It was pretty cool, the staff are nice. Its a pretty cool place. The parking lot needs to be fixed. although, that may not be theyre problem.

Horrible experience! It’s raining outside. My daughter(9) and I got out to get a few things because we traveled from lafayette and didn’t bring much. We were met at the door. A male employee not only didn’t greet us but immediately said “no kids in here”. I will definitely not be returning to this location! The business that was about to happen will have to happen elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

The lady working was really nice but everything, and i do mean everything, had an alarm clipped to it. It took forever to check out because she has to take them all off. The store itself is well stocked but it looked like everything was just kind of thrown on the shelves and in crates on the floors. It was like one giant ghetto garage sale...

.I came into this Family dollar on Grand Caillou, the alarms goes off when Im leaving.After freaking out, the cashiers asked me to hand over my purse.My first initial reaction was NO! What the hell did I do? (Needless to say I was shocked).She had to dig in MY purse because of someone else NOT DOING THEIR JOB!It had been about 4 months since I went to the family dollar on Grand Caillou; about 2 weeks ago I went to the one on Main.The main street family dollar did not deactivate my sticker on my lipstick.I for one, have NEVER stolen anything I sure in the hell wont steal a $1 lipstick.BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! I understand security etc but really! Digging in my purse away from where I can see...NO THANK YOU!

The girl was new I guess she bring up the coax but they didnt ring up on sale I dont think she pressed total dance you can take the girls food stamps then she had to call somebody to do a override then the girl that came bring us something to stock she didnt want it she wanted to stock something else she said that took too long I said to her and needs to be put out anyway. We left with our cokes. But went across the street to the other dollar store and got the rest of our Goods its always terrible in that store

Attitudes is a problem with this store. Great service but if they cant work with the public they need to find another job.
