Kudos to Robert for excellent customer service! He was friendly and patient with us as he walked us through the process of selecting our floor tiles. He never rushed us making a selection as we often changed our mind on style and color. One of the most efficient and friendly staff in flooring such as Ron from warehouse and the customer care reps kalyn, Cheryl, and Jennifer are really helpful and efficient with getting orders processed.

We went to ProSource to see what other options there were for kitchen cabinets and spoke with Robert Yeung. He was very patient and took the time to show all of their product lines and it was nice to be able to see a multitude of building materials in one place without the madness of the big box stores. In addition to cabinets, they have a huge array of flooring materials and countertop materials, bathroom, windows, Miele appliances and air purification systems. I hadnt bought carpet in a while because most of my projects involve vinyl planks and tile. Erica Casarez at ProSource was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained very clearly and was friendly. I would recommend her highly. We chose a Stain Master carpet that met the specifications I needed and had a beautiful design and color. I have had a lot of compliments after installation! I have to write this review to rave about CYNTHIA CHO. She wears so many hats, I couldn’t believe my luck finding her. She helped me with flooring that I needed at a bargain price, and then she was able to talk me through some tile options for a high-end project; then I noticed we were on the same page about a lot of things and I found out she has a background in design. All this, and she is the MOST reliable person to work with, always on top of pricing, shipping, etc, always prompt, always helpful and I even get some girl time chat to boot. I can’t rely on anyone else at this point!!

Amazing location, with plenty of samples to see and choose. We had proof of the extreme kindness and availability of Rachel, who is following us in all the procedures of finding, buying and even installing or new condo flooring. And this warehouse has really an astonishing variety of items and materials regarding bathroom and kitchen, for all pockets indeed!

So much better than the big box stores for tile and carpet. They are a distributor, not installer, just keep that in mind if you are looking for a one stop deal.

There are so many different flooring options on the market today that it can make your head spin trying to understand it all. Where to start…what is LVT…are all LVT the same? Cynthia Cho was great in giving my husband and me a Flooring 411 class on the different types of LVT flooring to help us find a quality product that fit our budget and our lifestyle for our long awaited home renovation. Cynthia’s extensive knowledge of home improvement products, communication, follow through and emphasis on customer satisfaction made it very enjoyable to work with her.

Challaigne with her amazing kitchen designs with unique ideas, always working hard to achieve the best design possible in the globe. The store is clean, the selection is outstanding and the staff is always cheerful. This is my candy store!

We experienced some of the worst customer service from ProSource. We ordered flooring material from them because they guaranteed that it would get delivered in 2-3 weeks. After waiting two weeks I reached out to our account manager to see if our shipment had been delivered. She told us she did not know the status and instructed us to wait for further updates. The only thing she could tell us was that it will get here before the end of the month which was another two weeks of waiting. What was very frustrating for us was she only responded after we contacted her for any updates. Another week passed by without any updates, so I again reached out to her. We were told that the flooring material was ready to be shipped from the mainland and would take another 3 weeks by cargo. We were then told to pay extra to get them delivered to us sooner via next day air or 2nd day air freight if we wanted. We shared our confusion about why we should pay this extra shipping cost when they should be responsible for getting the shipment delivered within their promised time frame. Then she wanted to negotiate and asked us how much are we willing to pay (so she can cover the rest) which we thought was very unprofessional. After a few days, she confirmed the 2nd day air freight was ordered, but we found out that this was all a lie. When I emailed to follow up on the 2nd day air shipping, she was not being transparent. We were never given the shipping tracking number even though we repeatedly asked for it. Then a week after we were told the material was shipped out via 2nd day air, she told us that the material was on backorder and might arrive two weeks later (when the shipment was estimated to arrive if it was shipped via cargo ship). We were then told the next day that the shipment is on its way to California via truck. We are still so confused about why we were given inconsistent information throughout this whole process. I do not trust ProSource. We have experienced some of the worst customer service, misleading time estimates, deceiving information, and lack of communication. Overall, ProSource has been a disappointment.

With Colbert 19 in play and I have an elderly parent at home finding Lysol spray Clorox wipes is very hard so I met Cynthia Cho from PtoSource and she talked to me about this product called first defense she went over everything about the product how to use it and what it can do for my family to help us stay healthy she had the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time and she made me feel so comfortable and she has great knowledge of the product so thank you Cynthia appreciate it

Just bought some vinyl planks for my house. The store was very clean with a lot of selection. I was amazed at the variety of their offerings. They not only have flooring, they also have kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures as well.Our sales person was very knowledgable and friendly. He did a good job of educating us on the newest flooring and their features. He showed us a variety of options and colors. We ended up purchasing on the spot.The warehouse guys were equally impressive. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They secured the flooring on the pallet so well the boxes of heavy vinyl planks didnt even budge on our long ride over the H3. They were also very careful when loading the pallet on our truck. Big thanks to Bryce and Ty.

They will not honor their return policy on defective merchandise.We purchased 10 bags of high quality grout for our double bath remodel. All but one of the bags of grout worked great, but everywhere we used this one bag would just come up as sand... even just rubbing with your fingers after being given days to set, well beyond the manufacturers recommendation of 24 hours.Their return policy states that for defective merchandise, they will exchange or refund the purchase price. The manager refused to honor this policy stating that we had used most of the bag. I explained that we were not able to use the product. In fact, we have to remove what was installed and replace it. He said our only option is to buy another bag at full price. Never again

Look for and work with Geary Udagawa. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and can think on his feet when some items are not in stock so that you can get alternatives to get the job done on time and on budget.
