian FTR. Took about 5-10 minutes for the sales guy to walk over to us. (Todd). My Fiancé had some questions about the bike and he was very short on the answers. When it came down to price we noticed the price was 5k cheaper then everywhere else, so we asked why. Comes to find out they a brand new 2019 models. We asked why they havent sold and he said no one wants them around here. (Great sales pitch). We left the store to talk about it and see if we really wanted it. We decided to put in a finance app. Took over an hour to get a reply after calling and being hung up on twice. Finance Person did not go into any detail with me about running my credit. (We then decided to take a business else where and pay cash).Moral of all of this. All sales people do not are about your money or your time. Not to mention the sales guy said if we were to go through with the deal it would take a day to get the bike ready because of no battery. (What, I have bought plenty of bikes and NO WHERE takes a full day).We ended up purchasing a Harley Davidson at San Jac Harley.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Initially called to schedule a test drive to surprise my wife and to convince her that the Can Am Spyders were safe. It was my 21st Anniversary: Chico had initially said, hed let me test ride and take her out for our celebration (dinner) and return the bike. 🎉🎂. I thought he had it all set up for me. I had sent all the paperwork in with copies of DL, insurance etc. The next day, today, I got there hoping to have a very special surprise and it went down the drain. His bosses said, no. I waited around for over an hour only for them to tell me that the bike needed to be back in 30 minutes.Well, I wont be buying any new bike from there at all. What ever happened to those days when men could rely on there good word! Yes, times have changed!!6-19-21 In response to your reply Mr. Alford, I did not show up 15 minutes until closing. I was at your location for over an hour and a half. I spoke with your associate the day prior and asked specifically for a favor. I completely understand that this is not a usual request as I was not expecting the answer that was given. I would have been much happier if the associate would have been straight forward with me about the policy. But he put me on hold and came back with a reply to help make my anniversary a success.

Dont bring your bike to the shop because they will lie to you and tell you it will take 4 to 6 weeks but they keep my bike for 6 months and they gave my cousin her hood only because it had a spider on the hood and it was nothing wrong with her hood they just change my insurance for it but wen I ask for my hood they told me it belongs to my insurance company and it nothing wrong with my hood I believe they will try to sell my hood to someone I will not bring my can am spider to them

Daniel did an awesome job setting up the purchase of my 2018 Can Am Spyder at the Gulf Freeway Location.I worked with Daniel on the purchase of a Jet Ski a year or so ago.Daniel paid attention to the details and responded to me quickly.I texted ahead and told him I would be arriving and he had my bike ready to go, all I had to do is drive the bike onto a ramp and into my flatbed trailer.Thanks Daniel !!!

I walked in spent almost 30 minutes Looking around. Picked up some information I was looking through it looked at various vehicles had a lot of questions that I wanted answered select the Can-Am’s and other vehicles. Not one person even greeted me or spoke to me or even acknowledge my presence there must’ve been 20 people working none of them had any customers they were all chatting with each other. It wasn’t until I put my hand on the door to leave one guy twiddling his thumbs said hey can I help you with something… At that point I smiled at him and said too little too late

I just recently purchased a 2016 slingshot with low miles that I been sitting up for a couple years. Not knowing much about them or where to get them serviced I was told to contact Team Mancuso Gulf Freeway. I did just that. I knew I needed to get the fluids check/ get the oil change on it. I called Mancuso and asked for service...which I may add the receptionist was so professional and kind. When they transferred me to service, I got Isac Saenz. Now I don’t usually leave reviews but Isac was super nice and informative. As backed up as they were Isac still found a way to get me in. Not even knowing me at all. I got there and felt like I was in great hands. He informed that he would check on any recalls and or services that may need to be performed in the future. I dropped my slingshot off and told him I would be back before 6pm. I went to my daughters softball tournament. It ran over until 5:50pm. I was 36 minutes away in pearland. Mind you this was on a Saturday and they close at 6pm. He stayed after until I arrived so I may have my slingshot for the weekend. I arrived at 6:35ish and was greeted with a smile and hand shake. I was assured it wasn’t a problem at all. I will gladly pay any price for the service I was given. I brought in my own parts. He told me the air filter was fine and to keep the new one I have for next time. He found two recalls and had them done by the time I got there. There is no price you can put on customer service like this. I wanted to spend more money here because of it. I can assure you that Mancuso Gulf Freeway/ Isac just gained a customer for life. I will also be purchasing another toy here soon just because of the service I got. Thank you Team Mancuso Gulf Freeway for the excellent service.

Back in October 2020, I purchased a ryker 600. I had an overall good experience with the purchase of my ryker. My salesman, Todd, went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of! I would give Todd 5 stars! No on to where my experience went downhill. I started experiencing VSS faults, the check engine light would come on, my speedometer would stop working, just every light on the screen would light up. I ended up dropping the ryker off to the service department the first week of December. The day I dropped it off, they told me if would be a couple months before they could look at it. Cool. No big deal. The part the frustrated me, was there was no sort of communication at all. If it wasnt for Todd returning my calls and texts, I wouldnt know of anything going on. The one call I did get, (mind you, it has been at least 3 months at this point) they had no update what so ever. Just giving me a courtesy call. No one had any idea the status of the bike or anything. No one knew what the root cause of all the issues were. But instead of being upfront, and telling me they didnt know, I continously got the run around. For these several months, my experience was horrible!!! 0 stars!! Around the beginning of March, i had enough, so I got ahold of the service manager, Casey. We talked on the phone for about 40 minutes. Everything from my frustrations with his department and detailed descriptions and what was happening with the ryker before I brought it it. He would follow up with me every week with the details of the progress of diagnosing the problem and the timeline of repairs. I finally recieved a call that they finally figured out what the issue was! The parts were ordered, and I got my ryker back the beginning of april!!! I would give Casey 5 stars! Thank you to Casey and todd!!

Todd was great to work with, and the facility was clean and organized. I found it very easy to navigate my way through the dealership. I came into the shop with 1 vehicle in mind, but because of Todds knowledge, patience, and understanding of what I was looking for, I left with a different machine in mind. I would have loved to purchase from him, but their price was a bit high in comparison. The dealership and service were 5 star, but price does matter. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

While I have enjoyed the jet skis I purchased this summer, the customer support at this place is likely the worst I have ever experienced. While buying them, I should have noticed that the lack of communication and call back was indicative of how they operate as a company. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since the pandemic was in full swing at the time but it has not gotten any better months later. Ive now been trying for several weeks to get in touch with someone at the store and it is impossible to get the calls answered or a call back from leaving a message. While I dont regret buying the jet skis, I do regret giving this place my money.

I bought a 2020 atv and never received parts that where paid for as part of the deal that my bank paid. The atv was wrecked and my insurance paid it off and once I went up there to get my money back for the parts I never received they told me it was a gift chsnthe price of how much was owed to me. Team Mancuso Gulf Freeway hands down has the best customer service from any powersports dealership I have ever dealt with. I own a Polaris Slingshot and I drive over an hour from Cypress (while passing two other Slingshot dealerships on the way) just to get serviced here. They always greet you with a smile, and do a very good job at trying to schedule your service work efficiently so you are not stuck without your toy for too long. They have also been HUGE in supporting our local Slingshot owners community, as they have sponsored several events, gave away many prizes for our riders, and hosted parties for us at their store location. When it comes to the Slingshot owners experience, the quality of your dealer plays a huge role, and Im extremely lucky to have one of the best Slingshot dealerships right here in my own city. They also have the largest inventory of Slingshots available, so please do yourself a favor and come here if you are interested in getting one. Cant say enough about their awesome staff... Daniel, Allyce, and the rest of the crew are amazing.

I cant say enough good things about Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Fwy. They made purchasing my 2020 Indian Chieftain Elite a real pleasure. The Salesperson (Ann) was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions. At the time of purchase, I added a heated seat, longer handlebars, a sissy bar, and backrest. The parts manager (AL) was a great help ensuring the correct parts were ordered and received when promised. The Finance Manager got me a really good interest rate through a local Credit Union. He was able to beat Navy Federal Credit Union by a 1/4 point and Ive been a member with them since 1991! The Service Dept. is top-notch. The Service Advisor (Allyce) made sure the 500 mile service was completed and all the additional parts I ordered were installed in a timely manner. Pretty soon its gonna be time to replace my 2008 Kawasaki 610 Mule. I have no doubt I be doing business again with these folks when that time comes.

Allyce was super helpful with my 25hr service for my jet. She was very detailed in her explanation for what was going to take place and spot on with the turnaround time for completion. I have been contacted by the manager of the dealer and he is doing his best to make up for this. It would seem this was just not their best day and Daniel definitely cares about how people perceive their service. I did not make it easy for him to make it up to me, since my bike will not be back in Houston anytime soon. But he spent a great deal of time with me on the phone discussing what happened to me and any plans I may have for the bike. Armed with that information he was able to suggest a solution that made me happy. I have removed the previous review.

Have had my slingshot serviced multiple times. Allyce in service is the best and made sure the process was smooth and easy. She kept in contact with me the entire time. The technician that serviced my bike was extremely thorough and I felt like I was in great hands. I have also made multiple purchases from the parts department and you don’t find many parts guys who will text you a diagram from their personal cell phone to ensure that you get the right part without having to remove it and haul it in. Look forward to continuing doing business with the team for years to come.

Very few t-shirts was looking for a hat..TShirt or two for me....TShirt for my granddaughters and something for my future granddaughter. ***!!! If I could ZERO stars you bet I would. Bought a 2017 Indian from Todd Coleman and in the Bill of Sale the first maintenance was included in the sales price. 500 miles come and I call beforehand Todd answers the phone, I ask to make sure they will perform the maintenance since I paid for it. I have my paperwork in hand and arrive on a Saturday. Todd says nope, the 500 dollars is some gap insurance and us checking the air on the tires before we sold it to you. I am like ok fine. I did have a friend come with me to make sure I wouldnt get sold something bogus. Guess what I still did. I cant believe they lied to me and stole my money. It says on my bill of sale prepaid maintenance ~495 dollars. This place is just full of thieves. Thanks for nothing.

Let me start by saying there are two other dealers closer to me. I sent questions to three different dealers and while the others told me to come in and schedule a test, Daniel actually answered my questions. Ive known the service manager, James, when he was turning wrenches at power sports. That was the in. He told me Daniel was good. Talked to Daniel told him what I wanted, no bait and switch. When I got to dealer it was just as we agreed. Smooth dealings. They even got me a better interest rate. Al, from parts, was helping me personalize my bike. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He even wiped polished any fingerprints off the bike before I took possession. I also got a fair trade in for my old bike. All in all, VIP treatment. I highly recommend.

Very unorganized, I was promised a test drive,but when I got there itwas not even mentioned.My credit report that I did the night before was no where to be found.I had $ 10,000 to put down for a$ 30, 000 equipment still no one seemed interested to sell me anything.

I had a terrible experience with their service department and will never use them again. Had an oil change in my Seadoo in late Sept and took it out for the first time in June. After 1 hour the oil light came on and the engine was out of oil. I brought it back in to take a look and see if the tech might have made a mistake or at least look at the issue. They refused and said the warranty was only 30 days. Who takes their watercraft out in the winter. They would not even look at my seadoo and the mgr would not even speak with me. Horrible customer service.

Told the salesman I would come in with my trade I when I could. He followed up several times with a call, even though I told him I couldn’t come till Saturday. Told him to stop calling, I would get in when I could and he didn’t need to follow up. I really was planing on trading my bike in for a slingshot so my wife would be more comfortable. He still called twice more over two days. I told him I wouldn’t be coming in because I felt hassled. Immediately I get a text from the sales manager.Also beyond getting hassled over the phone about when I was coming in, I also asked what the bottom line on the slingshots were since new models were shortly coming out. I was told there were really know deals except a random discount when the buying process was taking place, but they would work with me once I got my trade in. Seemed fishy that the bottom line depended on me bringing my trade and we couldn’t work out something tentative before we got that far.Won’t be going back.

Allyce Bass from the service department is awesome. I took my SS in on 3-28-19 to get it looked at for a noise it was making that the Polaris dealership back home could not figure out. I had every intentions on just dropping it off and waiting for a phone call with what the problem is days later. But NO Allyce test drove my SS and got the tech guy to check it out too and in a few minutes she told me what the problem was, look to see if they had all the parts. She knew that I had made an two hour drive to get there. She had the tech guy to get right on it. She kept me informed on what was going on and how much longer it would be. And in a couple of hours I was out the door. Thats what I call Great customer service. I will always make the two hour to Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf fwy for my serviceThanks again Allyce!!

Bought my very first motorcycle here and had a great experience. Worked with Todd Coleman and he answered all questions I had about beginner bikes and helped me make an informed decision on my first bike. Also never put any pressure on me to buy there and was overall a great salesman. Staff here was excellent as well. I needed assistance with loading my bike onto a truck and a staff member came out and helped load the bike as well as give tips on how to move the bike around to fit onto a bed of a truck and how to unload.I would be more than happy to return and buy from here again!

I was rear ended in my Slingshot and took my machine to Team Mancuso for a mechanical inspection for cautionary reasons. They did the camera recall while it was there. There was an issue with power to the radio head unit when I picked it up. Isaac got me in and out in no time and everything checks out well. As much as I hate driving the freeways through Houston, my ride home was awesome with no annoying idiot lights glowing in my face. Oh! And my cruise control works again thanks to the brake pressure switch change! Its been a while.

A++++ The service department is the best, bar none. Allyce and Chris are top notch, they fought tooth and nail to make sure my ski was completely repaired and fully covered through my warranty company. They kept in touch and don’t mind being bothered, they understand the stress of being a customer with a broken toy. Thanks a million Allyce and Chris, y’all got my baby ready for the spring.
