Terrific place. Customer Service is excellent. I have a range, refrigerator, and ice machine, among other things purchased. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when shopping for these large purchases.

Great Customer Service and Support. The Service Department was very helpful in getting our ice machine fixed quickly on a Friday afternoon before we had a large group of people coming over for the weekend.

I recently brought new McWare pots from Richards Supply.After researching, I found out that Mcware was similar to Magalite at a cheaper price. I also special ordered a 10 and 14 quart pot. Their staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with.My pots are awesome and I am pleased that I decided to buy McWare at Richards Supply in Houma.
