Im planning a complete kitchen remodel with all new appliances, which can quickly become an overwhelming task. My first visit to Expressions Home Gallery in Houston meeting with John set me at ease. John listened to what I had in mind, was very knowledgeable about different brands and walked me through the showroom to see various options. He was timely with necessary follow up and questions. I purchased sink, faucet, refrigerator, gas stove with hood, dishwasher and drawer microwave.

Expressions is a wonderful store. The staff members are well-informed and extremely helpful. Jack Canning is very knowledgeable regarding all major appliances and guides you through the selection process enabling you to make the appropriate selections for your requirements and budget. I will return to the store to work with Sara Perez who has the expertise to help you select all bathroom and kitchen hardware. What a great store!

Thank you Jack Canning and everyone you worked with at Expressions Home Gallery to get our new refrigerator to us in just a few days. (We lost our old refrigerator unexpectedly during a power outage from Nicolas.) We are so grateful you were able to find the exact refrigerator we wanted and have it delivered to us on Friday just in time for a family birthday party on Saturday. The delivery guys were great getting our old refrigerator out and installing our new refrigerator. They also picked up all of the packaging material and hauled it out before they left.

Where to begin, I was in desperate need of a fridge that was prepped for custom cabinets to be placed on the fridge. Alex searched high and low and was able to find me not 1 but 2 in stock fridges! It has been a rarity to find anything in stock these days much less an appliance!!! He got them to me quick and walked me through the process. I will be a returning customer and know I will be taken care of in the future. Super appreciative of Alex and the customer service at Expressions Home Gallery!!!

We are just regular homeowners (not contractors) who worked with Courtney to potentially purchase a microwave, bathtub, kitchen sink, washing machine/dryer. She was incredibly helpful and patient as she showed a gazillion options and emailed pricing sheets. When we came to pick up the purchase, the guys were helpful and went above and beyond to protectively secure the product in the car. We will check with this business again should we have future home reno/decor needs.

John Barajas was the showroom consultant I worked with when purchasing my under counter ice maker. John was very helpful each step of the way and was able to get a quick install once the unit came in. He was informative, professional and quick at answering any questions and concerns I had regarding cost, delivery and install of the unit. Thank you so much for making the process easier!UPDATE: when the install delivery came, it was the wrong ice maker. Notified the rep and awaiting response. Unable to give 5 stars sadly at this time.The delivery guys were amazing. So very professional and kind. Kept apologizing for it being the wrong unit. It wasn’t their fault but they were very nice about everything. Their names are Tommy Miles and Roscendo Gomez. Thank you so much!I will update as soon as the situation is rectified.Last update: Oct 20, 2021: Under counter ice maker installed! John Barajas was wonderful keeping me up to date on the status of the correct ice maker to be installed. He was very apologetic regarding the mishap with the unit and did everything possible to make the situation right. Mistakes happen but his professionalism and determination to make sure we were happy with our purchase was amazing. Thank you John! And thank you again to the same two guys, Tommy and Roscendo, who installed the unit.I would definitely use Expressions Home Gallery again for any of my home appliance needs.

John B at Expressions Home Gallery went above and beyond to solve an ongoing problem I had with a Scottsman Ice Maker. This unit has had 3 service calls so far. It has never worked correctly. Everyone I spoke with at Expressions was helpful, but dropped the ball when trying to rectify this situation. They have since left the company. John has been professional, reliable to his word and very communicative. He dug into the history and found a solution that both parties were happy with. This branch of the company has gone through a tough staffing situation, but I feel like they are trying to get back on track to be worthy of the Morsco name. In the future I will call and make my appointment with John B!

I worked with John Barajas at Expressions home gallery and he was very upfront about setting expectations on high end appliances shortage that US is facing and how delivery timelines are affected . I liked the honest approach of employees at the gallery as opposed to some other vendors and shops who want to sell you stuff by falsely making up timelines and later retract when questions are asked .Overall, an excellent experience, timely return of phone messages and excellent response to customers asks. Would recommend others to use them.Also, their pricing seems to lesser than some of the other stores, likely because the stores overhead are lesser or may be they have better deals with suppliers. This worked out in my favor because I was trying to work with a home warranty provider for appliance replacement, the pricing was advantageous and John was very kind to provide a detailed invoice just as the home warranty company asked

Kashmira Mistry was instrumental in transferring our account from Baths of America and ProSource to Expressions. Experience has been great with her assistance in equipment and plumbing materials totaling over $10,000. With her assistance we saved in costs and obtained shorter delivery periods in some critical items such as the shower valves, TOTO equipment, etc. I would highly recommend Expressions for all kitchen, bathroom building and renovations projects.

When we were told that the tub we needed to complete our bathroom remodel was on back order and not available through Tri-Supply, we went online to see who else supplied the tub in our area. EHG was listed and I got a call from Kashay Mendes asking how she could help. Best decision we made because who would expect buying a tub and having it delivered would be a problem, right? Well it was not a problem for my wife and I as Kashay took the lead and helped us get a tub and hardware as quickly as possible. I will not go into the details but she went above and beyond tracking down a tub and following up to get in to our home as promised with at least 5 different issues that came up. Thanks Kashay great job.

We found him very knowledgeable and helpful. we couldnt be happier with our selections and if we had any issues or questions since installation, Jack has had our back.

We remodeled our kitchen and our designer recommended that we contact Expression Home Gallery to buy our appliances. They worked with us in getting a bundled price along with an extended warranty. However, we had issues with our freezer column and the ice maker. Due to the number of service calls we had to repair the freezer/ice maker, Expressions reached out the manufacturer on our behalf to get it replaced because it was a lemon. When the manufacturer was not responsive, Expressions purchased the replacement freezer for us and told us that they would deal with the manufacturer on getting reimbursed. They didnt want us to wait to get it resolved. Their customer service has been exceptional! Jeff and Chris went way beyond our expectations. I highly recommend using them for your appliance needs. They are competitively priced, extremely knowledgeable and they truly stand by their products that they represent. Their delivery and installation teams are also fantastic.

They have extremely poor service. We waited in the showroom for 15mintues. No sales person had the courtesy to greet or even acknowledge our presence. Inspite of even asking for help. Would never step into that store again.

Very pleased with our cabinets we ordered and got installed from Gallery Home. Rachel came out to our home and suggested what brand/color she thought and helped with the design. Installation went smoothly and timely. I could not be more pleased with the process and quality of our cabinets!

Be very careful when using this company, they delivered the wrong fridge 2 months ago and still have not replaced it. If they answer they answer they just say they are getting one in Thursday. Needless to say it never comes in.

Absolutely the best place to buy cabinets !!! said no one ever !!!! seriously the quality of cabinets sold here are pathetic. They come to your house because THEY HAVE to make their own measurements. THEY get their own measurements wrong and deliver a partial order, THEN they take 8 Freaking months to try and fix the problem as all their cabinets are de-laminating. Once they agree to fix the issue they use the first set of wrong measurements that THEY THEMSELVES took. !!! still not fixed !! these guys are a class act, Im telling you ! and with their amazing customer service !! hope you got some time to waste bc lets face it who really wants what they pay for. . . .lets just agree to get less!!! Love this place so much ill never go back!!
