The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. Awful person.

Recharge A/C for my Toyota Corolla it took 15 minutes in and out very fast.

I have been going to Crystal Auto for 8 years and they are without a doubt the BEST independent automotive shop on the island. They are HONEST, POLITE RESPECTFUL AND FASTTTTT. We do not go anywhere else with out vehicles except Crystal Auto.

When owner found out I was also an HVAC tech myself tried to tell me might be cheaper if I did it myself, also had to walk him through diagnoses and use my own temp Gun to check temperature. Don’t know what kind of training this guy had but need to go back to school not get training in CHINA and come Hawai’i and act like he know what he doing!! Waste time and money, so watch your self with supposedly Auto ac techs. SCAMMERS!!!

The lead mechanic and owner is super honest and will always quote you a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
