I tried to buy a motorcycle and a dirt bike from here. Was handed a price way higher than previously quoted. Supposedly they made a “mistake” on the set up and dealer fees. I feel like they knew what the correct price was, as they sell motorcycles all the time, and just tried to rip me off. Also, they said my credit score was 25 points lower than the letter I just received from the Mancuso Corporation. I feel like they were being dishonest and I will not return. Sorry to the salesperson that was really nice and helpful bc the managers are hindering him.

Ordering parts here is a good experience. They can order you what you need and will match prices. The problem that I have always experienced here are the service representatives. They try to just put you off instead of actually checking to see if someone is working on your vehicle. They tend to sit around and talk a lot and just tell you that someone is working on your vehicle when they actually havent even started on it. The service work that they do is adequate, but the customer service desk is really bad. I wouldnt recommend having your vehicle serviced there. Its ok to buy your vehicle there and buy parts there, but have your vehicle serviced somewhere else or do the work yourself.

Amazing place. They are also a Honda dealer and I go there for parts and service, and maybe also for the extremely good looking sales lady too. However, they have a great service shop staff and never fail to say ride safe as I am leaving.

All services are at least 2 labor hours. 130/hour. I once did oil change myself and I have never done oil change before in my life. It takes me around 35 min including watching couple 1x min YouTube tutorials. Not really understand why professional mechanic needs couple hours on just oil change. From now on, I will have to learn doing everything myself.

This dealer told me they had a specific 2021 dual sport dirt bike in stock on the phone. I called back shortly after to confirm that exact model of bike was in stock at their location and they said yes so I told them I was ready to buy the bike a bunch of accessories and was heading there now. I get there an hour later and a different sales rep greets me at the door and I ask to buy the bike I was promised was in stock and he said it was not in stock, never was. Sales guy at the door was friendly and apologized. I was really upset about having to fight traffic for almost an hour to get there so I just left immediately and spent an hour in traffic to get home. I was ready to buy without negotiating. I dont plan on buying another bike after this experience. I got plenty of other stuff to spend $$$$ on instead. Bikes arent a necessity anyways.

If you are in the market for a Polaris slingshot, please do NOT go to these guys. I went in there in May to order a brand new slingshot as a birthday gift to myself. After specing it out online, got there and was told my order would be placed. After 2 weeks, I called, only to find out that it wasnt placed, that they needed a $500 deposit. I gave them my card over the phone and they charged it immediately. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks due to the back order. After waiting 14 weeks, I finally received a text that my slingshot was coming in. I asked for a vehicle order to take to my bank, they refused, they said it could only be sent to a financial institution. After much pressing, I was given a copy of the invoice and I saw why they were trying to send the paperwork to my bank and not to me. $3000 in Freight and Dealer prep and other bogus fees. They tried to make additional profit from here even after getting MSRP. I called other Slingshot dealers in the area and the next highest was $1600 in Freight and Dealer Prep fees. Its obvious these guys are taking advantage of the shortage and trying to rip off their potential customers. Please do your research, there are dealers out there offering NO FREIGHT AND DEALER PREP FEES. I just went and put another order at another dealership, I do not mind waiting 14 weeks over. I wouldnt even buy a bottle of water from these guys in the future.

Store looked empty, (wide open formerly filled with new bikes on display) it seemed all employees were in office cubicles having little chat sessions with one another? Unusual was not a single person seemed concerned if I even existed or were interested in motorcycles?A definite new low for a Mancuso related business!

My experience with Mancuso 59 for my Indian Chieftain.....they arent real good at keeping schedules. Dropped my bike off at Lunch and they said no problem at 5pm it will ready. At 4:30pm I was on my way to pick it up but just minutes from the dealer a message came across my phone to call them. So I walked in to see what the deal. They said my TPMS sensors needed replacement, and it wasnt in stock and my bike was sitting on the lift without tires. Long story short it was 7pm before I finally got gone. This is a pretty much normal scenario when I have taken my bike there. I always seem to be sitting there waiting. I should have seen the writing on the wall and just come back in a day or two. It really is a pain in the backside and I think I need to find a shop that works better with me instead of me spending hours sitting in the waiting area. They didnt even have any customers and no other bikes on lifts. Tim seems like a nice guy maybe he has his hands tied but still I have no warranty left so I will be finding another mechanic to work on Pocahontas........2 stars but gave Tim a star because maybe it not him..

I was doing a little late night post Christmas dreaming. I inquired about a quad thinking Id hear something back the next day and with 15 minutes I got a text from Cody saying hed love to show me around the vehicle and welcomed me to store. Kind enough to share store location and hours before ending our text conversation. The next morning he text and asked if I was available to come by and instinctively somehow knew who I was upon arriving, all the while, busy helping several other people. Very friendly, professional and informative I pulled the trigger.Cody introduced me to Rachel, equally as energetic and friendly. We got the documents together, I felt like a celebrity, got the dime tour of the store, accessories and service. Yes I agree of the comment of 1 customer, that some of their sales agent is rude. I went there to look for a good ride. Sales associate Jarrett has no customer service personality. Didn’t even offer any of the available motorcycles if I’mInterested and never offer any options. I would rather not to deal with this sales associate.

Bought my bike here about a month ago, and let me tell you that this is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any dealership. Terrible, after talking to a couple different people they never ordered my razer side x side for my sons birthday coming up. They mentioned 4 to 6 weeks and its been 8 weeks already. They still dont have one coming and cant even find the order now. Im just trying to spend $6k for a youth side by side lol

My salesman Cody was awesome, I never felt pressured, didn’t have to haggle, came up with a price, he spoke to GM and the deal was done...that easy. Ran into a little hick up (on my part) with trade-in that was about to take a week or so to fix, but Racheal in finance went above and beyond and got it resolved that day. With that being said, my initial questions regarded your guys price on a Polaris 450 sportsman and if you had any specials running. No one in your shop is aware that Polaris is running a $500 rebate right now. I also specifically inquired to see if you would be willing to cut me any kind of deal as some of your competitors are offering a few hundred dollars off of MSRP. When I initially was contacted by Cody he asked me what deals I was referring to. I told him about the rebate, and also told him about the deals I could get elsewhere. The reason I wanted to come to your shop is because it is close to my house and you guys get good reviews. His exact words in the text message he sent me were as follows. We can absolutely work something out for you. Next week sounds good. Just let me know when youre available and I can show you what we have available and work out a deal for you.I set up a time to come in today with my wife and take a look. I even told her, watch, they wont work out a deal, I know how these places work. I liked the blue 450 sitting out front and was ready to make a purchase. When I asked Cody what you guys could do to make it work for me he informed me the bike was MSRP and because of lack of inventory you guys couldnt do anything............so I left considering my options. I wasnt looking for much and I dont appreciate being lied to to get me into your shop. I dont understand how we can absolutely work something out for you then magically turns into you can pay full MSRP. Had he just been honest from the beginning I would have still come look at the ATV and you would have had a chance of a sale. However this is completely unacceptable to me. It is a shady used car salesman tactic. Honesty goes a long ways. I will drive 3 hours next weekend and buy it elsewhere to save some money.Cody was great at communicating and quick to reply. My father in his 70s after hearing about the disaster in Puerto Rico decided to dedicate the month of October to helping those in need. He has been in Puerto Rico passing out meals and working with Red Cross feverishly.The only way I could possibly think to thank him was to buy this beautiful motorcycle and presented to him as a thank you for all the hard work. Went in to buy tune up parts for my bike and no one greets you not even a hello. WOW, I know Im not Mr all that, But time like thes you try to get the most you can.Anyway headed to the parts department, look I just bought a used Honda and I was going to buy a full tune kit but when I ask for the spark plugs your parts man was going to sale me 2 plugs instead of 4 at that point I didnt feel confident on buying anything else. And even when I was walking to out. I walked around the store and still no help. I should of boughin a Harley from Republic at least they greet you at door, coming and going .

Unfortunately this place is severely and hopelessly understaffed and its shows .You can tell from the moment you walk in its going to be a long day

I needed some saddlebag lock cylinders for my 2014 1300 CTX and the parts department was very helpful and prompt. The cylinders were actually less expensive than some I was going to order online. The only issue is that the two locks will have different keys. Looks like Ill be carrying around a couple extra keys now.

I appreciated the honest answer I got from Tim why my part took so long. In the end they took care of it.

The store has a great inventory, was very clean, and felt very comfortable. They didnt have exactly what we wanted but, they found it at another location and it was at their store within 24 hours. Lee Ann in sales was amazing! She was professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, and someone I felt could instantly be my friend. Dont know that Ive ever left a dealership with that feeling. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone for a great sales experience. The service department was great and got us right in after putting on our first 500 miles. In our quest for thrills, we have visited several other dealerships and ridden several types of vehicles. Until we met LeeAnn, we never felt like we had a friend in the business. We have been pestering her for almost a year. She was always patient making sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. She is definitely the reason we purchased at this dealership. Just came with a friend for his bike repair. No high-pressure sales staff, I guess, because I browsed the showroom without any hassles. I looked at Indians and the Hondas. A lot of nice bikes for touring, off-road, speed and even a decent selection of four-wheeler stuff. Not a bad place.

My wife and I visited this store for the first time on Saturday, February 8th. We did not know what to expect having had a not some good experience at another store earlier. We were greeted in a friendly and open way not long after coming into the store by Jason, our sales person. We were only looking at what they had in stock. I inquired as to trading in a dirt bike on a used dual-purpose bike. Jason took my information, the information on my bike and gave me his contact information. He then stated that he would get with the General Manager on Tuesday and get back to me. The next day I decided I wanted to purchase a new bike from the show room. I emailed Jason about which unit I was interested in and asked if he could get back with me on Tuesday. Much to my surprise he contacted me via phone, on a Sunday, and he directed me how to go about initiating the purchase. Tuesday, before noon, I had put a deposit on the bike and the deal was in place. The plan was initially for me to transport the dirt bike in and pick up the new bike on Friday. The hitch carrier purchased to transport the bike did not work and I contacted the store. I spoke to Mike, the General Manager, and informed him that I would not be able to bring the trade in up to the store. He informed me they could deliver the new bike to me on Friday afternoon and pick up my trade, all I needed to do was come in and fill out the paperwork. The entire staff at Team Mancuso 59 made me feel welcome and provided service that will make me come back again. I highly recommend this store.

Great experience! James was a knowledgeable salesman, answered multitude of questions and gave background with his own personal experiences. Mary with accounting was honest and thorough when discussing options for financing and various insurance providers. Mel with parts was also very knowledgeable and experienced with modifications or accessories on the bikes, able to research and present various options to accomplish what was needed. overall, staff was welcoming and helpful when i entered the building. happy with my used bike purchase and can update review couple thousand miles down the road after taking it in for routine service.

Avoid their service department! First time I brought my motorcycle to their shop I asked him what the wait time was and they told me about a week and a half almost two months later nothing had been done. I had to take my bike to a different shop to get it worked on. Tried to give them a second chance my bike wasnt starting and just clicked had it towed to them all they did was put a jumper cable on it say that they thought the motor was locked up. Then said they didnt know if they wanted to use my service contract even though they do accept it and they wanted a $2,000 deposit before any work was done. Never check the starter, or anything else and after I asked if they really didnt want to take my service contract I would come pick it up and I had $120 bill for them attaching a set of jumper cables and trying to start it. Which I already told them about before I brought it in and told them Id already done that.Response to the response...... first I did not go to find somebody to do the work cheaper (because you never did anything after months) I took it to a shop in Katy that would actually do the work like they said they would. And just for the record that wasnt last September that was a September two years ago after Harvey So dont try to shift the issue with this other mess.The problem I have is:Youre assuming as a mechanic what is wrong with it. I have done lots of mechanic work and so without doing any testing youre telling me that the motor is locked up.You did not test the starter relay you did not test a starter you did nothing more than put a pair of jumper cables onto the motorcycle. Now the problem I described to yall its not a very uncommon problem with M109. It can be caused by a multitude of things such as the kickstand switch the neutral gear indicator, a bad battery but I have a question did you check any of that no you didnt you looked at it for 10 minutes and came back and said we need $2,000.Second I do not have a warranty which I told you... I have a service contract which as a repair shop you SHOULD know the difference. I have a service contract that covers basically everything on the motorcycle. Which I told the shop about before I brought it in and ask you if it would be any problem working with my service contract with yall said it would not.Im all about being straightforward...Im a old Country Boy now is it your policy to do an upfront deposit on any such job?Because thats my biggest issue I dont give a damn what the cost of repair is or if I have to pay for it out of pocket (2k is nothing) but dont try to ask me for deposit for something you havent done. Ive had performance Motors built and put in cars. Ive had Motors put in motorcycles Ive had Transmissions put in and performance rear ends done and much more and never once have I been asked to put down a deposit before work was started or further more before a true diagnostic the problem has been done.You called me at 4:29 p.m. saying that you could not get the seat off I told you how to get the seat off you call me back at 4:39 p.m. and said that the motor is locked up and you need a $2,000 deposit and it would be $120 for your diagnostic (putting a pair of jumper cables on) so tell me what exactly did you do in 10 minutes including walk time from the phone to the motorcycle? Ill make sure to post a pic oh my call logs so you can see exactly what Im talking about.

Just bought a 2015 Victory Cross Country from here. Living out of town, I was a bit wary of negotiating a deal remotely and showing up to find different terms. The good news was they did what they said they would do, no surprises and no BS. We had a sad customer experience. We came with intention to purchase a slingshot, however we were not allowed the opportunity to test drive the vehicle we wanted. Also they lied about our credit score to persuade us to put more money down. Now most people would say that this is just the car sell business, but I would argue the point that this is seen as the integrity of your business. Ignoring your potential customers and lying to them to get more money or brushing them off because dont look like the typical customer shouldnt be the norm for any business.

I worked mainly with Gary here at Mancuso Powersports and he was very helpful with everything. He was extremely kind and his knowledge of bikes helped me and my father out tremendously. Would definitely recommend and shop here again.

Bought an Indian Scout and from the outset the team here, from Edward Crump in Sales to the whole finance and parts teams as we got credit, insurance and accessories were TOP NOTCH. When processing an exchange of some Indian gloves, David the GM treated my wife with courtesy and professionalism and kindness. When taking it in for 500 mile warranty, my wife and I noticed a scratch on the bottom of the pipes when picking it up and we complained. Turns out it was from one of the drops my wife made (thanks to the engine guards, damage was minimal) but we never noticed it. Tim McKnight handled the false complaint and bogus allegation we unfortunately made with professionalism and a steadfast defense for his team of techs. I was profoundly repentant for not having noticed the scratch before and accusing the service Dept. I would HIGHLY recommend David, Edward, Mary...and mostly Tim for their class, character and having endured the false accusation so kindly.

Great friendly service. Great knowledge of product. This was our first time to buy an atv and the sales team made everything smooth and we never felt out the loop. Edward was a ton of help and made sure we found just what we were looking for. And so was Mary really made sure we knew every aspect of what we were getting.

I have not bought a motorcycle in a very long time. I showed up and Lee Ann Bors found out I was interested in Indians and was almost as excited as I was. The experience and service was amazing and she even loaded and drove the motorcycle in a trailer that very same day so I could ride it that night and with my buddies the next day. She did it on her own time after closing time. It is almost impossible to find that level of commitment and service anywhere nowadays. She has my loyalty from here on out. Thank you Lee Ann!

A lot of the employees are new so spent a little more time than needed there, but the help was great. Mike is a great technician and Edward Crump. is a good guy also. The sales manager I believe it was, was very attentive. Good place to shop and look around for new toys.
