The staff here are outstanding!! The ladies that assisted us were kind and sporting their Hot Topic looks. My daughter was comfortable and able to feel her element and buy things in her style with encouragement not side eye. Thank you Hot Topic for helping us wave our freak flag!!!

A fun place to look around, and find a funky gift or 2. Music album cover art Ts ( like pink floyd and Fleetwood mac for throwback), Disney / Marvel fan character items from enamel pins to throws. Great sales; 3 shirts for the price of 1 putting them at just about $5 each. Anime characters as well.

Looks like Hottopic has gone back to its roots! Ill admit I might miss the pastels they had for a while but Im impressed. And everyone was so friendly.

Came to location in the galleria on 1/23 at 6:45p. Was making a quick visit due to not living in the area and was greeted by a Ms.Sadie who stood at the door and told us they were closing we couldn’t enter. We checked the time to be sure it wasn’t at closing time and she closed the door right in our faces. Was extremely disappointed but on the way out we were happily greeted by employees at Box Lunch that welcomed us and let me make my Disney purchase that I had came for. Was still a very disheartening visit to Hot Topic especially they way they treat specific customers since I had hoped to get my items from them.

This is one of my granddaughters favorite stores. I love to go with her to this store because theres always new merchandise. The employees are very nice and helpful. Hey, theyre even happy to wait on this grandma! Give it a try if youre looking for strange and awesome gifts for your tweens and teens. Its a fun store.

I would definitely prefer to shop online because this location is SO packed that you can’t move and you stand in line for 30 minutes. However, I do enjoy catching the clearance items and once you FINALLY get to pay for your items, the cashiers are super friendly and nice. Not their fault it’s so busy and they are short staffed. My teen loves it!

I had a great shopping trip here! Some of my purchase was shipped to store, and that was easily and quickly located by the employees. Its pop culture heaven here, all the way to the ceiling!

Hot Topic really isnt what it used to be. I dont understand why they make their stores so small....are they doing that on purpose? Would like to not be breathing down another shoppers neck while I look around.

Friendly helpful staff. A bit too crowded with too much merchandise on the floor. Could have better lighting as well.

This was my first visit to Hot Topic, interesting place. Many of the items are retro or retro themed, they also have other items that relate to current pop culture. Lots of eclectic pieces that are a mashup of pop culture/retro with something else - Harry Potter chess board, Deadpool purse, etc. Most items are reasonably priced.

Have shopped Hot Topic for years. Always my go to place for band, video game, anime, and tv show memorabilia. It changes from year to year depending on whats popular. The employees at this location are always happy to help, even though they are normally super busy. And the store is normally well kept.

The employees here are always hustling. There is often a long line, but the staff works hard to serve everyone. Store always looks great despite how frequently it is busy

One of my go to places for Funko Pops! The staff here is always really pleasent to deal with.

One of the filthiest Hot Topics I have ever been to. I visited mid-afternoon onJune 22nd 2019. They most have been in the middle of stocking in the middle of peak business hours, because they had half pallets blocking traffic flow everywhere in the store and even blocking access to merchandise. I mentioned this to the cashier and she was extremely apathetic about it.

I like their selection, but the prices are always high. better to shop in person then order from other retailers online unless theres a serious sale.

My son loves anime and this store is great for finding the small specialty items and t-shirts did you cant find other places

Great selection of pop culture items, massive selection of Funko Pop figures. Many store exclusives that become difficult to find as time goes on.

Its a fun store for expressing yourself and getting anime merch and band merch, if you like alternative rock / punk rock bands, youll love this place.

It is a hot topic. It is what it is. The merch is just whay you expect. However the staff is greatly hit or miss.

Mostly fan t-shirts focussing on rock bands and anime, a little (body) jewelry, and accessories, and a few pants. Store has a bit of a metal vibe but is pretty clean foregoing crude language and sexual innuendo. Only 3 stars because of the high prices. If it isnt discounted or part of some rebate scheme you are quickly handing over $25 for a t-shirt.
