We bought an area rug that we located in stock in the warehouse. We scheduled for pickup a couple of days later. Ron and Ty were excellent as they wrapped the carpet in plastic wrap and loaded it into our van. Very pleasant experience all around.

Rick and Ty were exceptional in their services. Ty went the extra mile to find me a closely matching transition piece for my flooring since the matching one was not available. It also helped that they had a wide range of flooring materials to chose from and alit were on island, which helped since I didn’t have to wait an extra 4-6 weeks for delivery. And the most important installer, Marcus, was beyond great. He checks in with me frequently to make sure that I don’t have any questions or concerns. He was able to start my install work immediately due to my needs. His crew is also exceptional in that they are meticulous about how the floor is leveled. They went over every inch of the downstairs floor with a leveler to ensure there were no discrepancies in the height. Overall, my experience at Bougainville flooring was great! I had the best experience working with Carrie Punzal, a sales associate at the Bougainville Flooring Super Store. I had rather stressful time frame to decide flooring material for my new home and was unsure on the design choice. I went back and forth, which probably would have driven any other sales associate crazy. However, Carrie was extremely patient, helpful, and professional.Even before coming into the store, I was able to promptly communicate with Carrie over text message. She was well prepared for my visit and assisted me with whatever questions and concerns I had for the flooring. She is extremely knowledgeable and always clearly and kindly communicated with me on my rather demanding multiple inquires (even before and after store hours). She never pressured but gave me an enough space to take time and decide, but at the same time she followed up promptly to provide any assistance I needed. I can keep going on for her excellent help I received at the store, but my point is that she is the best sales associate I have worked with -- especially on my nerve-wracking home renovation project. After purchasing our home almost a year ago, we decided that we were going to redo all of the flooring. So far weve redone the main living area, the hallways, kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms with Cali vinyl flooring purchased from Bougainville. In addition, weve replaced 2/4 bedrooms with new carpet from the remnant section. This past week we finally decided we were going to redo the remaining two rooms and bought two more carpet remnants. Expectation before going there-I wasnt expecting to to purchase my flooring here with thoughts of high prices and/or pushy sales compare to big chain retailers.Experience- not only did I see way more options, but I was very happy with my choice of flooring and I didnt have to settle based on price or limited choices. Ty in the warehouse was EXTREMELY HELPFUL.He took the roll out from the center of the carpet we picked up and even re-rolled it on the shorter edge so it would be easier to load. not to mention he even added that flag at the end.After having to bring the carpet back to get re-bounded he loaded us up again and was so polite and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service assistance provided by Rick White at the Bougainville Flooring Super Store. After informing Rick about my flooring requirements Rick patiently provided an overview of the different the types of carpet and plank flooring meeting my budget requirements. After finding out the plank flooring I had chosen was not readily available to meet my installation deadline because a major project had reserved the entire stock and new stock would not be available for another month or more. Because my installation deadline was critical, Rick said he could not promise a positive outcome, but would make a concerted effort to see if he could borrow stock for my small order from the major project and replace the borrowed flooring when new stock arrived from the mainland. A week later, Rick called to inform the flooring I needed was available. The extra effort Rick took to acquire my flooring in a timely manner enabled me to meet my installation. I very much appreciate the extra effort and over-the-top customer service provided by Rick. I also very much appreciate his excellent vendor recommendation for the flooring installation. We just bought our new house and came here to browse around for area rugs. The sales person Debora was friendly and so lovely to talk to. She was personable and helpful. There was so much selection in colors and sizes. She made so easy that our kids chose their rugs for their rooms. We were able to store the rugs up to 30 days until we ready to pick them up for the new house. Everyone there wad so nice and helpful. Even the warehouse employee Ty who assisted with putting our rugs in our truck, making sure our rugs were wrapped and safely secured to drive back to Kaneohe. We purchased several boxes of tile many times from this place for our house on several renovations. We tried to return unused boxes of tile that we were told we could and now they are not allowing this. Debra the sales agent misled us. Do not over order be sure you get it in writing. We will never do business with them again . Terrible terrible service and they say one thing but don’t promise it. Debra is the worst!

Kalyn again was there to assist and make the pick up smooth and warehouse person Bryce was there to load up the rest of my order.I did have to return later to pick up some molding that was reordered due to damage from shipping. When arrived Kalyn was there and remembered who I was told the warehouse and they brought it out to my truck. No delays and no attitude.GREAT staff and EXCELLENT customer service🤙🏽

Great store. The staff is excellent and were extremely helpful. I especially want to recognize Ty, Bryce, Ron and Jay in the warehouse, who provided excellent customer service as they assisted me with loading my truck.

Everyone is extremely friendly and does their best to make sure that you get great service. Today Vince and Ty in the warehouse did everything right They acknowledged me immediately and said that they would help me asap ; I was given cold water while I waitedThey loaded my item and made sure it was safe and secure. Although I was not able to find what I needed, they do have a large selection of brands, styles, and grades to choose from. The store is very easy to look thru & their customer service is great. From the phone call, to the visit they really know their stuff.

My mom and I stopped by today to get some free pallets they had listed on FB marketplace and we had an amazing experience! Our pal Ty helped us out and was super friendly and efficient. The whole process of picking out the pallets and him lifting them into the truck took a total of less than 10 minutes. Great place, great employee. 11/10!!!
